I had a new hard drive installed by them in my PC. They followed up by giving me great help in re-installing programs and did not charge me for all the time devoted to this. Ed and Dale are very helpful and I recommend this shop for your computer needs.

Took my NEW laptop in because it had a blue screen of death. This laptop is less than 2 years old with nothing wrong on it. One day I did a simple update and got a blue screen error I decided to take it to yakima networking since its the only repair shop I see around town.They did a wipe and reload of windows 10. Took them about 2 weeks to do it which I never got a call for. I had to call every week to check on the status of the repair. Once I got home the battery would not charge properly. Aside from that bluetooth and wifi connections also went out within a week. My computer us running slower than before I took it in.I get a sense this business wants to lure you into coming back by messing your system up. They made me sign on a touchpad without any explanation of what I was signing. Once u was done the guy came back with a sheet that stated any they would not be liable for any problems or malfunctions that arise during repair. Which means its a get out of jail free card to mess up your computer .Poor business practice and customer service DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS you are better off fixing it yourself or taking it to geek squad

This establishment exceeded all my expectations when it came to my tech. Ive visited other big names in Yakima and the hospitality and service was mediocre at best, compared to Yakima Networking. Theyre no strangers to technology so contact them and see what they can do for you.

Yakima Networking has handled all of our company IT for many years and they are the best! Their technicians are great and they have a way of making us feel like we are priority. I would recommend them to anyone and have used them in both a business and personal capacity and they never seize to amaze!

Went in for a simple keyboard replacment on my laptop came out with a fried hard drive!!!! They turned a 200$ job into an 800$ laptop replacment! Can you say rip off!?!?!? DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT come to this place of buisness!! I got completley ripped off!!!
