Has a small town feel. Great customer service, fantastic people working at this location. And they have an easy online order and pick up in person program which I use frequently.I buy a good number of auto parts and this is by far my favorite shop in yakima to get them.

Had what I needed ready in 30mins for curbside pick up. No problems quick service and if you use the app or website you can get your items at a discount if ordered and paid for online or in app. Also offer home delivery service and even same day on some items. These guys know what they are doing.

I had been told that I would need some anti freeze, by the gas attendant earlier in the day while getting gas....ok I thought,no big deal, I will tell my husband when I get home tomorrow. I was over a hundred miles from home when I heard the radio say; Be prepare, Tonight will be the first big freeze of the season...... What?, I dont know where it even goes, let alone what kind to get....I pulled into Advance Auto Parts, Went up to the counter where to men were... I said I need a hero.... I came to the right place.. The men said. Not only did they look up the correct type but came out to my car and put it in for me......Thank you Hero.
