Why did the size of these wonderfully crafted treats decrease while the price we pay for our sweet tooth sastisfaction fantasy increases. And rather quickly, I might add. I want all the kremey pleasure with out the pain in my pocketbook. PLEASE bring back the sizes your loyal patrons deserve at the affordable prices we are a custom to.

I asked for a small hot chocolate and it was cold and the chocolate powered was just sitting on top. Disgusting! They didn’t have most things that were on the menu either!

Online order experience: The site had pumpkin doughnuts available and let me order them when the store doesnt sell them anymore, which was disappointing enough. The cider lovers box was lack luster in appearance and contained NO brown sugar kreme filled doughnuts as advertised. It was a complete split down the middle of the box of original cider and old fashioned cider; nothing else. In the custom dozen I ordered there was a strawberry sprinkle missing, a chocolate sprinkle in its place, and the pumpkins I was called and asked to replace with something else (I chose raspberry glazed) I got 1 raspberry glaze, 1 maple bar, 1 chocolate raspberry, and 1 lemon.I dont think Ill be ordering from this store anytime soon. The doughnuts dont even taste that good. For the amount I paid I expected a lot more and got disappointment. Next time Ill walk into Safeway or somewhere and hand pick exactly what I want.As for the staff, the communication was prompt but obviously not enough considering the end result.

Where are the donuts? They never have the minis in either variety. Stopped by 7:45 am and they had strawberry glazed donuts from the day before to offer but no maple donuts or raspberry filled. Nothing but disappointment.

It was our first time ever at Krispy kreme and I will NEVER GO BACK. Absolutely Horrible service, rude staff, no clean tables, dirty bathrooms, I witnessed staff cursing out one another and arguing about whos turn it us to get the customer, while I sat with my small children for a donut. I dont recommend the Santa belly donut nor do I recommend taking small children to this establishment. Im so disappointed in Krispy Kreme.

Krispy Kreme is not allowing customers inside so you have to use their drive through. It be freaking nice if the little kid taking your order or the one filling it would get your order right! I drove all the way home to find out they only got half my order right! Not going back until they let you in so I can see what Im getting!

Went there for senior day when telling I’m an online senior so we don’t have ids or senior gear but I have school emails about graduation, last years I’d, and senior photos I was laughed at and had the window shut in my face didn’t even get the chance to order what I was going to pay for! Yes

Get the pumpkin spice cakes while you can. By far the best doughnut they make but you can only get it around this time of year.

I love Krispy kremeHowever this location is a DisasterLandscaping like this is around a Closed location (large weeds,overgrown bushes and trash buildup in parking lotAlmost never do they turn on fresh donut sign or give a free hot donut to customers in line.I have never seen limited edition Donuts here just a semi permanent sign saying some selections not available.If you dont need Donuts badly I would never recommend this sad location.

Was passing through town and had to stop. Its been so many years but still the same great taste. The young guy at the counter was particularly nice. Proud of who ever taught thos manners

Restaurant usually clean, nice employees, and tasty items. I love using their app to earn rewards. Docking one star because they dont always participate in promotions- which can be disappointing.

You walk into the door and the smell of sweetness hits your soul. Service friendly with a smile. French Vanilla Latte was delicious on a warm day. P. S. Maple bars are a must.

This post is made on a Saturday morning at 7:15.... Why doesn’t this location open at 6:00 am like the stores on the west side (we were here at 6:15)? Why at 7:10 am are the doors still locked and when seen nobody opens the door just continuing with conversation with another coworker? And why at 7:15 am are all the donuts on your menu not made yet? Seems like management needs to step it up!

Krispy kreme is one of the best donut shops! You will be able to order delicious donut from there. If you dont know what to get, ask the cashiers and theyll give you delicious donuts to try out!

I took my mom there last night. After waighting 15 minutes at the counter for service and watching the employees talk to one another and play on there cell phones my mom and i left. The costemer service here is the worst i have seen. I will never take my guests to this place ever. How do you order 4 Raspberry filled donuts, and 2 other donuts and get home and find you have all just regular plain old glazed donuts, well let me tell you how! You just pull up through the drive through at Krispy Creme donuts and they give you what ever the hell they want thats how !!! The building it was located in is a lot larger than most other branches Ive gone to yet the register is a lot smaller than it should be. However, they have the usual good tasting donuts and great coffee and thats good enough for me!

Ive been here a couple times and always friendly service. Giving 3 starts cuz hours say open at 6:30 but when I got there at 6:50 it was clearly closed so I dont know the actual hours there.

Bought two dozen for 22 bucks. Hot light said it was on my Krispy Kreme app. All chocolate ones were at least 2 days old and the original glazed were cold. Second time its happened. Contacted the 800 number and complained. Will stick to grocery store ones. Not good!

Our local school Highland was ordering from KK for a fund raiser, KK was to fulfill the order today! And we got no orders! KK now claims it will be at the end of the week, wth?!? This isn’t acceptable, our students went and sold donuts and collected money and told the customers that they would have donuts delivered today and KK just screws them.

Absolutely Horrifying disgusting i went there and bought 2 dozen of glazed donuts and 2 strawberry milks for my kids my 5 year old started drinking her strawberry milk and i asked her if i could have a little bit to put in her sisters bottle but when she handed me the bottle with the lid it was completely corroded with mold my 5 year old has now been sick on her stomach and throwing up everysince i do not want to see any other kid go through what my daughter did and highly advice parents to be cery cautious when going there as for me and my kids we will never eat or drink there again!!!!!!

Got to have the Krispy Kreme s... They bring the Rebel out in me...meaning I eat my Krispy Kremes with my Dunkin Donuts Coffee. ;). If we could somehow combine the two and make a new chain a Dunkin Krispies, then the world would surely know peace. Because let us face the truth, Dunkin has the best coffee (for a chain), and Krispy the best Donuts (for a chain).

From Wenatchee, had a Dr app in Bellevue. Family and i stayed for two hours nibbling on the best doughnuts and coffee while using the wifi and always felt welcome, never rushed. Staff was very kind and friendly. Owner was attentive and relaxed. Great place to visit and have a doughnut
