Had our vehicle towed by driver Rex this morning to our repair shop. Totally satisfied in all respects. Received a call from the driver 25 minutes before he arrived. Efficiently hooked up and did the tow. Excellent job positioning our vehicle in a snug fit at the repair shop.

If I could give a 0 I would. Used my AAA roadside and they sent Streys. The next evening I get a call from the dealership across the street from the garage my truck was supposed to go saying they had already worked on my vehicle. I call Streys to find out where they had dropped my vehicle. The woman who answered the phone denied they towed the vehicle even though they picked it up and gave us a receipt but said she would have the driver call. He called, I asked where he dropped the vehicle and he said where he was told to and I asked where that was and he repeated where he was told. I said we are on the other line with AAA and you definitely didnt drop it where they told you too. We already knew it needed a fuel pump and the dealership he dropped it at had a $300 bill to just diagnose that it needed a fuel pump. Fortunately the garage it was supposed to go to originally towed it across the street. A little customer service would go a long way. Stuff happens. Even an offer to move the vehicle to the right place would have been nice. Denying first that you towed the vehicle when we call and tell you that you dropped it at the wrong place, then telling us you dropped it at the right place even though you cant tell us where it was supposed to go and cant tell us where you actually dropped it. Fortunately AAA is interested in customer service and makes things right on their end.

I had need of a small repair and I just saw this place as I was passing. I went back and the sign on the door said Closed (it was after 5 on a Friday), but a man was looking at a car in the driveway, so I asked if he could help me. I told him it didnt have to be right then since they were closed, but if he could tell me if they could help I could bring it back later. He looked at it and said it would take 5 minutes and he would do it as soon as his mechanic got back. They did and I was at the house and eating dinner before 6PM. I live on the North end but will drive to come back here for work to be done. Wonderful people!!

Got stuck in a ditch during the recent snowstorm after I could not see the side of the road and ran off. Larry was excellent, came within an hour in terrible conditions and winched me out in 10 minutes with no damage to the truck. Very nice guy and best towing experience I have had.

They replaced a flat tire as part of AAA roadside service. The guy was done within 5 minutes of arriving. Very nice and helpful.

I dropped my car off over the weekend, was given a general range of price based on the hours it would take for labor & parts, and was told it would be ready by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Had to call every day just to be updated, terrible communication. Wasnt able to pick my car up until Friday, and the labor time and cost were double the estimate.Mechanic that worked at the shop was at least understanding and gave me a small reduction on the charge for his labor due to the trouble.I see a lot of positive reviews but if you need your car in a pinch and have other options, I wouldnt risk it with Streys. Dishonest and disorganized management.

I am extremely satisfied by the service I received. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs towing. Larry is very friendly and timely.

I was on 44th street just West of Broadmoor when a gentleman stopped with his tow truck to see if I was okay. He was on his way to another location but took the time to get me off 44th st to the side street and into a parking lot so my car and I would be safe. He advised to call a tow truck due to what the car was doing. I would like to just remark that there are not many that would have stopped. Thank you and my car is now repaired and back to normal....

Absolutely terrible company. Owners try to screw over as many people as they can. The drop cars in the wrong locations, damage customer cars, and have a unlicensed mechanic “fixing” the cars for them at the shop. I would highly recommend a better company for towing and auto repair. Also turned this company into the state for multiple violations of the labor law as well as other violations going on around the shop.

!!!STAY AWAY FROM STREYS!!! If I could give less stars I would. Long story short - Triple A dispatched this company to tow my car because it didnt start. The 2 employees (Larry and another guy) seem to not know exactly how to operate the levers or know how to attach the arms. they kept putting them up and down left and right pushing and kicking against the tires unevenly. Next thing I know Im being told that I ran something over and I hear a hissing sound and the tire going flat. Larry tried to tell me nothing they did caused the problem. hard to believe after watching them try to get it hooked up. He called dispatch who told him to try and patch the tire and for whatever reason he was unsuccessful. So he stuck a hand tool back into the tire and filled it with air to tow it. They also through the trash and left over tire patch kit on someones property instead of putting with the rest of their trash scattered throughout the truck. I made him pick it back up. Whats worse is during the ride, I listened to their conversation and its sad to say, the second employee was talking about someone they knew physically assaulting a women and his reply was you know she had it coming. After we got to the destination, he told me that I can get the tire replaced, call the shop and they would take care of it. This happened on Friday. I called to speak to someone today and the owners wife took my call who then passed me to her husband the owner. He told me he wouldnt replace the tire, after a few minutes of trying to get this worked out, Im randomly talking to his wife again. He was too busy to continue to work out the problem. They tried telling me I needed to come into the shop to discuss it (They know my car doesnt start and has a flat) and that they didnt understand what I wanted although I told her 30+ times I wanted them to replace the tire like Larry (their employee said they would). She was rude and disrespectful, talked over me and put the phone down and left me on hold many times. After calling back several times I finally was able to talk to Larry and he denied everything he said on site. They are a HORRIBLE company that lack common courtesy, respect and integrity. If you notice, after the last bad review they had multiple good fake reviews in the same window of time. Before those they had reviews that were many months to a year old. Like I said, no integrity. I wonder how many fake good reviews will pop up after this.

Awsome people! Got my tire fix quick and fast after i waited 2 hrs for some else towing service and couldnt get my spare down so i had called AAA again, Streys showed up mins later and fixed my tire on the scene highly recommend streys!

Worst towing company in the state, they said they were gonna be 1 hour and then we called and then they said 2 hours and then they said 20 more minute and then we called again and they said they were their loading the truck on to the towing truck. But they weren’t there. And then ended up coming 4 hours later and then the dumbass tow driver locked our keys in the car. Terrible service, Retarded employee’s. Awful company
