They have different items. I went there for better options for gluten free items. Right now I have to be strict. Shocked how expensive the products are. Pleasant store, helpful when asked. Guess gluten free arent all same. Still could still have reaction.

Employees always pleasant. I went there for frozen tamales that I cant find elsewhere. The freezer they used be kept in had been moved-a nice lady directed me to its new location. I bought whstbi wanted and left. I will go back again. The tamales are very like the ones from Chicago and I find them nowherevelse in the city.

I am from out of state and living in Columbus for college. I have Celiac Disease and a vegetarian, so trying to find food options has been difficult for me since Wegmans and other small natural food businesses had everything that I needed in NY. I tried to go to other natural grocery stores around Columbus but, they were all very disappointing until I came to Fresh Thyme Market. I got my groceries ordered through instacart and the staff had them out to my car immediately. They were very kind and efficient. I got everything that I needed and wanted from this store. My official new place for gluten free+plant based grocery items.

Fresh Thyme is great for meats and produce. The seafood and other meats always seem fresh, and are well-priced. This location is a little hidden given Worthingtons building codes, but there is plenty of parking, and their weekly deals are very competitively priced.

Great staff and the food lay out is a work of art! You can tell the employees take pride in this store. Clean through out and just seems fresh. Staff is helpful and if you cant find something just ask one of them.

I saw a worker vacuuming the produce shelves to keep it clean, this place is amazing! Lol - the employees are so so nice and helpful, the store is incredibly clean and the prices are reasonable especially for a health food market. Beats Whole Foods!

Love this place. Im so happy we have this in Worthington. Their label is pretty good stuff as well. The staff is helpful and courteous. They have a lot of supplements. Their fruit and veggies are fresh. Wine, beer, fresh food, and vitamins--you could live on this stuff.

Fresh Thyme is a wonderful addition to the North Columbus/Worthington area. Quality of the food is top notch, and prices are very reasonable, especially on produce! Several times during the summer the had a deal where you could buy 8 ears of corn for $1. Staff is always friendly. My mom and I love shopping here.

Nice store except for the Parking lot. The parking lot is on a hill and carts will get away form customers and collide into vehicles. My vehicle was hit by a cart and scratched in the parking lot because of the hill. Management refuses to repair the minor damage because it was supposedly not on camera. I was told by a manager that the vehicles being damaged by carts in the parking lot is a known issue. If i want the damage to my vehicle to repaired i have to pay for it myself. Thank you for damaging my car and not taking ownership.

With all this craziness going on this store in particular it’s very clean and safe to buy here. They have sprayers and plenty of paper towels to give your shopping cart a full bath. Their prices are really good and love their amazing customer service. Stay safe

Not our favorite place to shop. The organic produce is stickered up with multiple stickers that are the same so you spend your time trying to get stickers off the produce. The staff is not very friendly. We have run into several issues with the pizza kitchen not making what was ordered as well as baggers putting produce in the bottom of the bag so it gets bruised. Items are also very expensive compared to elsewhere. It doesnt make sense that a bag of coffee is $20 and you can get the same bag elsewhere $5.00 cheaper.They have been open at 7am for months and today I went in at 7:15am, the doors were wide open. So I went it to get four items, passing several workers as I got my things, not one of them saying a word to me. I went to the counter to check out and was informed that they werent open and I had to leave, they had changed hours a few days ago. Oddly enough, no worker said a word about this when I was shopping. I asked if I could purchase the four items I had since they door was wide open and no one mentioned the fact that they werent open to me while I was in there. They declined.That was our last time going there. Between the high prices, the overly stickered produce (I mean why does the same sticker need to be on an organic apple three to four times) and the lack of customer service creates a bad shopping environment. There are much better, less expensive and friendlier places to shop.

Their meat selection is high quality and very reasonably priced.Fresh Thyme has improved my eating habits. I am eating more fresh food and quality fruits and veggies.In addition to the products, it is a friendly store and parking is easy.

Its a grocery store. Lots of typical items, but also some things you dont see everywhere. I like that its a stand alone building, with its own parking lot.I havent tried their produce yet, but it looked decent enough. We did get a rack of BBQ ribs, hot and ready to eat, that were pretty good. The rotisserie chicken was also tasty.We will no doubt shop here again.

This place has some good stuff. It has a lot of healthier options, but not a ton of variety or a large stock. I come here regularly for chicken sausage (which is very good) but often some varieties are out of stock and I usually have to go elsewhere to buy buns for them. So, if you are looking for healthier alternatives to regular foods is say give Fresh Thyme a shot. If you have limited time and need certain groceries, its probably a safer bet to go elsewhere.

This is really neat store. For the most part I found the prices to be very reasonable for organic food. Definitely worth stopping in for a look. The people there where very friendly and helpful. Especially the guy in the meat department. It was our first visit there and he was very nice and answer all of our questions. Wish I had gotten his name, he should be rewarded for how much he helped us.

I love this store. They have wonderful produce and unique products. I appreciate the Beyond Burger samples they handed out last week before determining to purchase a package.

Very good produce, short cashier lines, good prices for this kind of market, usually easy to find whatever you are looking for. Good selection of vegetarian products. Excellent customer service--the manager actually called me about a product Id been unable to find. Comparable to Luckys, but less busy. Also, since March 2020 they have taken solid COVID precautions such as consistent mask usage.

I love smaller grocery stores and I love this one. They might not be able to stock it all but what they do have is well organized and top quality.Friendly and helpful staff, too.

I love this place. They even have wheat grass for the health conscious and my dogs and cats love it. Im there every week for my pets. The store is clean and welcoming and the employees are very friendly. Its all good here and plenty of off street parking. My kind of place. Love it!!!

I love coming here for the produce and meat. They always have great sales so keep and eye out for that. The staff has also been great. I left something at the store once and I was able to call them and get it right back as they write down everything that is left behind.

LOVE this place. We dont have one in Cleveland, but I would love one up here. We always stop by when we are in Columbus and it is fairly easy to get to off of 271. Great beer selection, fantastic bakery, I always find some fun new delicious food here. Today they were giving out beer samples from Warped Wing Brewery out of Dayton (which has great beer by the way) and they had lunch and live music going. Cant wait to go back!

Go there for an ad Thursday only ground beef $1.99lb. personnel in the meat department said we havent had that for two or three weeks. Question what does that got to do with the Thursday only sell $1.99.Why have sales on something and not have the item. Meat department personnel gave runaround on the reason. Called manager same runaround.

I liked it and will probably go back. They have some very nice fresh produce, including organic produce. A good bulk food section too. Some good cheese, as well. They didnt have any live sauerkraut, so I was disappointed for that. Well lit and clean store.

What a great place to shop. I do not enjoy grocery shopping at all, but when the place you go to has friendly customer service, the vibe is laid back and the deals they have are always so competitive, it makes the process so much easier. I love this place! And I have shopped at several places like fresh market, luckys and giant eagle marketplaces. This store is the best of all.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. From the made to order pizzas and sandwiches to the make your own peanut/cashew butters. Being able to but spices by the once saves me so much money through the year. Their fresh made juice is fantastic!

Wide isles, and good selection. More healthy options and almost no major food processor products. No pretentions like other healthy living grocers.

Very clean with a great selection of produce and other items. Very well organized and pleasing to the eye. Everyone is nice. They also have an occasional storybtkme for toddlers there once a month or so with drinks and snacks provided.

One of the few places selling bulk HERBS. And other bulk foods (nuts candy etc). Salt water taffy too!Salad bar soup bar. Lot of cold beverages a place to sit and eat them too. And seating outside too! Friendly staff actually visible on the floor.

This is a nice alternative to Whole Foods or Trader Joes, with a store size that fits in between the two. I was drawn in with some great advertised deals, which can hold their own with anywhere else in town, but beyond that, its a mixed bag.The store is clean and relatively well laid out. The selection is solid, and we didnt leave without what we needed. We did see a bunch of prices that were quite a bit higher on non-sale items, and we also saw various perishable items with short sell by dates. The produce was good, but nothing remarkable.Well go back, but I didnt leave as impressed as Id hoped to be.

My favorite place to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables. My family is in there about 3x a week. Bulk items are always in stock and the cheese and meat selection is better then some of the larger grocery stores.

Solid small market. Staff is always helpful although check out lines sometimes very slow. Good specials. Hard to make left turn to High out of parking lot. They have nutritional yeast when Kroger and CVS did not.

I work here and double ad Wednesday is an amazing deal with 2 weeks of ads put into one day. Great deals on produce and a delicious bakery with homemade personal pizzas. Overall a great local worthington market to shop at.

Their coffee by the pound cannot be beat for price & quality. Im partial to Fogcutter. I think its a great store in general. Prices on some items can be high, but the sale prices are very competitive

First time here. disappointed. Monday afternoon lunchtime. one cashier and 6 or 7 people in line. plenty of other staff in store. people need to get in and out at lunchtime. wont be back. wnet for the prepared meals which were heavily advertised. not much of a selection. luckily I live closer to Fresh Market which never disappoints.
