I went to find a modem router and stopped in at the store next to Office Depot and after asking for help multiple times without being helped, I walked next door to Office Depot. I was greeted at the door and then again when I entered the department. Ryan C, answered my questions and went above and beyond to show me what the internet company I use requires. I appreciated his speedy friendly service. When I got back to work I recommended Office Depot to my coworkers for electronic needs in the future. Thank you Ryan C. for showing that great customer service still exists.

Good news for truck drivers. They have huuuge parking space in case you need to print anything. Unfortunately just 2 printing machines, took us a while to use one of them

I went Saturday April 17 . Around like 3 pm and printing off papers .. the big bald guy associate advisor was helpful and friendly ..But the 2 women associate advisor glared at me and my man and they just blankly told us they cant help us but to use the copiers ourselves while they just stood around talking to each other while the guy was the only one that worked...I swear kennewick associates helped us alot better than yakima and I never want to go back .I rather go to walmartOr FedEx then deal with those female associates that are so rude .snobbish and glare at me because I was talking to there male associates

Went in ready to spend 200-400 on an comfy executive chair. They had one demo. Nothing else to actually sit in and compare. After sitting in the demo chair for 30min trying to decide and no one offering help, I left without giving them my money. They dont seem to be interested in making a sale.

Tonight while at this office depot another make customer yelled at me are you in line I said yes! I mentioned I didnt know he was in charge. So to make sure I was passed off by three male staff and wanted copies of pictures from my own CD. Since I answered back when the clerk said this can be set up now but not ready until tomorrow. I stated already upset by the other male customer I didnt ask to pick up right now!At the end of this visit I felt very slighted and embarrassed as I have an account and use the copier printer and have a tech support contract.

Stood waiting for help. One employee not in print section was willing to help me.But all I needed was assistance in self serve copying.They charged me $2.71 because minimum as of November 9th is $2.50. Customers beware. And be prepared to wait for anyone. They dont volunteer to help.Very poor customer assistance.

I have shopped at Office Depot for a number of years. I have almost always been happy with my shopping experience there. Value of price vs quality has been quite good. Selection of stock on handhas also been good. Todays purchase was a document shredder and I am very satisfied with what I bought. My shopping for office/computer supplies will continue at Office Depot.

Well I left Best Buy when next door to Office Depot printer paper. Was not greeted by any employee started looking for printer paper and an employee addressed me suspiciously as to what I was looking for I did not appreciate that. Again you would think that being Office Depot printer paper would be relatively cheap it was not cheap. So I left.

Awful experience!! Absolutely no customer service, and when I finally got help the associate was so rude.

I needed to print a label for a fedex shipment and was having problems. You see online it claimed I should be able to purchase my shipment and simply go to a location and show them the barcode generated by my purchase and they would print a label I could stick on it and have it shipped. Turns out that is not at all how it works and if it hadn’t been for Mindy at the union gap Office Depot I would have totally lost my mind over the confusion I kept running into trying to get a label printed. Walgreens in West Vally 6400 block had no idea how to even use a printer, the FedEx shipping center on Washington can’t print, or just doesn’t print, their own labels for shipping? They sent me to Office Depot who at first said the same thing about not printing labels but Mindy at least understood the process failure and walked me through a process that resulted in me getting a label on my package. Thank You Mindy for being awesome and getting the core of my problem and solving it with a great attitude, and plenty of empathy. I will be coming here for my shipping needs for now on.

Im really disappointed that Ryan in the print area finds any excuse not do jobs we give him. He always has an excuse. The other employees have been helpful, and even managers in the past. He shouldnt be in a position to turn away customers that are paying.

Good customer service and they had a special breakfast for teachers & shared with with customers.Awesome! Made my grandsons day with the fruits! Thanks

I went in with a frozen screen on my laptop. Rose was able to get it up and running again. She even took the time to run a diagnostic and confirm it was running properly. Great service.

I went in to get some invitations printed yet because of an issue with the type it was the young man couldnt print it for me. When I asked he was polite about it but was trying to explain. His older colleague who was a woman came over and threw a pamphlet at me about copyright laws and was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Go to any other copy shop these guys wont help you and are just rude.

Great customer service since the remodel. I have spent over $2000 in the last three months, that I could have easily spent online. Id rather support the brick and mortar in town with good customer service.

The service in the printing department is horrible the woman who attends is very rude and does her job very bad service! The service in printing center those who attend there are some rude lazy never have time as if taking a photocopy was the most difficult work in the world useless

Staff stood around while I shopped. Not once asking if I needed assistance. Best Buy next store got my business.

Good quality office supplies here. It is very well organised.

They couldnt take 5 minutes to spiral 2 thin books for me. They said I would have to leave the books for several days because they had some big orders ahead of me. I guess the big businesses win.

My new msi monitor was not working properly. Tried to call and get this sorted. Found that they only have 14 day policy for return or exchange. I did not receive my monitor until until the 15th day because it was back ordered. Started flicker after a week and now they said they can’t exchange it because it’s over 14 days I guess the days I was waiting for it counted as well.

Customer service is great here and now that they scaled down the store and renovated it it looks great!

New store is nice. Only drawback is there is never stock of sale items, even on the first day of the sale they say the item sold out. ??
