I ordered my food only at 8:20. I paid $42 for said order. An hour had passed already and no sign of my food. I then call this location saying im missing an order from an hour ago. With no details of my order they pull it up immediately and proceed to claim my food is in a warmer and say it will be there shortly. 50 minutes after that i call again where the same workers picks up the phone in full clarity asks me of my order, and as soon as i said which it is, they proceeded to claim i was breaking up. They then hung up and i found that my number was blocked. 20 minutes later at 10:30 pm my food arrives with a rude as* driver gives me the order with all food hard as a rock. Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.

Late night delivery had for this place glad I had it as a stop owner hook me up with a free meal it was awesome

Put In an order and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Had to wait 10 minutes after I got there and they got some of the order wrong.They food was great though and I will 100% go back.

The most unprofessional owners and/or worker. The delivery people are nice, but the person who takes the phone orders is rude and zero appreciation for customers. The first time he was rude, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day, this business in not easy with this pandemic going on. 2nd time, I was done. There is no reason to be condescending and unprofessional over the phone. The food is not even that great but the location is convenient to my home and work, they lost a customer and I want to make sure people know that their business is not appreciated. You also need to watch what they are charging your credit card. Trust me, any one who reads reviews, take it seriously.. take your business elsewhere. If I could rate the 0 or no star, I would.. they do not even deserve 1.

Huge selection of delicious food and very reasonable prices! No delivery charge either! I love that you can order online and the process is smooth. Food was fantastic. Chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza was delicious, generous toppings, great flavor. Loved the mozzarella sticks and broccoli bites too!

I couldnt love this place any more. Not only is it the best pie hands down in Worcester but they treat myself and my daughter like family every time we walk in. Guys in shop literally stopped what they were doing to comfort my 4 year old daughter who tripped on the walk over. You wont find more kind people around.

Super expensive, terrible gourmet pizza and salad and dont bother asking to add anything on the pizza because you just going to pay for it and it wont be there. Save your money go to Dominos down the street way tipper and better.

Calzone was plain for the price. 9 dollars for a couple of mozzarella sticks? Too expensive for it not to be good, sorry

They make the best pizza, I always order a large, green pepper and onion, the pizza is always hot with plenty of toppings 😊

I ordered a broccoli chicken alfredo ziti and when I went to taste it it tasted incredibly sour like it was made with something that had spoiled I attempted to bring it back and explain the situation and the lady argued with me claiming that it was made with everything fresh and I was wrong. Ill no longer be ordering from this place its a joke how unwilling she was to work with me

Service and food have taken a big hit lately. Its taken forever just to place an order in person and Im the only one here. The last couple of times Ive been here the food hasnt been as good as it used to be..this might be my last time here

Best pizza around the Greendale Mall area! Sandwiches are great, too! Also, they say 40 minutes for delivery but they come in under 30 minutes most of the time.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and the buffalo chicken tenders with fries. The pizza was very bland. It wasnt good. The fries were not crispy and the chicken was dry, even though the place is only like 5 minutes away

I can not believe how much this place sucked.Delivery took an hour.My Brocoli cheese balls were so soggy.They do not have the buffalo tenders you expect. I basically had to make them buffalo myself.The only thing I can say is my son requested his pepperoni under the cheese and thats what he got.It was the first and last time Ill ever order from these people.

Prices for the Quality and Service that I received time and time again, unacceptable.

The pizza was OK, but the bait and switch on coupons was unacceptable. Charged more than I was quoted on the phone, because they are changing pricing. If you dont want to honor your coupons, dont put them on-line.
