This is the Kroger in the Worthington park center next to worthington galena road. This is a little small compared to other Kroger in this area. I feel this one is little congested in space. But they have all the departments of Kroger. They do have Kroger gas in from of this Kroger. Staff is friendly and help you in all of your shopping.
This place is never stocked. Always out of stuff. No one helps you. One of the associated was walking by me and I said Miss, can you help me? and she just kept walking. I asked again and she still ignored me. Finally my husband said something to her and her reply was that she is on break and walked away. I just wanted to know what isle something was on. Your better off going to Polaris to go grocery shopping,
They always have everything I need and people are nice!
I went to Kroger three days ago to buy drinks (provided that they did not state on the Internet and advertisements that one person can only buy a few bottles). When I finished the purchase, I was told that I could not buy so much. Later I argued with their manager I got up, and later their manager said that he wouldnt sell me. I said why? She said she didn’t sell, I didn’t sell. I was speechless. This attitude was too bad. Obviously they were unreasonable... If the evaluation had zero points, I would give zero points.
Whenever I order online I get the worst product. Bad avocados, BLACK granny smith apples, product that expires the same day, coconut milk with broken seal, and I never get all the ordered products. Even if I put comments to get the fresh products, they never care. Wont use this Kroger anymore.
I dont know what to think. I ordered online for Clicklist. Ordered about $90 worth of stuff, not unusual especially for an upscale area of town. When I went back to check something on my order, it was only $45. Half of my order indicated that the item was not available, normal stuff like apples, pears, frozen fish, butter, among other items. Was it the website or the store? Dont know. Cancelled the order because I actually needed the items. Not sure if it was the location or Kroger but not going to find out this time around.
Customers choosing to shop in person are not valued at this location. Employees shopping and stocking vigorously during normal business hours clearly demonstrate their disregard and disdain for customers shopping in person, treating customers as if they are and impediment to the performance of their job. There is no respect for personal space; social distancing is not practiced by the employees shopping and stocking.Social conventions, reasonable manners and mutual consideration are not part of the Kroger culture at this once friendly location.
Clean store well stocked
Very poor customer service today
You don’t close at 10:40 p.m. you close at 11:00. So why are the doors locked 20 min early? So irritating and absolutely poor customer service. DO BETTER KROGER
Hope you like covid. This kroger has allowed customers to walk in and shop without masks. Despite reporting the employees and management did absolutely nothing. Including a couple of people in their 50s. Stood right by my wife at the checkout. These guys need to be penalized. What is the point of a mask order if people will not adhere to it.
The store is always well stocked, busy but never crazy crowded. Store personnel are always helpful.
This is a chain grocery. You will find 95% of what you want everytime you go.
They have trouble keeping things stocked but the kind & helpful staff make up for it!
Always out of stock, kinda pointless to go here anymore
Supposed to close at 11 but closed at 950
I just dealt with the most unfriendly deli worker ever. He was slow to stand up to ask if I wanted anything and unfriendly in his greeting. I asked for thick sliced liverwurst and he Said that couldn’t be done on the slicing machine. I told him I gotten it sliced that way in every other Kroger in central Ohio when I have asked for it. I came to buy steaks to grill on a beautiful Friday night. I will gladly purchase them elsewhere.
Absolutely the most pathetic Kroger in the state. Waited 40 minutes for clicklist, was the only one waiting in the parking lot, still never got my food. They got their $100 though, as it was prepaid. Then Supervisor Kayla and Doreen get on the phone, but have zero integrity, and made multiple lies to cover up their errors and eachothers lies. It was lie after lie. Ridiculous. Still no food, and out $100.
I understand that times are tough right now but our cashier Phyllis was extremely rude to us. She really needs training on her people skills.
This is the best grocery store in the area. friendly staff always bags your groceries and time permitting will help you unload your cart and take things to your car oh, what a fantastic shopping experience. I have to say though the produce department needs a little closer supervision, I have found issues my last two trips.
Yeah, I can agree its a tad on the small side, but a lot of grocery stores in this area are. However, I believe the trade-off would be theres always one close to you.The only thing stopping the quality from being Excellent, would be the produce section. Theyve been getting better lately of taking better care of it, but I still sometimes end up with produce that should have been tossed. (And Im not looking for perfection, just asking the employees to look at what theyre putting out there to buy.) However, Ive never had a problem with any other section. For the appeal, its clean, well-lit where it needs to be easy to find things normally. However, as mentioned before its a tad cramped at times. That however hasnt stopped me from going to this particular store for the vast majority of my shopping. Theres even a Kroger gas station in the same lot, which is convenient. As for the service, for those rare occasions Ive ever needed help, theres always been someone there for me. I couldnt ask for more.
This is a fine Kroger store but its a smaller Kroger store. They dont carry as wide of a selection as the larger ones. I usually can find what I need but sometimes they just don’t carry the brand I want, when a different larger Kroger store may carry it. The store is generally clean and easy to get in and out of. I tend to visit this store when a need something quick and because it’s the closest grocery store to my home.
Not the widest selection and variety, but certainly can get what you need. Size and layout is really convenient as well. I prefer coming here for quick grocery runs, lines dont build up quite as much as other grocery stores.
Came here last night for some allergy medication and even though I was in the walkway the manager closed the doors right in my face. I was nice. I gently tapped on the door saying that I just needed allergy medicine for a loved one. He directed me to Wal-Mart saying he thought they closed at 11. I stated I just needed some allergy medicine and would be in and out and it wasnt even 9:00 yet. He still wouldnt let me in and still wouldnt even make eye contact with me. So I went to Wal-Mart. They closed at 8:30. By now I am praying and scared. Thankfully, I found a gas station that *was* open on my second attempt. I got home. He took the medicine. It cleared up the signs including a tight chest. This had a happy ending but if his symptoms would have gotten worse while I was out trying to find medication, I can easily see this store facing a wrongful death suit.I went to the store today and asked to speak with the store manager. She happened to be off. I was at the customer service desk and spoke with the assistant manager and this same fellow happened to be there. Still wouldnt make eye cotact with me while I spoke with the asst. mgr. and turned his back to me the whole time instead. When I finished speaking with the asst. mgr I wasnt convinced that anything substantiative would be done. She said I could call the general manager the next day. Im posting about this experience here because Im still rather doubtful that this experience wont otherwise be repeated for someone else. Thank you.
There was a deal, $15 off when you spend $45 on items that cost $14.99. So youd think at a passing glance you need just 3? Nope, you need 4. So its actually $15 off a minimum buy of $59.96. And these are heavy items too, so now youre not respecting your associates time when they have to restock it. I dont need to shop here Kroger, Ill go somewhere that respects my time and effort and a place that respects their employees time and effort.
The people there are helpful and always greet me with a smile. I actually sneeze and someone popped out of the lane who was talking and said bless you! Just a great shopping experience
Soo much chaos. Produce is not fresh.
Im so glad to have this Kroger as my neighborhood store. Its managed a great blend of convenience and selection--smaller and easier to navigate than the newer mega-Kroger, but with the same great prices and variety. Its been recently renovated, too. Terrific, friendly, helpful staff!
I love this Kroger Store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because it doesnt carry my favorite ice cream, which is Turkey Hill Fudge Swirl. I have to go up to Polaris Parkway and Sancus to get it.
If u r going to offer click it service then your store needs to be stocked better. U r always out of everythingAt the very least update your system when u r out of something .its annoying
I was pleasantly surprised to find live music playing, I found out they do this on Tuesday early evening. It was really nice! The store is clean and organized with a wonderful staff! I love Krogering
Its a nice Kroger everything has been remodeled recently. My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of stock of common items like cat food. I also wish they had a more extensive beer selection. Very nice staff and always clean.
I love your beautiful cashier. Her name is Stacey. She is the best. She is a real human being, so caring and very friendly.
This Kroger is in a great location, and always clean. Just doesnt seem as big or carries as many products as the other ones I normally go to it. Employees are often cheery and welcoming.
They were so awesome with us at the flower shop. They didnt have the balloons we wanted so we brought our own and they filled them for us. The manager Joe was super kind. Wish this Kroger was closer to my home, I would shop here !
One of produce workers went out of her way to get me some organic bananas. Her name was Emily and she was very polite. The checkout wasnt the best butt it look like they were short-staffed and it was a Friday
This Kroger is a bit run down and dingy in an aging strip mall. Compared to more modern Kroger stores it has a poor selection of organics and natural foods. No state liquor store. The nearby location on Polaris Parkway is significantly better.
This is a really good Krogers, and even better with the update. The service is good and it is a neighbourhood store so if you are there frequently and live in the neighbourhood maybe you will like it more. Everyone is friendly, the produce is good and fresh and the meat that I had is good quality. They always have everything I need, even Welsh butter which is a miracle!
This is My Kroger! Everyone is so nice. All of my favorite shopping needs are there. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and fish at great prices.
A classic neighborhood grocery that is competitive in price. Employees are all great and very polite. Shop here often, and Tuesdays is wine sampling day in the late afternoon, also offering light entertainment at times. Compared to other grocery giants the points and savings never stop!
This Kroger store is just okay. Its clean, the staff is usually pretty nice, and the selection is basic. Lately they have added a more organic mix but compared to the other stores in the area it is, again, basic. The layout is changed periodically, seemingly without a lot of thought to the shoppers needs - for instance aisles that dead end - you cant get through to other parts of the store. Thats kind of maddening. If youre looking for basic and need to get in and out quickly, this is generally a decent store to shop.
Ok Kroger. On the smaller size so isles are tight. Decent product selection but not the best Ive seen from Krogers in the area. Will be fine if you just need standard stuff.
This Kroger location is one I visit weekly for groceries. I like that its a smaller store, but still has everything my family needs. Staff members are always very kind and helpful. Definitely take advantage of the Kroger app to view sales, get digital coupons, create a clicklist order, manage prescriptions, etc.
This is a super store that has everything with lots of choices to pick from. Its very orderly making it easier to navigate than the one at Worthington Sq. Its clean and staff were super helpful... Im see and will do most of my shopping there from now on.
This review is given for the customer service night manager. Just hope that if you ever have a service related issue or question that he is not your only option for solution. He is totally worthless.
Great Kroger the recent refresh and update gave it new life. This is not one of the Large Kroger Marketplaces that sell clothes and furniture but I prefer the smaller stores to get in and out quicker.
Nice sized store and the lady at the Customer Service desk was super nice. First time sending money through Western Union without any hassle. This was the first time I used this particular Western Union.
UPDATED: I reduce my ratings to three stars because the store closed three hours early on the Friday before July 4. I frequent this Krogers often, and there was never a sign posted on the door. It was quite irritating and there is no explanation given. Not sure if I want to visit the store as frequently anymore.----------The clearance is awesome. Small store, but I always get what I need.
I love some of the selection here and i have run into some really helpful workers and also some not so helpful workers...but i just want to say that i have a weird feeling of being followed in these Worthington stores. Its really not a very welcome feeling at all for any store to be like that. Im not sure if its because I am new out here or what but its not amusing. But this store is definitely in a good walking distance area for houses/apartments out here. Much needed thanks for being here. Very convenient.
As with any store, they need to open more check out lines especially during the holidays. I dont believe in self checking out because that is whats going to get people a loss of jobs. Many kids and seniors depend on cashier jobs but if people stop going to the cashier and do it themselves the stores wont hire and get you to work for free. Most places with self check out are slower than the regular line because most people seem confused and take forever on such a simple task. So for me,I will continue to go thru a regular line.
Had the whole supermarket perfectly labeled out. I could find my food products so fast!
Avoid Kroger at all costs! It’s Trash. Pickup order wasn’t ready, chargers anyway, no compensation (even for free delivery) and on the phone over an hour trying to be reimbursed. Never shopping here again. If you’re wanna save yourself a headache, don’t hop at Kroger.
Im a loyal customer of kroger, really like the deli items.
A nice Kroger if you need something quick and is very close to me which is perk but I prefer the one off of Polaris Parkway more as they have more options and a wide selection.
I have been to better Krogers. This one wasnt very appealing to me. Store seemed clean, just didnt do anything for me.
No problems, I went in and got what I needed. I use to work at this location so always say hello to people
Always out of things! And products they used to carry I can no longer get there after specifically asking manager at least 3 times! Simple things like roasted almonds without salt! EVERY other kind in abundance! I guess they dont care what a customer of 30 years wants!
This is one of the older Krogers but its easy to get in and out of,shorter lines and the traffic is nothing compared to a couple of the other Krogers close by. Staff is friendly and great prices and sales.
Always friendly & helpful; reason for the good review, but this particular location has suddenly stopped carrying a few of my necessary items.
Store is a smaller neighborhood store so there is a lot of limited choices. Stocking is lax, many things sit empty for days on end constantly. Employees are only interested in each other, and aisles are often blocked by clicklist carts manned by apathetic clerks. Ad signs generally dont get taken down on time so you get surprises ar checkout. Good for a quick run if youre lucky enough to find what you came in for. Which Is rare.
Id like to give a shout-out to the pharmacy. I had a prescription from Urgent Care sent over at 10 til closing and rather than transferring it to the 24hr CVS Pharmacy, the pharmacist filled it and stayed over to make sure i got it the same night. This was so awesome of her and I cannot thank her enough for such a generous deed!
Hometown feel. Great food at awesome prices. Everything was easy to find as well.
Nice store, well stocked. Need more checkout lanes open. I was there at 2pm, not considered rush hour and lines were backed up.
This store struggles to keep our favorite items in stock. I go here due to its close proximity to my house but grow frustrated with their lack of proper inventory. There is also consistently at least one self checkout broken.
This is a good Kroger if you just trying to do some quick shopping. They dont have as vast of a selection that other drivers may have. It would be nice if they could carry some of the popular items as the other stores. Cough cough Carfagnas pasta sause. Other then that the employees are mostly friendly !
It was our first time here and Stacey was our cashier she was very nice and friendly, tyler was the bagger and he was also polite and helpful! We talked to 3 employees at this kroger which is probably more than any other one. It was a great experience, clean store from what we saw. We will absolutely return in the future!
Nice to sho here. Clean store, fresh food and nice staff.
I have had multiple poor experiences with Alexis at the gas station. She puts in her information to take points from people and freaked out on me over a transaction where I wanted to do a partial payment.
Its an alright place. I like the location since I live close but the cashiers are rude, the space is small and products are not even properly maintained. The parking spots are actually a failure as well.
Very helpful and friendly staff no matter what time I am there. Good prices and selection, too.
People treat customers with a lot of respect and kindness
Saturday night at 8 PM and there are no cashiers on duty. The line for the self-service machines was half way around the store. Just terrible. I overheard someone complain to one of the workers. She just shrugged... thats the way its scheduled.
The staff is very friendly and kind I love it there.
This kroger outlet is smaller compared to other outlets but very well stocked specially the produce department with lots of discounts. This is like a neighborhood grocery store.
Wanted to get my wife some flowers for the hell of it so I grabed a pre made bouquet, the lady behind the counter put them in a nice vase and made them beutiful, she was so nice and helpful! I wish I got her name because she was so great!
Good selection of food products at reasonable prices. Be sure to use the store card for discount
This store needs to up its game to be like other Kroger stores. A few peeves. The cold-cuts are always throw in a bag and the cheese winds up to be mess. Some of the checkout people are nice and some are downright rude. They are working on the store so hopefully it will be cleaner.
Me and my mother were buying 2ltr soda for our family Christmas today and were buying in multiples of 4 to get the discount. Added two additional 2ltr that were not on the discount totaling 10. At checkout we were forced to put two back and lost our discounts. Nothing posted anywhere regarding this policy and always incentivized to buy in bulk. Spend 1200$ a month with Kroger myself not counting my mother. Post a sign regarding this policy and make up your mind as to how many sodas we are supposed to buy. Fix your problem please, very unhappy!
Good store with plenty of selection. Good sales too if you look around.
Great store. People are friendly. Only negative, not enough registers open.
I love Kroger for easy access to the items I need the discount on my items and the friendly customer care
Great store just seems to never be fully stocked on lots of items.
Very disappointing to see most customers and a few employees without a mask.
Its quick in and out but they still need to lower prices compared to Wal-Mart. Not worth paying more for the same thing you can get at Wal-Mart for cheaper.
Always well stocked and clean, with friendly, helpful staff!
Quick food shop...in and out. Stock was low.
Great customer service, they helped me find what I was looking for.
Perhaps, on a Sunday before Christmas, having more than one bagger for the 4 open aisles would be a benefit.
Great little store, the employees are friendly and they have the best fried chicken in the deli!!
Easy to get in and get out quickly as long as you avoid the peak times.
Consistently has inventory problems. Seemingly every time Im there, one of the items we need is out of stock.
This a great Krogers. Just the right size, great selection and friendly service.
Ive been going to this kroger for over 30 years and theyve never let me down
Great prices. Good quality produce and meats.
Very clean and efficient store. One of my favorite Krogers.
It always has shorter lines and is very convenient to my house
Good kroger that is not overly crowded like some others in the area
Good staff and a nice variety of food and essentials.
Easy to get around in the store and great selection of products.
