This place is amazing and so is their staff. As soon as I walked in Mario was there to help me with any questions and made renting a hospital bed super easy. They even delivered that day!! Under $200 to rent a hospital bed for a whole month and delivery, setup, and pick up is included. I wont rent from any other place!

I am so thankful to be working with Bellevue Healthcare. They have provided “Above & Beyond” customer service multiple times. Most recently I needed to exchange a c-pap mask (because I’d ordered the wrong size by my mistake.) I called in at about 4:58pm and Justin picked up. I asked what time the store closes and he said “Five o’clock. But what can I help you with?” I explained my pickle and he graciously offered to exchange my mask as well as wait past his closing time for me to make it there. I would most definitely not expect someone to stay past closing time and was floored at the kind gesture. I am a social worker with elders and Bellevue Healthcare will always be at the top of my list for recommendations. Superb customer service. Well done!

I needed a 10’ wheelchair ramp. I called and got Justin Wood on the phone who was knowledgeable and helpful he told me exactly what they had available in the way of rentals (the condition they were in) and what was for sale.I needed one that night but wasn’t sure if it would fit for my needs. He allowed me to test it out and see. Super nice guy! I will definitely recommend Bellevue and particularly Justin in the future.

Mario was very good and helpful he has great customer skills he was helping me with an Electric chair. Mario also took the time to tell me how to take wheelchairs part to get it in the car. And showed me how to put it back together he gave me a lot information so he said if I had an questions to go head an call him and he would be more than happy to help me and Justin was very good like the new people you have I would come back with them there. I have a Manual chair to Jared took forever to order the parts it took 3 months. As soon as I got Mario came right too. Told Mario I need some stuff done on manual chair he said bring it we can help you he said you guys would give me a chair while mine was getting fixed.
