Called these dudes and asked for my brakes to be bled bc me and my buddy had trouble doin it and tried explaining to him things it could possibly be but then he’s like “sorry we can’t do that.” Boy these ain’t even experts and they say they are in there name. They overpricing too. Took a g35 I used to own tried to charge me too much for the simplest things. I don’t have much time bc of work so i wouldn’t bother with these non experts.

Had an issue with my vehicle randomly not starting. Dealership found no issue.. but the very next day it wouldnt start again. ACE managed to track down the issue in a day and Ive been up and running every since. No complaints, fair price and fast work!

I had a transmission cooler line that was damaged and leaking. Caused by the last shop not reinstalling the the line clamps that keep the lines from rubbing. Auto Care Experts replaced all three of the transmission cooler lines and and did it correctly and in a timely manner and and the mechanic test drove my truck to make sure All was well. The shop bay work areas were clean. I would like to say kudos to Allex and his team, keep up the great work . I travel across the U.S. so quality work and maintenance is what keeps you from being broken down on the side of the road..I definitely recommend this shop to anyone!! Oh yeah they did Not get any grease nor oil smudges on anything on the interior.

And again I was beyond happy with the time and attention to detail that the service crew extended to this vehicle. They were honest and very helpful in the inspection and walked me through what needed to be done. I left the car in their capable hands and was not disappointed in the quality of their work and dedicated service. On the first leg of and extended trip our transmission blew coming out of Ellensburg. We got towed to Auto Care Experts where they overnighted a transmission from Portland and got us back on the road within two days. Our toe truck driver told us they were good people and that was so true. Wonderful people to work with, very professional and super friendly. I can’t say enough good about them. Wish they were in my home town so I could take all my rigs to them.

STAY AWAYThis happened last week Only reason they get a 1 star I cant give a -4 star I took my truck there ask to look at the truck clutch system and bleed it they just bleed it and it work good for 2-3 day it need a part it was the rubber seal that went in the receiver they new that it was no good they did not replace or ask me if I want it to be replace it took so I took it back they said it needed a new part for it and they said it will be 799.95 pluse tax to do the job or 450 plus tax if I had the part took to someone else it just needed to be bleed right will never go back they just want your money they should of fix it the first time they did NOT look and check the system fully like they should of and them to just bleed it was 166 all together AND IT NEVER NEEDED THAT PART

Car overheated in front of this company. We took it in and they had it fixed for a fair price ny the next day. Grat company.

4-29-2015 I had my F150 engine replaced by Auto Care Experts, LLC. I got a 12/12 warranty thru A.C.E and a 3/100 warranty thru Ford. Two years later I heard knocking noise when I started the engine up at my house. I drove very cautiously to A.C.E. They tore the engine down and found internal engine damage. They contacted Ford; Ford asked for pictures and decided that I needed a new engine. The engine arrived the next day and I had my truck back in no time. Because it was still under warranty it did not cost me one red cent. I have been dealing with A.C.E. for years and they are experts in every since of the words. I trust them with all of my vehicles.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for years along with recommending friends and family their services. I have been a mechanic myself for many years but now work in the school bus industry and dont have time to deal with it myself. Doug the owner and his staff are some of the best around and truely care about the customer and work hard for your business. Auto Care Experts are truely that..Experts and even though working on autos is alot like Doctors with patients and some symptoms dont always show everything until you dig deeper they definately are working for your best interest and not your pocket book. Recently I have taken over the responsibility of managing the fleet of the school my daughter attends and they had been taking their vehicles to another shop in Yakima. They took their van in for a check engine light and no power and was told they need a new engine..$6500+ so they decided to hold off on repairs. They also took a second van in a month later for A/C service and was quoted $1700 for all new system. This sounded unreal to me so I contacted Auto Care Experts(Doug&John) and they got me right in. The A/C system was fine and just needed charged but they also found the blower motor was not working which the other shop didnt even mention. Total cost to repair $326. As for the BAD engine. Auto Care diagnosed the engine is good but needs a plugged catalettic convertor on drivers side replaced saving us $$ thousands. I know there are alot of shady mechanics and businesses out there but Auto Care Experts is definately not one of them. HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, DEPENDABLE, & AFORDABLE is why I give them 5 STARS.STEVE

Have used ACE for years for my personal and work vehicles. From minor to major repairs, tires and tune-ups they have the best service, knowledgeable and capable.

I chose Auto Care Experts in Yakima, Wash because they are honest & trustworthy. They will never do you wrong & guarantee their work. I went to Les Schwabs on 1st (Yakima) to get my tires rotated & was told by 2 associates that my brakes needed replaced and the back brakes were running on metal to metal. It was almost closing hours and they were willing to get the job done & quoted us $1048.00. I told them that before I’d get it done that I wanted a second opinion by my own machanics (Auto Care Experts). I had plans to travel to Portland/Seattle/ Yakima that weekend and was worried that Auto Care couldnt check it on with such a short notice. I called John at Auto Care Experts before closing & he told me they would get to it first thing in the morning for an emergency check & would replace them if needed. The results were that all brakes were fine & didn’t need to be replaced yet. Auto Care would have charged us the same price as Les Schwab if they would have needed to be replaced. Thanks Auto Care Experts & shame on Les Schwab for trying to rip me off! As of now I NO longer will do business with this Les Schwab on 1st. It makes me angry to know how many people are being ripped off by this Les Schwabs! So customers, don’t give away your hard earned money to Les Schwabs on 1st for a job that isn’t needed! Call Auto Care Experts for their honest opinion. Thank you Auto Care Experts for your honesty & loyalty to your customers you definitely have our business!

Needed an alignment done before driving over the pass so made an appointment and took the car down the next morning. Said it would take about an hour and ended up taking all day till they where almost closed. I was just down the road and evertime I called it was just some guy who would say Ok, and bye to anything I asked and would hang up right after. And after stopping by at noon, they told me the car was on the rack but the guy went to lunch and would be back in another hour. My appt was at 9am and had to leave town by 3pm. Car still wasnt finished and still on the rack at this time after calling again. Seemed like no one cared at all.
