Picked up a small steak pizza. Loved the fresh ingredients and delicious crust. Friendly staff. Recommendation would be to have red pepper or oregano available.

I enjoyed coming here as a child as we are good friends with the cooks and owners. Over the years its the most delicious food you would have for a pizza joint but with the new management that took over Im dropping it 2 stars due to price and the wait times are beyond normal even when its empty. Quality of the food remains delicious but its not worth bleeding your customers when the food could be brought back to its roots and give the family feel it used to have. Life may change but not to this degree.

A little to cheesy, the pizza was doey/mush in the middle. Customer service was decent enough. Recommend to try once.

Just finished eating half of a roast beef sandwich I ordered which was very dry. The worst part was that a bug crawled out of the other half. Im mortified... Maybe it was just a bad coincidence. The staff was friendly and seemed like good people which is why I wont give 1 star. Please put a little more care into your sandwiches.

Nothing was bad, but nothing was excellent, either. It was all good. The pizza was only cheese, so it had no other ingredients to hide behind. And it was good, but it was a little overcooked, and they were light on the sauce. But the quality of the ingredients was good. The same could be said of the southwest egg rolls. The mozzarella sticks were better than average, and they use a great marinara. I ordered a pastrami panini and somehow ended up with a chicken pesto, so that was a little letdown, but it was still good ingredients. The panini didnt seem grilled at all, just a thin focaccia bread, but it lacked any sort of buttery outside. Seemed like it was thrown dry into the pizza oven, rather than a panini press or grill.Overall, I would go back, if I was in the area. They have an expansive menu, the pricing was on par with the quality of the ingredients, and they do have more than just pizza. But they wouldnt be a destination restaurant for me.

Ive had 3 bad experiences with this place, working as a Doordash driver this place always would take an extra 30 minutes to get the food ready or sometimes they wouldnt be notified that they had a Doordash order until I arrived. However the 3rd experience Ive had with this place they were highly rude to me, when I arrived the lady told me the food was almost done. After 15 minutes passed I went inside to check on my order and the lady told me in a very rude tone cant you see the order will be done in 3 minutes how cant you see that I put it to your phone. When I told her that my phone said this order will be done by 8:14 and its already 8:25 now, the lady walked away and said 3 minutes. For fellow Doordash drivers I recommend not to Doordash here.

Fried zucchini sticks are soggy, taco pizza was nothing resembling taco flavor, potato skins were bland. It took almost 2 hours to deliver and when it finally got here everything was cold. Will never order from here again.

Not bad but also not good. Soggy pizza crust and whoever wraps the wraps does know how to wrap a wrap properly, it was just folded in half.

Either somebody is paying these people to leave 5 Star reviews or they have very low expectations for what good food is. We went with three other couples all eight people got different dishes we all sampled each others dishes and we all came to the conclusion that the only good thing on the menu is the clams. As of now I will only be going back for the clams.The young lady that waited on us seem like she was new at it I dont know if she was but she wasnt exactly on the ball. So much for all the good customer service comments. For what its worth the place was clean.

The Spiro Family has an amazing gem here! The variety and quality of food is far better than most upscale restaurants. This is far from a pizza joint, it is a restaurant with great food and super service with budget prices.

I ordered online before 10pm, it said that my order was confirmed and would be here in 45mins. It has been over an hour and I just called and the restaurant and no one answered. I looked it up online and it says that the restaurant closed at 10pm. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. It’s a shame because typically the food is good there.

I dont know how somebody can return customer service when I ordered a cheeseburger an hour and 20 minutes ago. I ordered it for delivery and it is still not at my house. I have called them 5 times and they have yet to pick up once. Could have gone to the grocery store and bought all the ingredients then come home and made it myself cheaper and faster at this rate. I still wonder when I will see my food.... So posting again to finish. The website says open and delivery in 45 minutes average. I go down to pick up my food instead. AND THEY ARE CLOSED UNTIL 4!!!! Put it on your page if you change hours. Left and went to Brattle stop pizza and got better food and had it in 10 minutes. Only thing is Brattle doesnt have burgers. But all the other food is amazing.

Close to lots of events. Great seafood appetizers and entrees. The bar is always packed at happy hour for special drink prices. Try their French martini - its great!

Im honestly in shock about the customer service comments, Im a stickler for customer service and I will say they always treat me fairly and honor what I say... Whether its a complaint on food or delivery they always offer to resolve the matter immediately and are extremely apologetic... I love the food its always done with care, and you can taste that they genuinely love what they do, I give four stars only because sometimes the wait kills me, but my food always comes hot and fresh... 💜💜💜

These people know NOTHING about customer service. Delivery took over an hour anda half, more than once. The 1st time the owner called to say they didnt get my online order. Still paid full price. Tried the wings & they were not edable. They were ridiculously over cooked & very small. Ordered a pastrami sub & because it took an hour & a half to be delivered it was so dry, I couldnt eat it. The last 2 times we ordered pizza it was bad. They never offer to take it off the bill. When the delivery driver FINALLY comes, I asked him why it took so long & hes like oh, I went to the wrong address. No sorry for the wait, EVER!!! The owners need to learn how to run a business. I was a loyal customer and they definitely lost my business and I will be telling people not to go there.

This place has great food and friendly staff. We have taken our son and family there for a few years after Assumption College football games. We are from PA and this is one of our favorite places in Worcester.

Just no...My first time trying today and I ordered the buffalo chicken sub with spinach wrap. It was huge but of course thats not the bad part. It was so bad I couldnt eat it. What a waste of money. Basically it was chicken and vegetables thrown in there with buffalo sauce. Garbage!!! It even smelled like garbage.

Came back all the way from Minnesota for some good pizza and knew to find it here... Came in 2 minutes before close and was still served. This took me by surprise because usually in Minnesota places close 10 minutes early... All around great experience here, felt just like a family member to these guy.

Every thing was completely burnt to the point I could not eat it. Clearly this restaurant has little interest in its reputation by allowing food to leave the kitchen looking like that. The food is not great and clearly frozen for far to long.

We have been going to pizza Works for a couple of months now and so far, we have yet to complain. They have apparently been voted best Pizza and although i agree that their pizza is VERY good, It is not my favorite but everyone has their favorite spot right?. We have had wraps, pizzas, calzones, fries, subs and all have been quite delicious. Delivery is quick unless it is a busy night and even then it is not so bad...so far. I never judge much on that because i understand as long as it isnt an hour wait. We plan to try other meals and items on the menu to see how everything else tastes so I will probably update my review. I rarely give a 5* review unless it is my favorite place of all time other than that, pretend i did give it a 5* review!! =)

Plain pizza was well a plain pizza, Meatlovers pizza was bland, sauce has no effort in it, chicken should have been under other meats or some of the almost not there cheese so it didnt dry out during cooking. We also ordered 2 slices of cheesecake with deceptive advertised strawberry topping what a mistake someone, took 2 slices of low grade cheesecake and topped it with strawberry flavored syrup that was disgusting. ANYWHERE you order Cheesecake with strawberry it has STRAWBERRIES my fault for not reading the deceptive wording. Wasted 25 dollars like buying scratch tickets

Worked here. No paperwork. Only pay delivery drivers in tips. Bread is stored outside in containers. All food sits and wait to be reheated. Pizza trays are wiped with a dirty towel and scraped with an old putty knife. Nobody wears gloves in the kitchen. Nobody mops the floors. Never giving them my business again. Stay far away.

What a jerk! I have ordered many times from Pizza Works with my staff and the key is do pick up because delivery takes forever. However, the last time, my entire salad was completely wilted. I called them up and they said they would comp me a salad for the next time. We offered to bring the salad to show them how bad it was---clearly, nothing they would want to serve to the public. They said not to bring it, but they would give us a free salad with the next order as we have ordered from my office MANY times.So, today is our next order and the owners son, who is also an owner, would not honor their word. We even said so you are not going to honor your word. They started telling us how many salads they serve a day and sometimes they get wilted. We again reminded them that they said they would comp the salad. He refused and just apologized. For a 9.00 salad? Really? What kind of business does that? My staff and I will NEVER order from this place again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. In fact, this is probably the first review--be it a bad one--that Ive ever bothered to get online and post.

My husband was pumped for the fresh calmari thats on the menu. It was tasteless and definitely not fresh. The cook made it clear it was fresh from the bag (which we knew because there was a peice of BREADED PLASTIC BAG ON HIS DISH.) Its processed elsewhere, frozen, and shipped to the restaurant. Then they just bread it and cook it with no seasoning. News flash: thats not fresh food! The clams, scallops and haddock are actually fresh delivered but of course the fish guy was running late so there was no haddock. our waitress took care of us, but overall our family was not very impressed by the overall quality of the food we all got.

Ordered food at 9pm, got a call at 10:45pm saying they arent coming. Real classy pizza works, thanks for ruining my night.

One of the WORST meals i have ever had. Fisherman’s platter burned on the outside, undercooked on the inside. Chicken tenders hard as a rock. Coleslaw with brown spoiled cabbage. Whole clams with gritty sand.. need i continue.

Ordered delivery for their steak tips. It arrived over an hour later. The steak was cold and over cooked. Called to complain and the first person hung up on me. The second time I called the person did express an apology but said she couldnt do anything about it. How about use some common sense and deliver another one or offer my money back. Ill never go back again, they probably will fall victim to the economy with service like that anyways.

Ordered one wrap for pickup which took 30 minutes. And it wasn’t very busy. Was not cut in half like I requested, looked like it was thrown together. And the best part- a short black hair inside! At least the food tasted good. That’s why I give it 1 star :)
