We came in on a rainy Sunday looking for a new mattress. We initially spoke with Meghan who was absolutely fabulous. She had us try out a few bed, asked questions to figure out our needs and was very helpful with answering any questions. We did not purchase that day we looked for a “better deal” which we did not find. So we returned Tuesday to complete the purchase. Mick finalized our purchase for us. Super helpful and he explained everything and even made sure we left with everything we needed for our new bed!

I work with them from the technical side of things, and they are always very pleasant to deal with -- cooperative, patient and always put the guest first. Even when the technology isnt working, they find a way to accommodate the guest and take care of the guests needs and later call tech support to fix the issue later. Kudos to David and Seth!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I thought the service I received today definitely deserved one. Today my wife had called the Sleep Outfitters in Fairlawn and asked about getting a similar discount on a Full Mattress as compared to a discount she previously received on another one. Bruce at the Fairlawn store was gracious enough to offer her the same discount, which was wonderful!However, prior to driving to Fairlawn we realized there was a Sleep Outfitters in Wooster, so we stopped into that store and asked the salesman Mick if they would honor the same quoted price. Mick not only honored the price but was extremely helpful in getting the transaction completed and the mattress loaded onto my vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful service Bruce and Mick!
