Received horrible service from Becca. Ordered coffee on the app, got there 20 minutes later, order hadnt been started. While waiting for her to finish, another car drives up, and they get theirs first. When asked, I was told they had just one coffee while I had 4. She told me she worked in the restraunts, and restraunts always serve the 2 tops before the 8 tops (her words). To top it off, coffees tasted burnt.

Great expresso I think they should have speakers there so you can order went you pull in and get your order when you pull up to the window would make things go faster

Best place for coffee! Miranda is the greatest! Shes been there pretty much since I was starting with coffee..definitely deserves top pay!

The gals that work there are very friendly and nice! They can pretty much make you anything you want from coffee to redbull. Their prices are also decent and in my opinion way way better than Starbucks and Dutch Brothers!

Great lattes one of my favorite places to go nice people always friendly. My dog always travels with me in the car and they are very friendly towards him and are happy to see him more than they are to see me actually which makes me feel good cuz animal lovers are my friends. I go here every chance I get

This is officially my favorite place to get coffee in town!! The staff is always friendly and smiling, even during rushes! Not many places in town make my favorite drink (vanilla chai latte) properly, but they have always exceeded my expectations!

We have been coming to cottage espresso for 14 years or there about. Ladys are friendly. Tiffany (owner) has an awesome place. Highly recommend

Ordered a $5.50 iced coffee drink, the gal handed it to us and it was dripping everywhere. She wiped off the bottom and handed it back. Before we even left the lot it was pouring all over me, there was a one inch crack down the side of the cup. Pulled into the other lane to see how they would fix it... She dumped it into another cup and added more ice to make it look full again and asked if we wanted a napkin... I was in such shock I could not even respond with one of the many reasons why that was one of the most inappropriate solutions possible.

I came here for a quick drink because I was craving a red bull and was disappointed. The lady that was working looked like she had a bad attitude and she was awkward in general we got our 2 drinks one 12oz smoothie and a red bull and were charged $17 for some reason. They didn’t even have the right syrups there. I usually never write reviews but I just wanted people to know how bad this place was. I was just happy to leave but then we were disappointed once again by the drinks taste. We discarded the other drinks and went to a different shop. For sure I won’t be returning to Cottage espresso again!!!!

I used to stop in all the time, very friendly and always professional and the best tasting Mocas in town. My son loves the Hot Chocolates and my granddaughter loved the (not so hot) chocolate
