Really nice store with so many options. Im now obsessed with Pandora jewelry! And Cara was such a sweetheart and spent so much time with me helping me pick out a bunch of rings! She even helped me figure out perfect ways to stack my rings that I wouldnt have thought of! If you need rings definitely go see her! But all of the women there were super sweet and helpful. We will absolutely be back!

I love this Pandora!I literally feel like I am going to see family any time that I go to this Pandora. Its so refreshing, especially because stores that provide that type of atmosphere are rare to find. It is such a family-like atmosphere that sometimes I go in just to say Hi! to the manager, Vanessa, and the staff working there. Anytime I get a chance to drop in I always get the opportunity to see what is in their sales case and I usually get awesome deals - just from dropping in to say hello! Its the best of both worlds.Anyhow, I highly recommend going to this Pandora, especially if you are like me and like to feel comfortable shopping in a place where the staff is actually happy that youre there.

Ill have to say what i witnessed at this location of wrentham village pandora on Sept 8th 2021 was the worst Ive ever seen a manager named Cecile treat a customer. Cecil was pointing a finger at this lady like as if it were her child and threatened the lady with calling security and lying to say the woman was trespassing after I watched her make a few purchases..so how was she trespassing?. I cant believe pandora hired people with no respect of their paying customers plus her customer service was horrible. If she was having a bad day she shouldnt of went to work. Treating customers like that is a turn off and she told the lady not to return as if she owned the store....lol.. if I were her boss .. shed be fired. I wouldnt want people like Cecile bringing down my company brand by berating paying customers.

I bought this Boston Charm for $42. The store had really good prices! The heart with paws was $20.

Everyone at the store was very friendly. I came in knowing i wanted to make a ring purchase but wasn’t sure what style. The staff helped me choose what looked best and they were very patient with me as I needed to try on numerous sizes and styles. I had a very pleasant shopping experience!

Great guest service. I waited in line about 20 minutes to get in. Young lady was knowledgeable and friendly.
