Just had some sights mounted on a couple of firearms - not your usual application. Should have gone there a long time ago. Professional, personable, knowledgable - understood my needs, did an excellent job from ordering the objectives and rails to mounting the sights on the rifles. And ya gotta love the ambiance of the shop; you could spend weeks exploring the nooks and crannies and would always find something new and different. The place has character.. Gotta love it....! :)

Excellent experience. Randy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Being a firearm amature I have experienced many other shops/ owners who have a pompous attitude if you aren’t quite sure what your looking for. Randy Stadler was the exact opposite, he made you feel at home from the time you walk in. Answering questions while we looked around, and through helping me find a suitable rifle, and my girlfriend feel out some possible future handguns. It was a very pleasant and accommodating experience. I would 100% refer anyone to Stadler for any firearm needs.

After shopping around at all of the local gun stores it was clear that Stadler was the best place to do business. Much better service then any of the big chains. Hes not just there to sell product but help you make an informed purchase. If he doesnt have what you want in stock he can get it for you very quickly. I had been to other shops in town to transfer other purchases. However; this time around out of convenience and location of Stadler Arms I had my latest purchase sent to Randy’s shop. Not only was he happy to do the transfer for me but we got to talking about about what I was currently building. We also talked about future purchases and Randy was very informative about what model I was looking at and what to expect...surprisingly he explained the good and the bad. There are basically 3 gunshops worth going to around town in Yakima. Guns West, Hammers Outdoor World and this one. I dont think any of them trump the other for overall service, selection, prices, ect.Guns west is mostly just guns and ammo, he doesnt offer any reloading accessories if your looking for that stuff, but his selection of firearms is a little better than stadler arms or hammers. One problem you WILL run into though is other people constantly coming in to BS with them and they can be hard to get at to ask about merchandise sometimes. the store is the smallest square footage of the 3hammers has a lighter selection of arms (the handgun category gets hit a little harder here, keep in mind they are a hunting,fishing store) but they are king for reloading parts, material and accessories they have all that stuff.stadler arms is somewhat in between the 2 (kind of.) oddly enough this is the only place you can buy a Hornady LNLAP reloading press (which i did, ha) though he doesnt offer much other reloading equipment, he has a number of accessories and the gun selection is better than hammers i think but not as good as Guns west.good store. i use it when i can cause i live pretty close to it
