I go here everyday on my lunch and get the same thing... Crunchy California rolls! They are the best thing Ive ever eaten! Never ever have I had a bad experience! The employees that make them are so friendly, so appreciative! I highly recommend if you like sushi to stop by here!!!

Located in the Worthington Mall, this Kroger is going through construction and remodeling - so that makes for daily changes in where your groceries MAY be located.Once the construction is done - it’ll be incredible. They have a liquor store, florist, and a very friendly staff. Easy to get in & out of their lot, too.

Awesome customer service today, came in for a couple of items and realized I forgot my wallet. Simply asked if the card readers accepted Apple Pay, and although they don’t both the store leader and district leader were standing there and encouraged me to just go grab the items and offered to pay out of their pocket so I didn’t have to go home to grab my wallet and come all the way back. Thank you very much Ben and Leann!

We working long time to delivery loads for Kroger distribution centers in 48 states The store Manager Tanner is very rude with customers .

I visited after a long time today. I was very happy to see the amount variety they had. O was able to find good snack with good prices. It was very easy to find things.

The cashier and bagger was rude and charge me and my roommate something we didnt get

The smell in this Kroger is so good, besides that I like the Kroger brand peanut butter I eat a tub every 2 days no sugar.

Customer service was very dismissive on the phone. Im 26. Somehow I felt someone probably less than 10 years my age treated me like I was a dinosaur.I mentioned an item I left, mentioned it was ice cream.He asked, What Kind?I said Turkey Hill.He said, again, What kind?I said, Vanilla.He said, What flavorrrrrr?I said again, Vanilla. A little agitated at that point.He said, I dont see it.I said, I left it with the older woman on the end (there were only two cashiers working, only one was older).He just abruptly says Youre gonna have to come in and well handle it for ya.Hangs up without another word.Wow, when a customer buys something, then asks you to check if they left it there and you dont even bother to check the one place they asked you to check? After being inattentive to what I mentioned I left?I bet if I actually showed up and asked the kid to check, hed probably tell me to wait, go to the restroom, puff some weed and come back, telling me he couldnt find it. Unbelievable. Not gonna waste my time anymore. This location is already small and has less stock than most, dont waste your time.Hope that kid has fun eating my vanilla ice cream.

Absolutely lethargic and disgusting customer service. The least you would expect is to bag the stuff I purchased! May be have no service sign. Im not wasting good money in stores like this. Not visiting again!

Nice place to grab a few low cost items.

2 hours wait for click list. I don’t know why they even take orders if they can’t fulfill them. You can’t really even blame the one guy bringing them out because the turnaround time on the inside is 15 minutes per car and there are actually people inside helping. I really don’t mind going inside and getting my own groceries which makes this all the more painful. I guess I’m stubborn. Never, ever again.

This is the worst do not Use the app. I made a order with this location. I was sent confirmation to pick up my order twice. I get to the store to pick up my order and ding dong there was nothing I mean nothing there for my order. I call the manager which refuse to give his name at 8:30pm on May 8 2020. He told me to just call corporate and suggest they fix there system. And this came directly from the supervisor at the worthington mall location. This is a shame to be treated this way. I am handicapped and can’t do everything for myself I can’t believe I got treated like this. I needed that assistance and I got treated very bad and still don’t have the groceries and I had to pay someone 20 dollars to pick up food for me that was not there. At a time like this I’m very disappointed in this company

Best customer service of every Kroger I ever been in!! Pharmacy staff are incredibly fast and dont make EXCUSES, they just GET IT DONE FAST! Not to forget the speed and courtesy from Clark running the self check and the lady with Auburn hair at Customer Service. Thank you all!!

I went to get a clicklist order and waited an hour and a half. We get there at our assigned pick up time after being told that our order is ready. We get there, they tell us 10 minutes while they finish shopping. We only have 3 items, but ok. 30 minutes pass, we call again to see whats up. They tell us theyll come out with our order shortly and that we just got our order called on the intercom. Another 30 minutes pass. They tell us theyre having trouble printing out receipt, we wait another 20 minutes before calling and asking to just bring out what they have so we can leave. They bring out or order, with receipt printed. Its incomplete, but we just want to go home at this potint. I get the feeling that they couldnt find one of our items (it was a specialty cake mix) and didnt want to tell us, which would be fine if we hadnt been given excuse after excuse. If they had simply told us sorry, we dont have that item. It would have been fine, and I wouldnt be mad at all. But they gave us the run around for an hour and a half, instead of just being honest about not having an item. Honestly unnaceptable, just be honest with customers instead of making us wait for so long.

Im not sure what to make of the current remodel if this place. They have shrunk the meat section so much that you almost have to wait your turn just to pick out packaged meats... And then theres basically no chicken.I realize that demand for milk is up with recent winter storms, but at like 3 bucks a gallon, I have no reason to go here. I could have just gone to a convenience store.

Amazing store. Very large with everything you can imagine. Great selection of everything. Good prices, lots of specials. The interior is very attractive with special wooden endcaps that match the building architecture. There are local art pieces for sale. A truly delightful store.

Best liquor store in town

The store itself is clean and neat and the people are very nice. However, its also about half the size of a normal Kroger store, so they dont have as many options or stock as much inventory. Its been an issue a number of times, but the store is still wonderful for a quick stop.

Placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived at home with my groceries I noticed 2 of my items were opened, one of them being lip balm.

This has been our primary grocery store for the last couple of years and we love it. We’ve noticed in the past two to three months, that certain items we can only get, at Kroger, such as a Kroger brand coffee creamer, are never in stock. We’ve tried going on different days and different times with no luck.

Clean and well-organized. Sufficient choices in merchandise, although brand name choices are diminishing in favor of Kroger brands, presumably to hold down prices. Aisles are often too narrow, and obstructed.

This by far is the best Krogers in Columbus. The employees are the best. I was looking for a certain item I bought at another Krogers a gentleman said he knew exactly what I was talking about but he was sorry they do not carry it at this location. I said thanks and went to check out. He brought me a similar item and gave it to me. I have never had this happen before and was so thankful I didnt have to go to another store! Thank You for making my shopping experience the best I ever had!

We stopped in tonight for 2 quick things. Only the self serve area was open and there was a very long line that wound back down one of the aisles. Nothing quick at Kroger tonight while we were there.

Waited over two hours for pick up and I was told I would receive a discount on my order, which I never received . Stay away from this location seems to be severely disorganized.

We live 2 minutes from the Graceland Kroger. Because it is a total clusterfvck all the time, we drove to the Lewis Center Meijer today to get groceries. After getting p1ssed off and leaving our cart in the middle of an aisle because they were out of everything, we stopped at your location to do our weekly grocery trip today. Smaller, clean and with most things in stock, we managed to get out of there quickly and with most items we had come for. Good job!

Trevor at Store-60 Worthington Mall, Worthington, OH 43085 demonstrated the absolute customer service. We travel in from PHX every Mon and by the time we arrive at the store, most of the items we like to get have been sold-out. Trevor, without hesitation, allowed us to place our simple orders, to be picked up when we arrive. JUST AWESOME!! Thanks Trevor.

This is a great location. Fits the area nicely. Its one of the smaller stores, but its well maintained, staff is friendly, and I love the cheese guy!

Nice and helpful employees. Its a smaller store than I am use to shopping at regularly. It does have a nice selection but limited.

The store is awesome and clean and full of fresh fruit/vegetables. The problem (a big problem) is that it sells alcohol. Grocery stores that has parents who bring children should never have alcohol.One thing that stood out was the sheer number of olive varieties available. I dont really easy olives but it stood out.

This place is just depressing. Im not sure why Worthington cant have a decent grocery store and the sad state of affairs that this Kroger is in is likely due to the lack of competitors.I dont think Ive ever been in here without having to dodge piles of inventory, empty boxes or other refuse laying about the aisles.The grocery content is decidedly low-rent and the experience is the same. Later in the evening there simply arent any normal registers open and I dislike the self-checkout.I know Kroger isnt known for a fancy stores but this place just needs to be knocked down and rebuilt (or not). No clue why the Clintonville store is so much nicer and this store is so grubby.Also Im not sure what is going on with all of the glowing local guide reviews. Im taking it that local guide is a form of paid review because anyone who lives here knows that stores in Dublin, Clintonville and Polaris are FAR better than this mess. Im calling BS on these fake reviews.

Had a cart full of groceries and went to check out. Due to the cart being extremely full we wanted to go through the lane and asked for help. The guy that was working said very rudely that he was off an half an hour ago and wasn’t going to help us. I asked the girl standing by the check outs if she could help and she acted incompetent and not understanding what I was asking. I asked for a manager and she said she was the only one working. So I grab our toilet paper and paid for it and left the cart full of groceries next to her and she said ok. I come to this Kroger’s because it’s close to home and shop there for all my food. I will never come back to this Kroger’s again.

Great, smaller Kroger with a friendly, helpful staff. Nice for a quick pick up of stuff for dinner on the way home. Recommended.

Only self serve checkout open and over 20 people in line. Two self checkouts not working and not one associate up to help. You see them walking around and looking at all the customers then running off. Nice job managers. Saturday at 9:30pm, 25 min to check-out

This store is not only clean but the staff as a whole is great. Their friendly and fresh faces are why i shop at this kroger. Not to mention the produce is always fresh, their quick to find what i am looking for if i cant find it myself and if they dont have something i need they make it right. This a is a small store with huge verity and a great atmosphere to shop in.

Since the renovation this place has been fantastic. Great selection of cheeses and, even though I dont drink wine, there are TONS of different wines.

Click List at this location has ruined this store for me. The largest issue with the Click List is the last three times, the same girl who brings out my groceries has a serious attitude problem and literally throws my bags in the car, crushing my bread and other items. I have called her out on it, but nothing changed. Also items that she says are not in stock, they are because I checked myself. No more, I cant use this Kroger anymore.

Everytime I come here everyone is so nice they greet you ask you if you need help what a great way to start your day!

Kroger Worthington is a confusing mess! The entire dairy section is split into 3 different areas. Sorry we ever went in. Frustration.

The produce looked pretty nice color and condtion wise, every employee said good morning or hello found what I needed and then some.

ClickList pickers do a terrible job of selecting quality items and often state they are out of items even when you go into the store and the shelf is fully stocked.

I went to this location of Kroger last night instead of my local one in my area on my way home from work.if youre in the Worthington area I recommend this Kroger as an option for those too tired to go to their local Kroger.

The last time I was in a employee brought my 2 year old daughter a pink balloon which made her day which then made my day!!
