They told me the car would be ready at 12 the day before. Then they told me the truck was late and gave me another time, so I called them 2 hours after that and they told me it was being worked on and now the next day it’s still not done. All I went in was to get a tire mounted and balanced and put on. It shouldn’t have taken longer then 30 mins but it’s been 2 days

They were unclear and very pressuring to sign the documents for the lease on some tires and I now have to pay 5,000 dollars on a purchase of 2,700. Make sure you read everything carefully before signing anything here. They do not care about customers and just want to make money.

Got all 4 tires on my 2016 Honda Civic. It was done fast and the after results were WORTH IT. 10/10 recommend for great deals and great work, and come on who’s gonna take care of you better than these guys ?!

Im a truck driver and theres time where Im only home on the weekends.. I called Elite tire on Friday hoping they can get me on a Saturday to put the studded tires on my vehicle. JR said they were booked but if I wanted to just drop the car off for the day and if they had a cancelation he would be able to change the tires. I drove my car over and saw a lot of cars parked needing services. JR said as well they are closing by 3 pm and by 1 he will give me a call to update the situation. I called them by 2 ish wondering whats going to happen. They told me that since they know a lot of customer are in need of getting their tires changed they were not only going to change the tires on my vehicle but stay later and get everyone elses vehicle that need tires replaced done as well. They went out of their way to stay open later and to get everyone that was there back on the road. I appreciate what you all did for everyone on Saturday and I do recommend that everyone check these guys out... Thanks again

Great place for tires. Bought tires few years back n always came in for my free tire rotations it really helped to get a lot out of the tires. Does not honor their tire warranties. Got 50,000 mile tires a year ago, they have less then 5% of tread left on them, and tried to blame it on an alignment that they charged for. But they don’t have an alignment machine in their shop, nor did they remove my truck from the business, to go to an off-site garage that did not exist until about 6 months ago. They did the suspension and tires, claim an alignment was done, but conveniently could not find the work order with the rest of what they did. Poor knowledge, poor service.
