Great leather goods. Helpful and engaging staff (esp. Jonathan). Picked up a passport holder which was perfect because my previous holder needed to be retired from all its travel. Originally 55$, on sale for 17.50$.

Great shop and friendly staff

I went here to buy a couple of watches as gifts and the staff there could not have been anymore patient and attentive. Massive shout out to both John and Mary who made the experience amazing. I will always be back here to see them!

As I came to find out they had the same model watch for a more affordable price . I’m telling you I ran out towards where my sister was waiting for with a Big Smile 😃. Its a factory outlet. You can find variety of handbags, sunglasses, analog, hybrid, and smart watches with wide range. Most of the time theres a sale where you can get upto 40% discount (varies). We bought a handbag as a gift for a friends mom, and she loved it. Bought a watch as well. They provided a metal case for watch. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I’ve always loved Fossil and always had a great experience at any of their locations, but I was very disappointed in the service from this store. I understand after a Black Friday weekend you are tired but it is not a reason to be rude. We were the only customers in the store and were completely ignored. After I picked a bag with a matching wallet the associate at the register was very short and made us feel as we were bothering him and wanted us out of the there. I was very tempted to cancel the purchase after he threw the handbag and wallet in the shopping bag without its felts but I absolutely loved the bag and didn’t want to miss it.I won’t stop buying their products, it’s great quality and style but I’ll never go back to that store.
