Small store, very neat. Does not offer a lot of varieties. I dont see so many people buying there anymore. It is weird as I have been to other Timberland outlets, the one in Merrimack, NH would offer more. Maybe it is just me. Nothing to complaint but nothing special.

The staff here are the definition of customer service excellence. When Ive stepped in this place right away a staff member says let me know or let us know if you have any questions. How awesome customer service, friendliness, and welcoming is that. Place feels clean enough also, highly recommend.

When I need new work boots, Timberland is my go to store. The store was stacked with boots. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The sale was very nice. Went in looking for one pair and walked out with two pairs. The store was even clean and sharp.

Staff was great. Manager walked around and was very friendly. Great selection and great quality.. Definitely be back.

This store is tiny yet no regulation on how many people at the time they can be inside the store due to corona virus! Theres is so many people inside this store at the time that almost to the point of stacking people upon each other, its ridiculous and irresponsible, literally people spilling there guts on the floor from sickness yet no concern from employees to regulate how much people at the time in store.

The sales people were extremely customer oriented. I asked for sizes that were not on the display and the staff got together to retrieve the items from the stockroom and looked happy to do so. I was impressed.

Kind of expensive

Horrible customer service. Bought boots in Feb 2018 and although worn daily they are not abused. Less than 10 months after purchasing them, holes are forming in the soles and letting in water. According to Timberland, thats not a defect - guess thats their quality craftsmanship. Switched to Dickies boots!!!

Bit of a line but it was good.

I have supported this brand for most of my adult life. This store however needs some Major improvement with customer service. I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase. Walked out because of the overt rudeness of the staff. Hope they can turn it around

Everythings fine in the store, the boots, clothes and everything else except the service. Me and my brother had to open boxes alone to find our sizes. They didnt care about other costumers as well even though they were like 5 employees on a shift. For a pricy store like Timberland the service should be much better.

Fashion Statement of Winter times in the New York City area we call New of Timberlands/ Deadass 🐝.This outlet almost took all of my money. Dont come to this store with less then $300 you will hate yourself for it. 2-5 different type of styles of foot wear
