Good repairs and quality work bit they charge a lot for their work!

I was looking at purchasing a used car but wanted to get it check out by a mechanic first. I called Quick Lube And Auto Repair and they were able to get me in same day, and did a pre-buy inspection. They were thorough and checked everything and let me know what needed work. When I asked how much it was at the end they told me it was free! They were quick, knowledgeable, and externally professional! I will recommend them to anyone!!

Awesome facility! I went in for a tune up and it was a quick diagnosis on a map sensor, they fixed it and out the door. Couldnt have asked for better service.

Went here due to all the great reviews. Staff is nice but I am very disappointed. I spent $1300 on struts, shocks, and coils -they said this would fix the problem. Here I am a day later and it still makes the same noise like I didnt even get any repairs. Not only that but I have brand new rims and theres a gash on each driver side wheel like they curbed them. First time going here and have to say, will probably be my last unless they can resolve this.8/20 update: I did end up taking it elsewhere since they couldnt figure it out. I appreciate them trying but I couldnt be without a vehicle much longer. Their customer service is 100% though so 5 stars for that!

Even though they were busy last Friday and all the stalls had vehicles in them, I asked if they would be able to take off my snow tires and put my regular tires on. Without hesitation Chiliano said they would do the work outside tire by tire. Great group of people. Always friendly and helpful.

Near closing time on a Saturday when no one else would see us, not only did they fit us in for an engine diagnostic (at no charge!), but also gave spot-on advice that saved us considerable hassle and expense. So refreshing to get an honest, expert assessment given in such an easygoing, friendly way. Its clear this wasnt an exception, either--this business is run right.

My first experience was great. The owner made sure to explain the issues with my brakes, allowed me to see first hand how bad they were, and really made sure I was informed on bad brake conditions. He was down to earth, friendly, and I could tell he really does care about his customers. It was a great environment.After I completely misunderstood the total cost for my brakes to be fixed, the owner was able to work with me and lower the amount. Got quotes all over yakima for ac compressor installation prices and im glad i went with quick lube on 3rd. honest and on time they insralled the part with no issues or hidden rates. they also fixed an issue with my wheel les swab on yakima ave put on incorrectly that caused braking issues and steering issues. they fixed the issue with my wheelwithout even knowing they fixed shoddy work from lrs swab. norborto is amazing

Our fan stopped working suddenly and I was worried it would be a long and expensive fix but they were able to get us in right away and fix it in an hour! Everyone was super friendly and the manager showed us the part that had melted and replaced it with an even better part. Great customer service! Will definitely go back if we have any other car issues.

I reget not stopping here first. Had a complete tune up on 2003 Yukon XL 4*4 (this includes spark plugs, wires, air filter, cabin filter) serpatine belt replacement, ALL I mean ALL fluids flushed and toped off (their team replaced a striped transmission fluid bolt), lights replaced (this included left and right signal, liscense plate light, FOG lights yes the two complete fog lights), did I mention they fulfilled my request to add second ground from alternator to chasis, and did I mention the complementary DETAIL yes a great interior and exterior cleaning. Thanks to the staff and crew at Quick Lube after the service received here we will bring all our vehicles here.

I have a luxury car and i have always thought i would receive the best service from certified GMC dealers for my Cadillac. Horrible service. All about that money, they told me it was a blown gasket and when they realized i wasnt going to pay the 1625 to fix it. They call and tell me its something else they can fix for 500. When i leave ALL he tells me is im golden.2 days later it blows out and they tell me it was a process and he warned me about it. He even says ( this is why i told you it might still be the gasket ).I was never warned never told anything besides im golden and have nothing to worry about.Im related to the people that manage the place and ill never spend another dime there. Disappointed it the service of quick lube and family that will make you waste 500$.
