He fixed my 5a4g Google Pixel. The screen was shattered. The new screen is sensitive and works like the old one. He was honest and on time.

Took my Z Fold 2 in for an outer screen replacement (not inner, which is much more expensive) and was quoted $600. For a simple screen repair! Nearly 4 times as much as Samsung charges directly to replace it.Either the employee was confused about which screen was being replaced, or these guys grossly overcharge for labor, but Id take your phone elsewhere, at least if its a foldable. Got it repaired for a much more reasonable price at another shop in town.

I have a a Google pixel two XL that had a damaged camera lens. I called several cellphone repair businesses in Yakima, but only two would do the repair needed.Ez fix cell phone repair was the least expensive of the two. Though the owner didnt have the camera lense in stock, he ordered it for me and received it within three days.It took him less than ten minutes to replace the lense. Great job at the best price in town! Give him a try for your cellphone repair needs!

A very honest shop. I dont usually write reviews but my experience at this shop today was spectacular. My iPhone7 was having problems charging. Other than that it works well so I didnt want to have to spend $800+ on a new phone. I thought it need a new connector which would have set me back $75. I took it in and Johnny looked it over. He said one of the pins was jammed up and he thought he could clean it up and make it work. I left the phone with him and came back 30 minutes later. Johnny had the phone fixed and ready to go. He told me that if the phone broke within 90 days I could bring it back and have the connector replaced. He would apply the $35 I paid for this repair to replacing the connector. I couldnt believe it. What great customer service.

I’ve gone to them twice for a phone repair and they’ve always been super helpful. Their work is great and always for a reasonable price. Depending on the situation of your phone it could take longer but I’ve never had to wait more than about an hour. Spread the word about this place! Definitely where I would recommend to go.

Absolutely fabulous job. They were able to do a same day repair on my phone. In the time it took me to walk next door to second street and have lunch they had completely repaired my screen. Very happy with it. Will recommend and go back again when I need another phone repair.Have to add they are also the most fairly priced. Last time I had this same repair done it cost me over 200$ and took 5 days. Between 60 dollars for the part and 35 for the labor I got an amazing deal!

Cost efficient, quick service, and the two employees that cared for my s9+ were very welcoming and friendly. I went from shattered and non touch sensitive to a brand new phone. All within an hour and some minutes. It was also a Convenience that they had both front and back glass in stock at their store. Everywhere else i called in yakima, told me they would have to have the back glass shipped from their warehouse and wouldnt arrive for at least another week.. but Ez Fix hooked me up and was able to get me my phone back before the day was over. Phenomenal customer service. I was in there with a friend, and one of the reps (Johnny) saw my phone was banged up, took it to the back and replaced my home button and side volume button for free. Like other people, when your phone shatters it’s a complete inconvenience and you stress about where you should take to fix it and how long it’d take because let’s face it.. our phones are our lives and we need it back ASAP! I HIGHLY recommend EZ Fix in Yakima,WA!! I had never had a screen completely shatter so bad before and I was really worried that my phone would never be like new again (glitches and etc for having to put on a new screen) BUT NO! Johnny assured be it’s be like new again and if I had problems I had a 90 day warranty and he’d replace it again for free! I went in thursday at noon and was out by 1pm! There are several phone shops in Yakima so when I needed work done on my IPhone 5 I went online and read reviews for each business. EZ Fix Cell Phone Repair had great reviews and so I paid them a visit.I never write reviews - but this place was so great to work with I had to add my positive review to all the others! The technician tested my phone and was very thorough in his diagnostic troubleshooting. After he determined what was wrong (bad charging port), we discussed repair cost and options. My phone also had a cracked screen which I wasnt going to repair but it was my lucky day - they had a used screen in stock to replace my cracked one at a fraction of the price a new one would have cost me. Oh and one last thing -- all the aforementioned work on my phone was done in ONE hour the same day I stopped at their store !

I went into EZ fix to see if they could help with a 360 gear camera with a scratch on the lens. While they could not help with the scratch themselves, they spent about 15 minutes with me trying to find a solution to my problem, this included internet research and putting my camera under their magnifier, all at no cost. Employees of the Yakima store are above helpful, enthusiastic about their service and extremely knowledgeable. If I ever need to get my cellphone repaired, it will be here that I go.
