I got the house special pizza and the Nutella cake. Both were very good and the next time Im in the area I will get it again. Theyre open real late too!

J & J pizza has a wide variety of food I suggest trying! Their chicken Parmesan is really good along with their lasagna, cheese ravioli and of course their pizza! Staff is also very friendly and it’s just a nice place I’d go to after school with friends.

They have some good food but wont be ordering from them again. Every time I order something comes a bit wrong and also every time I order from GrubHub the delivery never does a non-contact delivery they always call me I just want them to drop it on my doorstep and leave thats why I order from GrubHub most times. Every time I order through GrubHub they always call me saying that they are here and about the address well guess what my address is there the exact number of my house all I want is my food to be dropped off on my doorstep and to be notified then i will grab it later and they should notify me through text or email that my order was dropped off. For these reasons I will be ordering in other places that they just drop off my order on my doorstep and notify me. Food is always cold too.

Decent enough pie for the price. Approximately $12 and change for a large bacon pie. Seemed to be decently busy which is a good sign. They don’t just do pizza, they also have a wide variety of Brazilian food items. Open late for those of you who are night owls

Food is always on point! I love almost everything they have! My quick go to are always the Brazilian X-JJ burger(thing is loaded of good stuff), i also love their steak tips, it hits the spot when you dont want to cook but just want like real dinner. I also love they’re chicken and steak quesadillas! And they have tons of Brazilian pizza all amazing! Don’t hesitate to try. A lot of bad reviews here i think should re-consider giving them another try.

Italian sub was delicious. Very fresh big loaf of bread, fresh lettuce, and chopped tomatoes/ cucumbers were a nice touch. The woman taking orders was very friendly and nice, it made me want to go back. Will definitely be trying more off the menu.

Recently ordered from this place and I say I dont know if they even make the pizza I feel like they just heated up and bring it to you the fries or soggy and bad and I had ordered cheese fries and the cheese had mold in it like the point where it was obvious. I dont understand how they missed that. It was beyond moldy and look water down. This place is not it.

Ive only ordered from this place twice. Their food is is pretty good. But do yourselves a favor, dont order the shrimp alfredo pasta. The entire top layer is nothing but melted cheese, about the same consistently as a cheese pizza. And they didnt peel the shrimp all the way, so you have to use your hands most of the time while eating it. Ive never had such a difficult time while eating pasta. And trying to work my way around all the melted cheese is frustrating.

Other than the awful construction going on right in front of the place it was a very pleasant experience for the most part. Food was hot and ready for pickup and exactly the way I ordered it. 4 stars because the people at the front counter either ignored or didnt see me standing there for about 3 mins. Kind of annoying because I was on my dinner break which is only 30 mins so every min counts......but the food was good.

I’ve ordered from J&J since moving to the area 8 years ago and have never had any complaints. Recently they’ve been horrible with delivery. My foods always cold, and they forget an item. I haven’t ordered since October just being so bothered by recent service, but yet again I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. It’s a Tuesday night and I ordered a small cheese, large fries, salad and mozzarella sticks. They came two hours later- food cold and forgot the fries... I live 10 minutes away and it took them an hour to bring the fries. So I walk to the shop and they inform me the driver has already left.... it’s been another hour. Smh

We order JJ’s literally every week because we now have regular cravings for their Nutella pizza. Make sure to get it with the add on- totally worth the up charge for fresh strawberries and crunchy chocolate wafers.Other approved taste tested items include: breadsticks, fried dough, POTATO SKIN PIZZA, and basically anything with their homemade crust. Good luck only ordering once.

Always mess up my food and my order. Have given this place multiple chances and they have proven to me multiple times why I would rather eat off a dirty side walk. Customer service from delivery drivers and OWNER is repulsive. Food is mediocre and always cold it’s nothing special. Delivery is never on Time always 1 plus hours AFTER ETA for delivery. Absolutely done with this trash called a business.

I used to order from here every day gave them all my money and now they made their own decisions to not bring me and my kids food anymore cause I paid with 2 different cards one time . So I ordered a chicken finger and French Fries dinner worth near 10$, from ANY other pizza place; Id end up with 4-5 Chicken pieces, about the size of a large fry platter or slightly above a medium. But when I order from here, all I end up with is 3-4 chicken fingers, one slightly eaten with teeth marks, equivalent to small fries in the box. Ive never had this issue elsewhere besides J&Js Pizza. If you want a much better place to eat look elsewhere that wont skimpier you out of money and a meal.

Very unprofessional and rude and the food isn’t that great. I was told I had to pay extra $2 to have my food redelivered because apparently I missed their call and they don’t knock on doors like any other delivery service. When the driver finally came back he came back with an attitude. He ask me to get a pen to sign the receipt which don’t make sense because isn’t he suppose to have the pen? I get back and he’s on his way back to his car after asking me for a pen! So now he gets upset because he tells me it’s $5 extra and I corrected him and told him the women said it was $2 extra not $5 to have it redelivered. He then SNATCHES the receipt out of my hand and walks away grumbling and waving his hand. I have never been so disrespected by a delivery driver, I was very disgusted and upset to be treated as if I owed them something. I spent over $30 on my dinner that night to receive cold tasteless food and horrible customer service. I called the store to complain and that didn’t go anywhere. I order food very often and definitely will not be going back to this place. When I spend my hard earned money it should be appreciated. Never again.

I ordered through Grubhub and the driver arrived with my order completely wrong. I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza in 16 pieces of wings. The order I received was a large barbecue chicken pizza and eight wings. The GrubHub driver was on the phone when he handed my mother the order and didn’t say anything to us. (she didn’t realize it wasn’t the right order).I called him back three times to inform him he gave us the wrong order and he didn’t answer that’s when I reached out and called the Pizza Place. The lady who answered was very kind and we made our order and sent out their own delivery driver to correct the issue personally. They handled the situation perfectly. Food was very good! 💛

I went there on a Friday night. 2.7.20. I ordered some fried mushrooms and 20$ worth of buttery buffalo flavored wings. The mushrooms and sour creme were delicious but the wings... the skin was hard and tough af and the meat was dry. I thought It might have been just a couple that were funny so i kept eating them. They didnt taste fresh at all. I was craving wings all day and I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The place is nice inside and it looks like they have a good business but after my experience from those wings I dont plan on going back.

Ordered a sub and they gave it to me as a salad, which is significantly less food, and they didnt call to say they didnt have the drink I wanted, just sent me a different drink. This is the first time Ive had an issue but Im really disappointed...our order was also late being delivered.

Great steak and cheese. People complain about soggy fries but I have not had the same experience there usually crispy when I pick then up. To avoid soggy fries pick up your order and dont let the package steam up. (No plastic bags and let container breathe)

Fast and friendly. Great hours. The pizza crust was really bland and there was so much cheese, it wanted to just slide off. I appreciate this place though and I will be back to try other things. I really hope they improve their pizza because their hours are awesome.

Best steak & cheese wrap I’ve ever ate’ amazing’ good chef

Terrible food. No seasoning. Forgot to add dressing to my wrap and have made a wrap full of olives. I went here for my visit to Worcester to grab quick bite to eat and couldn’t even take a bite into the wrap. Absolutely horrendous. Told me the manager would call me back and never did.

Took a long time but was good. And the girl with the curly/wavy black hair and blonde streaks was cute. Friendly, delicious, fair price.....worth the wait.

Great food, nice workers, quick delivery, and a decent atmosphere in the store. Whats really great is theyll deliver until 2:30 a.m., and theres no delivery fees! I order from here every week. I ordered the last two times and the delivery took an hour and a half. I ordered at 9:12 and my food didn’t get delivered til 10:50. On top of the fact my food was cold, they had my order wrong. I’m getting my food refunded and I’m never ordering there again. I’m very disappointed..

I ordered a sub and curly fries and my box of fries came with like 7 curly friesThat box was almost empty

Didnt get half my order so we called them and they said they would give it to us next time we ordered try to get them today and they said we never ordered wings there before which is a lie weve had them twice before so they robbed me for 15.95 I think I will call the cops and take them to small claims court 😠 and make the owner have to spend his time and money going to court.Im a disabled veteran and on a very limited income SSDI, and cant afford to be robbed of my money.

Worst experience with worcester pizza place ever. Ordered potato skins indicated “no bacon I’m a vegetarian” to ensure they didn’t accidentally put bacon. They proceeded to deliver potato skins with cheese and broccoli... 55 minutes later. I called and they said “we thought you would want vegetables”. Did I order ANYTHING that said broccoli?! Nope. He continues to argue with me over the phone telling me I need to understand his position... yea, okay. Over an hour later cold potatoes with hard cheese show up with an attitude. Almost 2 and a half hour process for potato skins. NEVER order from this place. Horrible food service. HORRIBLE customer service.

I come here all the time but the customer service is awful, i always come 10-15 after the time they tell me my food is ready because its never ready when i get there. today i went in 25 mins after they told me my food was would be ready and had to wait 10 mins after i paid while they my food sat there because they were all eating and couldnt bother to check if my food was done.

The least they could do was to leave me the pizza but they didnt even do that cuz i wouldnt pay.

Unbelievable food. My girlfriend makes me get her broccoli bites every day as an after school snack.. Truly phenomenal. Chicken parm also 10/10. I definitely would say weve both put on a few pounds since moving to the area ~~ No complaints though :) Thanks J&J!!!

Worst food. Worst service. Order came cold. Order at 10pm, food not arrive untill 1130pm. And after all that. The order came wrong and missing food. Called to complain was told they would send the missing food over anytime. When i called to have them send what was owed. They told me i had to order atleast 10$ worth of food to get what i was shorted on the last order. I wouldent suggest this place to my worst enemy.

The name really does speak for itself. Manny and the team really hit the potato pizza out of the park, wings were huge and the prices are some of the best in Worcester. The owners were on time with our big order and everyone at the party enjoyed every last bite. If you want a truly refreshing pizza place you need to give First Class a try!

Appalling service tonight.We usually have pretty decent food from first class pizza. But tonight our food was stone cold and was not as ordered with items missing. Our food arrived late so we did not want to wait a further hour for a replacement.We simply asked for our money back..... we were laughed at and our request of a refund was refused!We will definitely not be ordering from here again and will be telling our friends of the terrible service we received from there.Disgusting service and very rude.

The food came right on time. The reason I gave it three stars was because of the pizza. I was severely underwhelmed. The crust was super floppy and tasted pre made. The toppings are good but a bad crust ruins the whole pizza experience. Cant say I would order from them again. The French fries were floppy and gross like thier pizza.

When we called, the answer was No one answered the phone when the delivery guy called. - We didnt receive a call, and no one came to our door. I wasnt aware that a delivery driver needed specific instructions to walk up to the door, anyways.We wont be ordering from this place again.

These guys are incredibly rude...multiple times I have called and asked when they were open until and they said 2:30 am...when I showed up at 2:05am they tell me they are closed even though their Open sign is still lit up and they told me otherwise on the phone. ..no explanation or anything, just rudely telling me they are closed and sending me away...do not go here, Blue Jeans is much better anyway
