EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Matt was awesome! He really took his time with me to explain all the differences between the guns and all the different accessories and options you can add to the gun. He was very patient and friendly, even when he had other customers waiting. I had been to a few other gun shops before Lotsa Guns and they were not really interested in helping me, they acted like I was wasting their time and made me feel like I was really putting them out by asking questions. A gun is a very specialized item and you want to make sure you are comfortable with it and that it fits your needs. Matt was very good at making sure I was getting the right gun for me. I went back the next day and bought everything. Serena was great as well. I will be going to Lotsa Guns for all my future purchases. Thank you Matt and Serena.

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. They assume everyone is “gun dumb”, especially if you are a female. They have a terrible selection, and every question you asked is met with a condescending, rude remark. Some of the worst customer service in Yakima.

This is definitely my favorite gun store in the Yakima valley. Owners are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They give great advice, and really take care of their customers. Both guys are a pleasure to work with. I have purchased and special ordered a number of firearms there. They spend time with their customers and are always very attentive even when they are busy. They have a great in-store stock and have always been able to order any firearm I have wanted and have them arrive quickly. Visiting this store is like doing business with friends. Prices are good. Excellent store for customers buying their first firearm or experienced collectors alike. They are located on the second story of a car dealer, but have clear signs to help you find the store. I highly recomend this business. My experiences have all been great.

The people here are rude basicly told me that they are price gouging becuase of the high demand wouldnt ever go back there are plenty of places to go in town for my first time they are garbage

I was forced to do to get a refund against my will after waiting about a full month. Don’t know if it was because I am mexican I was being discriminated against? I was yelled at and not delt with in a professional manner. Crazy wild experience lol.

I dont know them by name but their is a guy that works weekends .. purty rude guy Ive done business their about 4 times and the fourth time will be my last Ive done more then a few gun transfers and every time that same guy has been there and every time he has sarcastic remarks that are purty annoying luckily I needed to do gun transfers or I would give him a piece of my mind ..he emidietly judges his customers and just plain rude guy if you want good service go during the week and talk to the bigger guy.. I will never step foot in that building again

Lotsa guns n stuf has the very high end stuff there very good quality and also has a selection of non high end. his prices are very good and they are fair to work with on payments. beats cheaper than dirt on prices even if cheaper than dirt didnt have the high priced shipping and handling.
