I called to see what it cost for new batterys for scotter was told 89.00.ree For each one, was told they are specialized batterys, also 80.00 for service call, called battery plus had the battery only 40 each and put in for free something is wrong here rip off

I can’t deal with people who have no idea what they are doing…. So frustrating this is what people that need help have to deal with! When I go here to get supplies and have to spend more then 20 minutes for them to figure anything out! It’s like this every time I come nobody has any idea what’s going on or are to busy not satisfied at all with my experience here and unfortunately I have no choice but continue to come here

Be aware! They make it so hard to deal with. They never even billed Medicare and kept saying my claim was denied. They came up with every excuse to not give me a refund. The latest update was that there was a different name on my credit card. Finally today they said they would mail me a refund. Time will tell! 😡

Beware everyone. When you have a love one at Landmark. They will offer medical equipment designed to help your 90 year old mother. In this case it was wheel chair. 3 months later we get collection notice 1400.00. Can not return. Can not make payments. Will not do business with them again.

Such a great friendly staff. Always happy to help you and spend the time they need to make it right the first time. I feel like I have their attention and I am not ignored. For a place of medical need, it has a great positive attitude when you come in. Love working with Howards Medical Supply! Great family owned store! There are not many of those around anymore.

Since I live in a small town, finding medical supplies can sometimes be difficult. But thanks to Howards Medical Supply, I got exactly everything I needed conveniently set up and ready to go for me. My account was hit for over $100 from Howard‘s on something that I did not even order from them purchase from them nothing for over a year it has taken me over a week and printouts from my bank my cell phone and everything because they kept saying they never took it I proved them wrong and they still they said OK well I guess you are right will put it back in your account they failed to tell me at that time that it would not be done until Friday which was a week and a half after I first started this whole process every time I have dealt with them it has been a bad experience

I recently had my mother-in-law go through hip surgery and this required her to rent several pieces of home medical supplies to help her through the rehab process. This was only my second time in a medical supply and I was thoroughly impressed with how I was treated as an individual and not just another number as it had seemed when I went to the other medical supply on Lincoln. Even when they did not have a piece of equipment they tracked the last one down and sent a delivery driver to one of their other locations to pick it up for me that very day. They were friendly, personable and got exactly what I needed; so I just wanted to write this to express my gratitude for helping us out. Now my mother-in-law is scheduled to undergo another hip surgery at the beginning of February and I know where Ill be going!!!

Approximately two weeks ago I went to Howards Medical with a prescription from my sleep doctor for a new CPAB machine. I was told that they would check with my Medicare and Supplemental insurance companies to determine my cost. Also they would check to see how long it had been since I had last purchased my CPAB. I was told that they would notify me later that day. It never happened! This was for a replacement machine as my present machine is starting to fail me. I called then on 1/21/19 and was told that the people that were working on it were no longer there. I was told that they needed to contact my sleep doctor and he was not in his office this week. No time limits or due dates were given for me to receive a new machine. This is not the first time that Howards has failed to reply in the time they said they would. Just plain old lack of customer service.

I’m a paraplegic in a manual chair. Just using that for perspective.The handicap entrance was terrible. They have double doors and have 1 side of each locked. The have stairs so close to the door when your pulling it open yours wheels are very close. Once you get into the doors the floor is broken concrete they didn’t even bother to pick up the broken pieces. Finally I rolled into the place the carpets are disgustingly dirty and the service I received was mediocre at best. Needless to say if you are a wheelchair user and in actual need of medical supplies that aren’t a self help reclining chair or Velcro shoes search elsewhere.

Not at all in love here. Things fall through the cracks so frequently I never expect a smooth exchange. Just found out that they should be shipping items they are not and oops, I need a new prescription for what we used to get for say two years. Then there is the monthly phone call to make sure I need the items. I will be looking elsewhere

Required credit card info to be on record, was told that I could shut off autopay upon receipt of first bill, this was a lie, myself and insurance company charged for items not received, customer service refused to correct, took over 3 months of lies to finally receive equipment. All employees do here is lie to customers with no regrets of admitting any mistakes or wrong doing. Would never recommend any one doing business with the company, extremely unhappy with the service here.

As a member of a family that lost a loved one on a Friday afternnon, I m appalled that your company called less than 24 hours to retrieve the items Hospice had ordered during our loved ones last months. Our family was in disbelief that by 9 A.M. on Saturday we were asked if you come come out that morning to pick up items!! We had not had time to process the loved ones passing and had to wait for you to arrive and put processing and making our arrangements for the family and loved one sservice. It would have been MUCH MORE RESPECTFUL to wait and call io Monday. Not 17 hours after the person died... Bad service policy if you ask me.

Use to come here to get my orthopedic needs, braces and even test monitors for diabeties. Came to howards medical off 16th to get some diabetic shoes. I had order them there before and had no issue back then. Told the lady there that specializes in the diabetic shoe ordering what insurance i had and also told her it would be changing soon and needed to make the order before it changed. She said no problem. We can get right on it. They ran my insurance. Took all my info and measured my feet. Even had me pick out the shoe.I waited, I waited, I called, I called, I called, I waited some more, weeks went by. I came atlas in person, Was told to wait some more. I went home and waited some more. Finally it came to an end of my patience and i had waited nearly 12 weeks. My insurance had changed. I came in asked where is my shoes at? The snotty young guy behind the desk says well the lady not here that handles that but i can look up your status on the order. I said fine. He comes back says i dont see an order was ever made for you. His boss was gone to lunch. So i had to wait some more to get a higher up level person there to tell me what was going on with my wasted time spent there.Mean while, while i was waiting for his boss to return from lunch. An irate lady came in just screaming her head off that this place never answers there phone. I had to laugh a little because what she was telling the young guy was most definitely the truth. Instead of them using good customer service relations and trying to find an excuse the young guy got very snotty with his elder and told her if she didnt like how things was ran at howards then she was free to find another place to get her diabetic needs.I hope that lady tech savy some day reads my review. I shook my head in utter disbelief. I finally got the manager from his lunch break and asked about my situation. From get go he was rude, short,snotty and had the attitude that he just didnt really care. In the end he came back saying well your insurance has changed thus your order rejected. I was now irate like the lady before me.I told him my order wouldnt have been rejected had your people followed through with the order in the first place 12 weeks prior. He said well its your responsibility to stay in contact and check with us on the status of your order to get things fixed. I had my cell phone that showed my many phone calls to howards. I said look as i flashed the cell phone in his face. i made calls your store doesnt return calls and when they do they give the excuse the person i need to talk to is unavailable. He finally said well you are free to go somewhere else. His medical supply store cost me $280.00 in diabetic shoes when my existing insurance at the time would have covered most that cost. I threaten to take legal action over his store negligence his response was dont ever call here again, dont ever come back here again. Your rude to my staff. The kettle calling the pot black more or less. Further more he asked me not to return. I HAVENT! I WONT EVER and i told him id pass what happen to me along! So this is my review. Its a little late on getting it out there but i havent forgotten what took place. I now order on-line or i go to there competitors in Yakima. I miss kheelers medical. They knew how to treat the disabled, elderly and those injured. These guys at howards are a joke. Hey Mr. Owner or Manager you dont like my review then learn how to follow through with your insurance orders and customer service skills on helping the disabled, diabetic,elderly, injured. Have a heart! You got rich off all us but you have no problem costing us more in the long wrong with foolishness. Some business advice have your whole team and you go take some customer service and customer relation courses because your staff and you are lacking in that department.

Howards Medical Supply is the best. The staff is caring and they meet your needs. When I needed to be fit for orthotics, Erik Mickelson was well trained and able to get just the right fit. Because I like to walk, this affected my ability to enjoy walking before I got just the right orthotics. During my care with Howards Medical Supply, I was always treated respectfully and thoughtfulness of my needs. I would highly recommend Howards Medical Supply to meet any of your medical or health needs. You will find as I did, that they care about the quality of your life and your own individual needs.

I liked this place better when it was a car lot! This medical supply company has Horrible Customer Service!! Placed an order 2 months back for a medical needs product. They took my prescription and held it but never ordered the item. They lied and lied again with one excuse after another even blaming there own supplier of which i called to confirm they lied. They even lied about the prior medical authorizations they needed both for this product and past products, imagine my shock to find out each time they sent me out the door telling me they needed a prior authorization from my insurance company for the items needed and to check back when all along they never needed it and the amount of wasted time and fuel i spent by there lies. My insurance company explained to me they hadnt received a prior medical authorization for these guys sense i had surgery on my leg in 2014 needed a wheel around. These guys are something else. Real fine works of art at this medical supply company. I even witnessed an older lady upset at how she was treated because these guys didnt return her call. Old lady and she had to come down just to speak with them.I have told family, friends and people i know to avoid this place like the plague.Better medical supply companies in Yakima. Kheelers Medical been around a lot longer and far better in my openion in customer service and sales. Im very upset and disappointed in how i was treated and wont be back.

Went to Howards to exchange Swift FX mask & basic pillow, for my CPAP, for a SleepWeaver mask. They made the exchange fair enough, but said everything was the same cost. So, checked my bill for the Swift FX and basic pillow that I returned and the total was over $150. I went online to check the SleepWeaver price and the low price was $69 on sale and retail was $119. On the receipt it states, returns in 30 days are allowed. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere.
