Friendly and helpful staff. They even suggested a few other stores that might have what I was looking for a week as a website. I appreciate when a store doesnt have what Im needing and is willing to suggest another business I might have success!

Staff was rude! If I knew the ladies name I would report her for her behavior. I use to really like the store, staff use to be nice and helpful, not so much anymore. Spencers has my business over hot topic now.

Awesome t shirt selection.

Went to this location and was not happy with customer service. I felt like i was bothering them, and didnt feel like a valued customer. I didnt buy anything, due to the fact that i felt like they didnt earn my dollar. I do have to say, that not all associates were like that. before i walked out, an associate came out and was working on displays, and before we walked out, asked she could help us with anything. Super friendly associate, and made me feel that it could be a great place to shop, but by then i was already burnt out waiting for help. I believe that when you walk in a store, your business should she be key in obtaining, or at best making feel like you would want to come back and shop some more if you didnt find your item. In this day and age, and with all that is going on in our country, most will hold on to their money, but when you receive great customer service, you dont mind spending. My hats off to the 1 associate that mades us feel welcome, but to the others, i sorry to say, but you didnt earn my business. There is hope though. All that needs to be done is work on customer service quickly or Im afraid many other customers will feel as we did when we shopped at your store. Happy Holidays, and I know you can fix this simple issue, and be a great store.

The sacred place of all emos (and anime nerds) overall it has some decent variety although I do wish they had some more shirts my size when I spot one I like thats way too small 😤😤

One of the cashier was rude. I told her there was no price on an item I wanted to buy. They could not find it. I asked if a manager could price it for me. She talked to me in a rude tone telling me we cant find it. V we need a sku number. They asked if I wanted to donate my change to some cause. I said no. Not after the girl talk to me like I was stupid

Staff is always friendly and happy to help! Love all the merch they got for all things band, anime, disney and fandoms you might have! Their clearance deals are the best!

Good store good gifts

Staff that were working on black friday were rude af and literally just stood behind cash register talking to each other about random stuff even when i tried asking for help getting something, and i kept hearing one of the girls literally yell super rudely at customers if their mask wasnt covering their nose instead of just asking nicely 🗿

I like their stuff, a lot of it I cant find anywhere else, but its all overpriced and cheaply made.

Great store. Perfect place to find funky and different types of cloths and accessories. The young guy working there was extremely helpful. There was a jacket with detachable sleeves we wanted. But they didnt have the size we want. He ordered it online for us. He went above and beyond regular customer service. The register was having issues and he calmly worked through it, called who ever it was that needed to help him. Through it all he kept his composure and was very apologetic in a sincere way, even though he didnt need to be. We were still looking around and adding stuff to our order. He also made sure we got all the deals. I didnt know the dresses were buy one get one for a $1. So we took up even more of his time by picking out another dress. Very good experience. When we go back to pick up our jacket, Ill find out what his name is.

Nice place

This is a great place to find gifts for the hard to shop for friends and family. They have a good selection of anime shirts, band shirts, funny shirts, and ones based on popular movies and others series. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can say Im looking for something for someone who loves .... And they never steer me wrong.

I love their crazy stuff they have for sale. They are a little roo expensive for my taste. They should lower prices or have bigger sales more often. Do a deal of the week!

Ashley is such an awesome employee there! I placed online orders to have it shipped to the store. The email said the store will hold it for 7 days, but I had a family emergency that kept me around the hospital and family. I contacted the store and Ashley was assisting me, she informed me that she would hold on to my items past the 7 day mark because of the situation. I still wasnt able to make it so she let my brother come pick it up for me! Ashley was awesome, helpful and ensured me I will still have time to pick up my order! She was very kind, never rushed me or rude. She took her time on the phone with me! She went out of her way to help a loyal Hot Topic customer and THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the great work Ashley!

The Employees working there are very nice and are willing to help and talk to you. As for clothes its all up to what you like but they have variety of different cute and nerdy things for boys and girls.

Fun store to be in, but customer service was pretty poor. Nobody asked if we needed any help. They were standing around the checkout counter majority of the time conversing to themselves.

Great T-shirts, patches and gear.

Would have been 5, but the employee that helped me kept coming over to update his boss (who was stocking t shirts next to me) about the extremely rude b!@#$. That was throwing a fit about them not having all the merchandise in the store that they have online. I could tell he was going to let her ruin his day. Till I stepped in to remind him there is going to be one every day and they are going to be memorable. Observe their odd behavior, and do not respond. Plus, do not talk about your customers in front of other customers. Wait till your alone with your co-workers. The get it out.

Donovan is the best. He really engages with the customer and ensures they find what theyre looking for.
