Absolutely most rude business in the city of Worcester. I tried to pay with cash on my ebt card (not with food stamps, ebt cash, you can withdraw from the atm or buy anything you could otherwise buy with cash) and there was no reasoning with them. If they had a good reason to tell me no I would have accepted it. Out of principle (I had plenty of paper money) I went to Honey Farms next door where with no hassle I purchased my cats food with DTA/EBT cash assistance.If you enjoy rude employees who always seem angry and dont understand a basic function of DTA, dont even know that they give cash and accuse you of trying to buy catfood with food stamps when you trying to pay cash, this is the store for you. Over ten years I shopped there always letting such nonsense slide, I will just go to HF and I recommend that anyone who does not like rude and ignorant people do the same.

Dont rotate their stock, or sell fake pods. every pod in 2 different packs leaked. Waste of money

I went in there and the owner of the store did not care to get up off his chair to help me. When I ask for a part I was looking for, he tried telling me they do not have it. So I proceeded to look for the part myself and found it behind the counter. Now he had to get up, followed by attitude. this is not the first time I’ve gotten an attitude at the store from the owner. I also have several friends that have reported the same problem. Choose another line of work

Ive had a few people tell me they are selling menthol cigarettes but when i went to go buy some they giving me the run around acting like they dont know what im talking bout when i know they are lying. Lol..

So during these times i try to support my local convenience and grocery markets in worcester MA.. On 4-11 -20 i decided to grab a few things & was more then kind apprecative but feel it lacked the same..all tho im very grateful still for all essential people..
