I know the objective of marketing campaigns is to drive traffic to your business, but don’t outright lie to people. If you’re considering trading in or selling your vehicle to them, save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Their “120% of fair market value” is absolutely false. Their offer will be fair market value. Period. Even if your vehicle is essentially brand new and in far better condition than fair.

The worst starts to a car buying experience I have ever had. I looked at the website and there were at least 6 or 7 cats that fit what I was looking for, I called ahead to make sure that the 2 that I was most interested in were there (as I live and hour and a half away) I was told that they were. Upon arrival, none of the cars that I had seen online were there, the sales person was only showing cars 5-10k above what we had asked to see and she was showing us SUV’s knowing we were there for a 30mpg+ commuter. She wanted to take us to their body shop to see what they had that they were “working on” but I was done and felt totally duped. She called after we left and had found one of the cars listed online and I thought about going and looking but as my husband said “If they are that deceitful, why in the world would we trust a car from them?”I not only “do not recommend” this company I would 💯 advise against it and think that BBB should possibly be involved. Their advertising is fraudulent and today they had all day yesterday to take down the car they told me “just sold” and it is still there. Disgrace to the industry, companies like these are what give Auto sales suck a bad reputation.

They sold me a car with a broken audio system (I know, should have checked before I bought it) and wont take care of the issue without charging more money.I had contacted my salesperson and the finance manager (whom I was already in contact with about loan details) about it multiple times, but couldnt get an answer without physically going to the dealership.I get that used cars are sold as-is, but it still seems pretty dishonest to knowingly sell a car with problems.

We had a very pleasant experience with our 2022 Kia K5 purchase. Sales rep, Mario, was generous enough to allow us to test drive his K5 since we couldn’t find any on lots anywhere. We were disappointed when we picked up our car and found no floor mats but they did resolve that. We also didn’t appreciate them tacking on a couple thousand above MSRP just because they could, but lesson learned. We would consider returning to Steve Hahn for future purchase.

My experience at Steve Hahn’s was absolutely what it should be at any car dealership. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted snd left with exactly that and it was all thanks to Ahtzi!!! She gave 12/10 customer service and did everything she could so I could get the car of my dreams.

They couldnt help me but filled my tank up for driving as far as I did. Im supposed to be getting a check in the mail also for my time & travel.

My daughter and son inlaw purchased a car here. The radio did not work, so it was written up in the contract that Steve Hahn would repair or replace the stereo. They recieved a call and were told where to take the car. After driving 2 hrs to the appointment, Steve Hahn never made an appointment for them.The stereo company was kind enough to fit them in. Later that day they were told that the radio is not repairable. So they asked for a new one. Well Steven Hahn was only willing to pay $100, including the service. The stvk radio is near $1,000. They went to the dealership to ask about the contract.They were treated poorly, my son inlaw was kicked out. The manager stated, he can go to the junk yard and pick up a stereo, hand it over then the contract would be fulfilled. My daughter held her ground. The manager was finally willing to replace the radio if she didnt write a bad review. What kind of company runs this way and treats their customers like this. Shame on you. Do not buy here.

Recently took in m.l 320 was broken into. At their service fascility parking whoever broke in went through vehicle their was cigarette butts and liquor bottles in my car my personal papers were scattered. They atleast accepted it happened under their care but gave me a bigger bill then expected and didnt care about my car being broken into.

Steve Hahns and their sales associates are shady, scandalous and strait out cons. Ive witnessed their ruthlessness on 3 separate occasions with my friends. MONEY HUNGRY, LYING, People. This site made me give at least 1 star to be able to even post this.

Im really disappointed on how they  promise and do all the promotions through the Radio but its all (BS) I recently decided to purchase or try to get a new 2021 Kia Forte GT and with the promotions they had going on was to give me 5,000$ over KBB since its a new vehicle. When they Value my SUV in there prospective was worth only 2,200$ , and I was going to have Negative Equity unless I put more then enough to cover the Whole amount. the second issue we came across.I told them I only owe 8,400$ on it which they said it was 11,000$. And there was going to be negative Equity applied on the new car.I showed them the statement from the bank which they didnt consider it.The 1,400 or 1,200 Promotion is also fake they dont put extra of there pockets they just reduce Rebates !For anyone purchasing a car from here make sure you take someone and look at numbers correctly.  I understand thats how business work its about making money. I haved work with customers having bad experiences coming from (Steve Hahn) and well they are right they will find any possible way to approve you yet when it comes with number screw people up.  I was hoping  to make business with you guys but the right way. Thanks for the time. I will let Friends and Family know not to fall for Fake Promotions!Im gonna be honest even their own employees said it one the easiest way to Obtain Customers..

Sold me a lemon that broke down in under a month, refused to take it back unless I purchased a brand new vehicle from them. Promised to include a roof rack, then after I signed, told me I would have to pay extra. Mismatched vin numbers, key doesnt work in either door, obviously a rebuilt vehicle. They pressured and rushed me through the purchase process and stuck me with over 6k debt for a car that wont go over 40mph. Somehow got my original review removed. BEWARE!

Weve purchased 4 cars from Steve Hahns and until the recent purchase it has gone well. This time was different.I would like to caution purchasers about leaving anything in a car you trade in. Take the time to be sure you get all of your possessions out of the car or they may be gone! Despite multiple calls and in person visits starting the next day, they kept saying they would take care of it and call us back.. but we have not been able to get our possessions back and the car was resold less than 24 hours after trade-in.Also make sure to ask questions about cost. We asked to have a glove box fixed and were charged double the cost of having it done on our own. Also be sure to ask about the cost of each of the warranty services offered. The charge for key replacement was almost four times the cost to replace one key.They also had a customer service rep introduce herself while we waited for our turn with the finance guy (Pri). She said to call with anything we thought of or needed. We called and left messages with no return call.Their communication is terrible as is their transparency and follow through.Finally got a final answer we cant get your property back 8 days after the purchase. Very disappointed with Steve Hahns. Not likely to purchase another car there.Edit..to the person who replied to talk to the Manager Josh. We did before this was posted.
