Im very pleased with the friendly service and quality of their furniture. I had just moved in with my friend after my breakup and needed a bed the next day because I was headed in for lower spine surgery that very Monday. All this was done through the weekend and they delivered it the same day I ordered. I ended up upgrading to a little thicker memory foam mattress and I absolutely love it. Great and prompt service, clean atmosphere and kind/ very helpful customer service. 👍👍👍👍👍

Theyve been helpful with everything Ive needed to move into my apartment. The process was fast and easy and theyve been around for any issues Ive had. I definitely recommend using these guys.

This is severe warning to anyone thinking of renting from H&H furniture. Do not ever rent from them. They 100% do not care about people. They are a joke. They will not work with you. They over charge. This is a serious warning. They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I urge anyone thinking of renting from them to please find somewhere else. The owner is an absolute scumbag. Do not give this low life POS your business. Being a business owner should be about the customer and this guy is all about his money and decides to be a complete jerk when talked to. Do yourself a favor and the community a favor and quit using this local business until they change their attitude. Please re post this to warn anyone that thinks its a good idea to use this business for their needs. Thanks

This is in regards to the post made by Garen Barnett:It is regrettable when a former customer makes a post, especially when it is factually challenged.H&H Furniture prides itself on working with all of our customers. It is the cornerstone of our 45 plus years in the rental business. We are a customer service business.No business, however, can stay in business by making different rules for different customers. We must be consistent. Our policy of extending rental payments is 15 days longer than our competition. This is just one example of how we have worked with our thousands of customers over the years, and how we will continue to work with our customers as we move towards our 50th year.But letting customers verbally abuse our staff when they do not get their way is not a policy any business can allow.There are many avenues for dissatisfied customers to seek help if they believe they have been wronged by a business. The Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals office are 2 such organizations. They will, however, gather information from both parties in a dispute.We have never had a complaint successfully lodged, and this unfortunate rant would not qualify by any standard either.
