Because of Francisco Benitez I am very satisfied with the service I received today. He is kind, thoughtful and friendly. I appreciate the amount of knowledge he showed as he carefully explained everything. I left feeling well cared for and more confident about using a C-pap.
This place is a first class joke. They could careless about your help or well being. I had testing done for a cpap machine and my insurance referred me to go through them. I have been into emergency room 2 different times both diagnosis with severe need for machine. Each time I contact them please can you speed up whatever it is your doing I need my machine. Each time the delivery goes out further and further Each time. It went from 7 to 10 days for delivery now Im currently at it may be more 14 to 16 weeks for delivery. I just hung up the phone and thats not exceptable. I will be on the phone with my insurance first thing in the morning. Just an fyi my last visit was to ICU for 4 days with congested heart failure diagnosis. Which is in direct relationship of needing the cpap. But its been 10 days since released and still after waiting 4 months no cpap machine. Norco should be out of business shortly if thats how much they careless about clients. PATHETIC!!
I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am with this company. At first, I had some issues getting in touch with them on the phone to get my oxygen tanks refilled but the personal in person service I receive from them is excellent.I had a tech named Ali who cane to switch out my O2 tanks and he doesn’t just quicky switch them out and take off. He was so sweet. He asked how I was doing and if I was starting to feel better.... and we had a good conversation before he left.Its people like Ali that make a good name for a company. These are the people we see and speak to, not the people behind the scenes.We started talking about my neighbor who also got Covid and is on oxygen. My neighbor said a Norco person came up to him at Costco and gave him his card because he saw that he was a veteran. He explained what special things Norco could do for him if he switched to Norco. Come to find out it was Ali!!! :)I asked him how long hes been with the company and he said 15 years.Thats awesome! I hope he is getting treated good and I hope Norco knows how dedicated he is and how his kindness spreads to make their company grow.
I stop breathing and my oxygen level drops so I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get a phone from them so I can get a new c-pac machine and I never gotten the phone call so I called them over 2 week ago and I had to leave a message and they have not bother to call me back. I would not go to them. I am asking my sleep doctor to change me to someone else. I will not go through these people
The experience that I had with Francisco Benitez was very helpful. He was very professional. He helped me find the exact equipment for my CPAP. He was available for any questions that I have and he let me know that he was available in the future. He is very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. I visited this business on 8-21-2020 feeling frustrated because I needed a mask for my CPAP since mine was broken. I only waited for approximately 5-7 minutes before Kenny was able to help me. I told him that I was in Wenatchee when my mask broke and that I was informed by the Norco there that I needed an order from my doctor and that I couldnt purchase a mask outright.He took all my personal information down and I showed him the mask that I needed. He was very patient and said that he would try his best to help me. He was able to find me a mask very similar to mine. I also purchased filters for my machine. I felt grateful for his GREAT customer service skills. We talked for a bit and he was so kind. Kenny said that he had all my information now and to just call when I needed to order in the future.With so many businesses going under Im glad that this business was open to help me. Im happy to due my part in frequenting local businesses. Thanks again Kenny for your EXCELLENT customer service skills👍👍👍
Feeling very frustrated with Norco. Have been waiting 6 months for a personal backup O2 system, still waiting. Great lip service from Kenny, to no avail They get you on their service and there is zero follow up or customer service. I even asked if he was hiring for a customer service person, he thought I was joking. Well you get paid by my insurance, guess that is all that matters.Jenny West
I went in for my CPAP machine and was shown how to use it, explained the cleaning routine, and the part replacement schedule. She was very professional and I left with all my questions answered.

I cannot express the amount of uncertainty I was in about taking care of my grandpa while Im COVID positive and while the hospital sent him home Covid positive; Ali from Norco came into my house in the most professional way knowing I was positive for COVID made me feel so comfortable meanwhile he is RISKING HIS LIFE AS WELL AS EXPOSING HIS FAMILY BY going into peoples houses. Because of HIM I will refer ANYONE!
Francisco is the best! He has been so kind and helpful every time I come in and I am usually there twice a month. During these trying times it is a joy to be treated with such kindness!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Francisco and how he helped me with my c-pap supplies. Its just nice to see there are still people that just want to help where they can, and you have gained a customer for life,
I definitely wont ever be going in to this store. The behavior and dangerous driving tactics by their driver has turned me away. I was on N 5th just now (2/24/20 @ 9:50am) and their driver got road rage with someone else, and decided to turn left in to their back alley right in front of me. I had to slam on my brakes and he scowled at me, as if I was in HIS way when I legally had right of way.EDIT: I had to come back and update this post. After the response from Jared to resolve this problem, it is very clear that this isnt the standard this business operates under. Jared took my concerns very seriously and worked to resolve the problem and emphasize safety in driving with his employee.
Yakima store employees have always treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. They go above and beyond to help in any way that I have needed. The transition from Freedom to Norco was a bit rough, but The employees have stayed true to the excellent customer service.I recommend them highly
I literally got there at 5 pm when they closed. I broke my mask from putting headstrap on seal wrong. Francisco was literally locking the door and stayed later after closing to help me and got me a new mask setup. I really appreciate it. Excellent service.
My wife and I have had years of experience with Yakima oxygen providers (Apria and Lincare). Although we had no complaints with their local providers, we were forced to look elsewhere when these providers no longer would service liquid oxygen customers. We were pretty much at the end of our rope when Norco was recommended. Norco, its manager Jarred, and his staff have been a lifeline. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend.
Incredibly incompetent!!!! Multiple calls for supplies & no one had a CLUE what I wanted despite seeing the Drs order; was diconnected 2x. Cant get manager for assistance/complaints--left multiple messages & never got a response. Going back to my original provider
I have called a few times asking questions. Jared and Francisco were a great pleasure to deal with. Also I went in and Autumn was amazing and very nice! I will be coming back for my future needs!
Prior to doing business with Norco, I was receiving my supplies form Apria but had several issues with customer service and shipping.I much prefer dealing with Norco since they have a local store here in Yakima. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The have a variety of medical supplies, especially CPAP supplies.

WARNING, your store manager Jared Kern was in Klamath Falls, Oregon before being transferred up to Yakima. I ordered parts for my manual wheelchair, I waited four and a half months before I transferred to Bend Oregon to get the parts only to find out they had never been ordered. During that time when we would call or go into the store to see what was what, we would be told they were waiting for some parts, or they would be there next week, or they just never returned our phone calls. My wife did get a Roho cushion on one of her trips to the store (since they didnt return phone calls), only to find out when she got home it was the wrong size but we kept it as I needed it very badly, and didnt know when we could get the right cushion. Jared Kern was one of those who lied to us about the order, and didnt return phone calls. He also wrote a 5 star google review how awesome the store was while he was there.
Disgusted at the regional management. They treat their employees like garbage. I will absolutely refuse to do any business or get any medical supplies from Norco ever again after learning of their horrid business practices.

I came into Norco in Yakima today having no idea what to expect when I arrived. I met Mr Benitez who managed to Understand my ramblings so well he walked over and got the equipment I needed. If I had at least known the name or the size of what I wanted I could understand such politeness but mr Benitez correctly interpreted my vague description and ever so helpfully had me leaving with a smile in less than 5 min. Thank you Norco for hiring such pleasant staff.
