Very disappointed and frustrated. Walked in to have them run a test on my vehicle to determine what the service engine light was indicating and the lady set the tester on the counter and helped other customers who were in line AFTER me!! Got so angry, I just left and went down to AutoZone!

It wasnt bad! I had ordered on line a battery for a RV. I had ordered the wrong one. The guy behind the counter was kinda grumpy and a little rude. Said I couldnt leave my core there while I went home to order the right battery. It would have been less than a hour. Said I had to lug it back to my truck and bring it back in when I came back. Said I couldnt even leave my name on it for when I came back. This guy was kinda grumpy last time I was there getting brakes. Must be his normal disposition.

1 out of 5, Not sure if this is something personal or they do it to everyone but Ive had them try and rip me off multiple times. Worst case is I ordered a hitch and they tried to lie to me and tell me it was not there and they could not find it in their records either. I then told them I would be there in 20mins. Guess what I got a call 5mins later saying oh the hitch is in the back sorry (the ups note said it was handed to a clerk) Also every single time I come in there they cant find my number even after I asked them to put in their system...===========================================================Yearly Review UpdateI have been back to this location recently. Now for the most part this update is for the better but I did encore a mistake. While returning a Lifetime Warranty item he told me its only good for 45 days... Now he was a younger fellow so it could have been a misunderstanding but surely I did get my replacement. Overall they have surely jumped up from that 1 star. I would say they are now at a 2.5.As Always,Stay Safe Google People

In November 2015 I purchased a radiator from Advance Auto Parts. In October 2016 it started to leak at the seem. I went to my local Advance Auto parts to do an exchange. I was told at the counter that since I purchased the original on line I would have to be credited and then re-purchase the radiator. Not pleased but I needed my part exchanged. I specifically asked the counter person if it would be the same price and he said yes. 2 days later i found out that the credit went back to a closed account i had a year ago and that the counter person charged me 33.00 more for the new radiator. I called the customer service line to get the money sent to the correct account and after a 45 minute hold time i was told that i have to wait a week for the money to bounce back to them to issue me a refund by check that will tie my money up for at least 3 weeks. I was told that the over charge on the radiator needed to be handled at the store i went to. I called the store on 28th street in Wyoming Michigan and asked to speak to the manager. The person on the line said he was the manager and i explained the situation. After he heard what i had to say he informed me he wasnt the manager and that he couldnt do anything about it. I asked for the district managers phone number and was told he doesnt deal with him or have his number. I got the person on the phone to call his manager and when he came back to the phone he told me if i can be there by 1 pm on a day i worked until 3 the manager could help me. After many phone calls back and forth the manager finally agreed to meet me at 4 pm. I walked in with receipts explained yet again about what was going on and got put on hold while the manager answered the phone to talk to someone assuring the person on the phone its covered and that he will get hooked up with the employee discount. I finally did get the refund on the difference i paid on the radiator. Now the issues still remains that I paid for two radiators. A week later i called the support phone number again and waited 45 minutes to get my refund. I told them again what happened and was then magically disconnected. Another 45 minutes later I was talking to customer support again. After explaining my frustration I was told that since the account i used 11 months ago was closed i had to get on a three way call with my old bank to prove i was still in good standings so i could get my refund. As of now the check is in the mail... MAYBE ? I have used advance auto for a lot of my parts over the years. As a service manager in my day I spent thousands... Now Im thinking not so much anymore. If i could of given a rating of 1/4 stars i think it would of been to much.

Ive had nothing but bad experience at this store. Its always empty when I go for good reason. I asked the clerk at the counter to look up an item in his system by description and he said he couldnt. Talk about a customer service oversight. Another time I had them check by starting system and they incorrectly diagnosed my battery as being bad when it was just my alternator. Dont waste your time going here.

Website, official one not google, says opens at 7, its actually 7:30. Waiting in car for half an hour, not fun. Lowest they stock in wiper blades is 18, I needed 17b, but settled for 18b. Guy didnt say anything, opened a few minutes late, and was unapproachable.

Very dissatisfied with the Service! The store Manager Waren and his disrespectful employee Brandon need to take customer service classes! Ordered a battery online went in to pick it up looked at a couple things while they were assisting customers! Once it died down went back up to the front and was standing by the battery I purchased online while Brandon was with a customer Waren was not! While standing there a customer went up to the register and Waren just ignored us and started to help the customer that just came in! That left myself and my husband standing there waiting for an additional 15 minutes! As I was starting to get irritated because of such bad customer service I stated this to my husband! Brandon then says to us well there is only two of us working while assisting his customer! Brandon unfortunately finished up before Waren and came down no apology or anything about our wait or being so rudely ignored while they were helping customers that came in after us! I said I thought it was pretty rude how Waren ignored us and helped someone who came in after we had been standing there for at least 5 minutes at that point! Brandon says to me well that’s just how it is! Then he grabbed the receipt off my battery handed it to me and shoved it towards me and said take it! I then told him you owe me money back for the core before I leave he was like okay give me your receipt back! He then continued to give the refund with a very bad attitude! I asked who the Manager was and he grinned and said with a smirk right there pointing to Waren! I then told my husband as he wanted to purchase something else that I would never buy anything else from this store and would never give them our business again with such disrespect and awful customer service! They both should take customer service classes since obviously they choose who they want to help first regardless who is waiting or not!

A few of the guys here rock. Brought my wifes car in as she had a bad battery. During the replacement the terminal broke off because it was SO corroded.At first they said this wasnt the longest battery change theyve ever done but that soon changed. They ended up replacing the whole positive wire for me and got the car running.
