I had a great experience here. Staff was extremely professional and helpful. I spoke to Caleb on the phone and he was very helpful. Ash assisted me in the store. He helped me with 3 phones and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location for any AT&T needs! I felt rushed. I went in with the assumption I was able to trade in my iPhone for an upgrade. I was able for an upgrade so I picked out the phone I wanted & the lady started to take all my data off old phone to the new one. It got busy so she helped other customers. She then explains I will have to pay $70 for the taxes on the new phone. At that time I didn’t not have that much but she was already taking data off my old phone. I end up paying it & walked out with less money in my account that I needed that day to pay for something else. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also was only given a cord to charge but not the plug into wall unit.

If I could give a 0 star I would, the ladie working this afternoon didn’t advise me they were doing a credit inquiry. I just wanted the price of the phone and she completely ****ed me over. Greedy commission salesperson. Go elsewhere for your phone needs.

Melody was the sales rep who helped me tremendously!!I had a hard time resetting my screen passcode!!As I was walking into store, she was very politely asking me if I need any help!!As soon as I brought up my issue, she could resolve my screen passcode within 5 mins!!I definitely come back to look for Melody when I upgrade my phone !! I had scheduled a visit with a rep to get my phones changed over from a different company. We had already set up the account and were working on migrating 5 lines to ATT. At one point I had 2 managers and a rep helping me thats what I call service.

I have had great experience buying a new phone and attachments last week. Being very senior, I returned today to talk to the one who sold me the phone, etc., Nicholas Contrares, and he spent time showing me how to add different things to the phone and where to find things. He was 100% there to answer all my questions, and there were several. Thank you Nicholas!!

I had to wait for about half hour or more to be helped. No one approached me to get my name so that i could be added to their waiting list, even when being seen just there standing. I had to interrupted one of them so that I could ask them to add me to their waiting list. When finally I was help the lady Mil was nice and helped me the best of her knowledge, however when I asked her about a certain phone she did not know anything. I still purchase that phone thinking it was going to meet my needs. I paid my fees and walked out. Later on that same day my Dgt made me aware of the phone not having FaceTime. I call right away to see if I was able to cx the upgrade and go back in to make an exchange. I was told I was not able to so now I had to wait till the phone arrived but very importante not to open it or I will be charged more more which was $55.00 more I said fine I won’t open it. Next day I called website num and local office number both weren’t able to cancel the phone. And then I was told different by the local office now I was being told if I take the phone in myself I was going to pay $55,00 for returning it there. Which I think this is ridiculous I purchased the phone there they had to order it for me since they were out of stock. How is this my problem? I also told Maneger that if I had known from the sales rep that the phone I was looking at had NO FACETIME i would have not been in this mess. He off course went around it and said I should have asked? When I did ask what features the phone had but the sales person didn’t not know much off it.

The young lady, Mel, was very helpful. I had US Cellular and was not happy with their coverage. Id had Verizon but hated their funky customer service method. Mel patiently answered all of my questions and offered me options. I did upgrade phones because of her. I would recommend her heartily!

Mel Gutierrez is the Best!!! She is the only reason why Im giving them 5 stars.She is a Retail Sales Consultant...I went into store trying to upgrade my phone (witch I wasnt able to do so, because strangely my phone was on the Black List?!). Mel consulted with her manager, witch I felt like she wasnt any help at all and seemed careless about the situation, manager never came over to explain anything to me instead brushed it off as if I didnt matter. When I needed this phone for my son urgently. Mel came over and did her best to help me with everything she could she even went out of her way to call herself customer service and explain to them that my phone shouldnt be on the Black List because it was never stolen. I left so upset and I also called numerous times to Customer Service and spent hours on the phone with them. Yet, Mel kept guiding me through it.I finally went back after 48hrs and Mel helped me again and in less than 30 minutes I walk out with a new phone for my son!!! :) Thank you Mel, for helping us. I truly appreciate it lots.

Some of the employees dont want to break your bank and will send you somewhere that you can get your phone cheaper or whatever you go in for. I went in to pay my bill and upgrade my phone but the phone I wanted was cheaper somewhere and the manager was not afraid to tell me it was cheaper at a store close to the this store. I will always do business with this store because of the customer service is awesome.

Always busy. Customer service depends on what time of the day. Go earlier if you want employees who are fresh not stale. Knowledge of products and services vary from, employee to employee. The ones who avoid interacting with and greeting the customers, seem less interested in selling products/services especially at the end day between 6 and closing. Sometimes just one employee can be tied up with an indecisive customer and you just got to wait your turn. I would call customer care or go online to become familiar with everything first, the go in store. Also, you might get better deals using the last two options.

My mask broke before I was going into T mobile to buy the galaxy S20 and T mobile wouldnt let me in the store once I asked if they had masks for customers they said were not in the mask businessI walked into AT&T and said I dont have a mask they said we have masks for our customers. thanks for saving me a trip back home!

By far the worst AT&T location in Yakima! Used to come here cause it was convenient cause of the location but after seeing how there manager and management runs the place I would never come back and I would not recommend this one to anyone, customer service was mediocre, takes after there manager for sure, but if you are an AT&T customer like my self I highly recommend the one on Yakima avenue across from regional hospital, there a great spot and have great customer service there and I will be taking my business over to there location cause I wasnt impressed with this one. AT&T on Yakima Ave is doing something right and I encourage everyone to see for yourself

When you walk into this AT&T store youll find a bright and clean store with all the newest gadgets available for sale! Theyve done the same thing as other places like the Apple Store and essentially gone away from the traditional kiosk or service desks. Instead theyve gone for the trendy approach and have the sales people come to you wherever you are in the store and talk with you. They do most work off of their tablets. They do have a couple of round tables and benches that you can sit down and talk at. This really isnt my thing, but they do a decent job. On this trip, it took about 10 minutes to talk with someone. The store is fine, its the service that I have an issue with.Weve been really frustrated recently with the spotty coverage the Yakima area. Places like the airport have minimal coverage...which is quite frustrating. For the last two days weve been without cell phone coverage at our house and we had a minor medical emergency and we were not able to make any phone calls (we live in the city, not out in the middle of nowhere). Frustrating? Yeah, you could say that.....ultimately I cant recommend it cell phone service provider spotty coverage when it mattered most. When I came in and complained it was the first time they put in a notice to the company to have service technicians fix the problem. Dont they monitor their network? I have to drive 6-8 blocks to get any coverage at all......Maybe this is an isolated incident, but come on!All of these cell phone companies have plenty of things to dislike about them. Unfortunately for AT&T, it has been the cellular coverage thats my major gripe. Since thats the only thing Im paying for, I cant give more than two stars. Service at the store was okay, but the overall network has been marginal at best. I personally think there are better options available for your cell phone needs.

Would definitely rate less but can’t. I hate this store and company only stayed to finish paying off my phone. They’re extremely rude and they pretty much cheated me out of my previous phone. finally gunna switch and not come back. They’re coverage is also trash can’t get service anywhere. And internet is slow as hell even on 4g. For the expensive prices they charge you’d expect more.

I wish I would have read these comments before I went into the store ! Bad customer service, walk in with no greeting but they both look at me. Then randomly asked me what my name is with no explanation. He then tells me itll be a 30 to an hour wait... Very strange and rude encounter, and I remember the same thing being said of my grandparents and family friends who have went into the same store. Sounds like time for a change.

Went in because my phone has not been working right. I just paid it off in Feb/March after using the monthly add on to the Bill. It started acting up in May. I paid for insurance, since after their fees, it was a $900 Samsung. Told the guy all of that. He tried to get me to go that route again, I said no. Im just going to use the insurance that I paid for, in case something like this happened. After he realized he wasnt getting the sale, he started talking down to me. Seems like your phone is working just fine. Maybe you should of traded it in before you paid it off. Proceeded to give attitude with every question he asked. I didnt expect to be degraded, with things like Where do you work, yeah I can see you just got off(I was still in my uniform). Tried explaining what was happening, well turn off Wi-Fi took my phone out of my hand and turned off the Wi-Fi. Still walked out, without the insurance claim, a broken phone and a bad attitude. I never thought I would be talked down to so much, like I was nothing.

If I could give negative stats I would, this location has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I was greeted at the door and put on a waiting list and told my wait would be 5 mins. After still waiting 20 mins the current Manger told her staff she could take a break with 5 guests on the waiting list. If I had not drove from Cle Elum an hr away I would have walked out the front door. I am really hoping that this is not because of the color of my skin.
