I came in to pay my bill and the rep, Hannah, helped me fix errors on my account as well. Even though I am the account holder, customer support screwed up and had another number as the primary along with my moms info as the main person. She helped fix that and made sure everything was correct before I left the store. Thank you Hannah!! I will definitely be back!
I was not happy learning that by switching to another plan to lower the coverage I was paying on a cell phone for my 96 yr old father, that I would pay $116 in proration fees to save a few dollars per month. I should have been advised to stay with tha plan I had.
I went in to a local AT&T store to pay my monthly bill and noticed it was a bit higher than normal. My customer service representative when I went into the store was Jenny Molina......she broke down the bill and couldn’t find a reason why it was higher so she took it upon herself to call customer service for me to find out exactly why. What should have been a reasonable amount of time ended up being a bit of an endurance test. She couldn’t get a satisfactory answer so she persisted until she could find an informed answer to the question. Finally she was connected with a very helpful and informed representative that quickly answered all the questions and gave us a solution. His was all due in no small part to JENNY! Above board customer service, incredibly patient and thoroughly helpful!! Customer service like Jenny provided is THE REASON why I stay with AT&T and don’t jump to another carrier. Well done Jenny..........thank you for the super experience!

Jennifer (Jenny) M and Cameron were disappointingly patronizing, condescending and rude. After realizing that their manager was being requested, they refused to supply management contact information and apathetically admonished a google review be written which speaks to their attitude that day. They would prefer a public negative vs. being courteous to a customer who they treated as if a person who did not deserve it.
I went to the AT&T store on 72nd ave to get help programming my new phone.Aaron was great. Walked me through each step and answered all my questions.I didn’t expect such good customer service. A better experience than previous visits.

I went in 10 min before they closed because online it claimed to be open an hour later, anyway Miranda helped my BF and I and stayed an extra 40 min to help us without rushing. She maintained her professionalism the entire time and was very polite/helpful. She was also multitasking and assisting two other customers at the same time but her great customer service never lacked. She’s amazing to work with.
Worst experience ever, I was overcharged over $400 dollarswhen I switched my plan to business, after several calls and at least 5 hours of my time, I still have the same issue with my new bill.

Its a nice, bright store like you would expect of any AT&T store. Like many of the newer stores, theres only a couple small desks for you to sit at - otherwise there are customer service people who will use their tablets to get you all the information that you want. They have all of the newest, shiniest gadgets that you could possibly want! If AT&T works well for you, then this a convenient stop out in West Valley. Ive had poor network experiences with AT&T in West Valley, but your experience may be different! Like all the big networks, you will pay a premium for AT&T, but theres a reason they are a big network!

Recently switched from Sprint, and let me tell you. The guys at the store is so helpful and nice. Manager is a sweet heart, my phone wasn’t acting right. And turns out it needed an upgrade. And turns out I was eligible for an upgrade and got a sweet deal on screen protector and case. The young lady talked me into switching from charter. And so far I love my DTV and my bill overal is cut in half. Perfect.

The sales staff was friendly but that’s about it. I bought 2 new phones for my company and told them I just want them both to just work. The first day was a total nightmare and the phone kept shutting off so after 2 trips back in the middle of the work day they told me they messed up and should have had me get more memory. So I went home and erased all the extra pit urges so the pghone would work. Then after 2 work days I find out my voicemails are not coming through so I had frustrated customers.. I had to call them again spending another half hour on the phone just to find out they had me set up with some special voicemail that needs special things done to work properly. They should have done all this when I bought it, super unprofessional and frustrating.
Great store and great customer service definitely coming back to this store.
Staff needs to be trained a bit better. I went in knowing about certain phones and asked if they where going to carry them. Instead of taking the time and asking someone, they just said I dont know.
I have been to three AT&T outlets in Yakima and the branch in 72nd ave have the most friendly and helpful costumer representatives! Wait lines during the weekend is understandable. However, the AT&T staff in 72nd ave ensures your accommodation and provides you with the help you need.

They have the worst customer service. When they sent my claim in on Monday told me I would have a replacement by Wednesday, no phone. Went back on Friday still no phone but now they try and push it off on the claim center. I called them and they told me that not all the information was sent. Im tired of driving back and forth waiting my time to get the run around. I pay for the insurance and phone bill every month the least they could do wold be to follow up on claim especially when I have been calling every day or showing up after Wednesday its now Saturday, and will be waiting for a week.
Miranda gave me exceptional help! She will be my go to every time I’m in need.
