Pedro, one of the store managers is amazing. I had an issue with a merchandise credit and he worked so diligently to rectify the issue. This review is not in regards to any one location but towards the company as a whole. It’s disheartening to give such a negative review as I have been a loyal customer for decades and round the holiday is even worse. I ordered snow pants and gloves for my kids on 12/8 Columbia used USPS to ship any it’s been close to month without any updates. I’ve been on wait for 211mins to only find out they can’t help, blaming the post service. When asked if they would do anything to make this customer satisfied. They stated no and checked with management..there goes a loyal customer. They could of offered help and shipped out new gear with a courier with better tracking or provided a discount instead of shoveling blame on others poor management.

Found a warm winter coat. Plenty of stock, just not enough cashier staff. Spent more time waiting to pay than finding the coat.

Decent collection for winter jackets. I purchased couple of winter jackets in last winter and both were of decent quality. Good discounts during holidays season. They have good collection of winter jackets, hoodies etc. from kids to adults. Not sure they give good discounts every day. I would love to visit this place again for shopping winter jackets. They have light weight jackets too for harsh winter of Boston.

Great prices and selection. My light weight yet warm winter jackets, 1 grey, 1 dark pink are fuzzy warm. I recently bought a waterproof rain jacket. When buying a rain jacket make sure it says waterproof and not water repellent!!! I cant see how anyone could go to this store and not pick up a bargain.

I love coming here for outdoor gear that bears the quality of a name like Columbia without breaking the bank. I’ve purchased both clothing and footwear and been extremely satisfied.

There are amazing deals to be had here but it is hit or miss. Columbia is much better than Eddie Bauer at Waltham. Eddie Bauer downsized their store there some years ago and eliminated their clearance section.

I like wearing Columbia boots during the winter b/c they have always kept my feet warm and dry and they have quite a few different styles of boots you just have to get there I guess when they get their shipments in b/c the most common sizes go very quickly during the winter.

Horrible. I just left the store and the manager was very rude. I spent over $200 specifically to use a coupon and they would not accept a picture of the coupon with the code and barcode clearly shown. They very rudely said I could only use the coupon if I drove home and came back with it today and then called the next person in line to rush me along. The staff is very unfriendly.

Since I grew up in the land of Columbia Sportswear, I have been a long time fan and I have long found the outlet stores to be a great way to find their great clothes for something closer to what my pocket book can take. Theres nothing really special about this particular outlet (other than the fact that there arent many in MA) but it has a good selection, and with several other quality outlets in the same area, its worth the occasional trip (ahem, tax free weekend).

What ever you are looking for you will find it there.

Clearance sale going on right now is absolute perfection. Up to 60% off things made me come back two days later

Prices are good, but service here is awful. There are never any staff members are the store, and once you get to the checkout they are too busy rushing you out to ask you if you found what you were looking for. I would rather pay full price at another store for better customer service.

No googd at all. the protection thing leaves on the coat and the manager asked me to go there again to return the coat. It take 2 hours drive!
