Today, Aug 13, 2021 I purchased a shampoo that cost over $10 but less than $15.at the location of FM544 in Wylie, TX. When I checked out, the cashier asked I wanted my purchase in a bag for an extra 15 cents. How ridiculous! Is that the appreciation I get for shopping with Sally’s? I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Sally’s aren’t the only ones who sells this product.

The store is nice and clean and the associates are always helpful. I was looking for some hair products and the associate named Nya (I think that’s how you spell it) was excellent. She was so knowledgeable and very personable. Made my shopping experience amazing. I ended up getting products that I was happy about and felt more confident in buying. If y’all see this (Sally Beauty), give her a raise! Thank you!

Sally’s is slowly going down hill. I purchased my husband a pair of trimmers. The quality is not the greatest. Jasmine did everything in her power not to refund me my money. Never buy clippers or trimmers here. They had not been used.

The workers are passively aggressively rude and act like they dont want you there. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The young lady who helped me is awesome she has always been so helpful. Except she gets busy. I wish she had more help that like her are informative in their product knowledge. I cant wait till my next purchase.

Having to pay for sacks is rude for someone spending money in your store.

I’ve had bad experiences at this Sally’s before but I’m glad I came here this time! My sister and I were just doing a quick run but we were greeted by Elena S. She was extremely friendly, helpful, kind and she even had some jokes! She answered every single question we had and showed us all the options we had. Best part she made it fun and personal to shop! I’ve never had so much fun getting hair products, definitely coming back to this store thanks to Elena!

They are always able to give me advice whether its make up, hair applications, etc. And if they dont have the product they suggest others.

I bought a pair of l bought a $90 trimmers for my kids who just wanted a hair cut.the trimmer were used and i never touched the box and when i asked for a refund cause my husband said it was the wrong kind of trimmer they said no we had recite they said it was used but we didnt touch and they scammed us!the employees are rude they wont give us the managers number.also there products are dusty and have hair on them and thats why im never coming to this place again.😠😡👎

I went here to purchase shampoo and conditioner today and left without purchasing because of the woman who worked here. She wasn’t out right rude in any way but she acted annoyed the minute I walked in and sighed loudly and just obviously didn’t want to be there. Y’all should have a friendly and welcoming person when you walk in this store. It’s very off putting.

Tried calling the store during operation hours but no one picked up the phone while I was parked out front to buy some hair dye....

They don’t pick up their store phones during hours of operation for information on how their curb side pick up works. Get a dial tone like they take the phones off the hook and lay them on the counters to avoid phone calls.

The ladies in here are great. The staff is very helpful and friendly every time I come in. The store is always clean and products are easy to find.

The worst ever! I walked in & no one spoke, the lady behind register walked off as I walked 2 the register looking at clipper blades, the other lady helping someone gave me a blade after I asked. But since she was busy with another guest she couldn’t not multitask. I would never recommend this place

Having to make too many trips and pay too much for the products because they (the younger workers) cant be bothered to help out a person. They didnt give me the right products, denied the hair facts Ive searched for over the past few months, Im nearly convinced that theyre there to just take money from us.
