Walked in for an estimate for my vehicle. Receptionist was not helpful with that questioned me if my insurance even knew I was going there. After asking who my insurance was & asking if I planned to get repairs done there…the receptionist told me it would not be possible to even get my vehicle in until late December or January. First impression was not great & reception was rude. My business will gladly be taken elsewhere.

The manager took my car into shop, within 15 - 20 mins my car was ready to go, first time there, I DEFINITELY will and do Recommend them to everyone, iam so happy, first time, Ive had my car worked on, in less than 7- 9 days, there very nice, it matters how there work turns out, they did a super job💖👍👍👍👍

Very great body shop, I used to work here as a intern in high school . when i worked there Mike and Irma (Owners ) couldnt have been any better at being a perfectionist when it comes to the vehicles they repair, very good at what they do. each vehicle they treated as if it were there own. quality control is out the roof! no cut corners . good people

When I asked about the history of the repair shop, the owner responded we are a family owned business that is rooted in Yakima and our community. I am proud to call us a family business that has been around for over 10 years. Our hard work speaks for itself and our work is our integrity . That is what caught my attention right away and the deciding factor in why we went with Auto Art & Collision. The process was fluid and worry-free. Its a wife/husband duo and they both kept us up to date on anything they needed from us or our insurance. They also communicated the timeline of when we would get our minivan back. My wife was in a accident and our insurance co. set us up with Auto Art. They were great! So helpful, they did everything and we didnt have to do anything. Great people.

These people are awful. We were parked in their parking lot using wifi cuz our car was overheated when they opened in the morning they actually called the police and had us trespassed! They could have asked us to leave. Give us a chance to explain why we were there. But see they were being bias because it was obvious we were living in our car at the time. Some people dont realize their just one paycheck or a financial emergency away from being in the same boat.
