Had a very nice experience today looking for curtain bars for my living room. I just moved into a cooperative and needed to find a strong but aesthetically pleasing bar to mount. Louvela, a sales associate in the curtain department was very engaging and helpful and I was able to find just what I was looking for! Many thanks to her and the management on duty.

This is a basic Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Its virtually the same as any other Bed, Bath, and Beyond youve seen before. If youre unfamiliar with the store, they basically have all your home needs. Bedding, bath needs, cooking utensils, some electronics like robot vacuums and fans. Theyll have seasonal stuff for Halloween, Christmas, and other holidays. At this location, the staff is very nice. The stock is sometimes limited which is the reason for one less star. Overall though, youll probably be satisfied shopping here. Its up a ramp off Central Ave. Parking is usually crowded right in front, but theres a big inside parking lot underneath the stores, so youll always be able to find a place to park. Parking lot has an elevator directly to the store. There are a few other shops in this strip mall type location, so you can get a few things done while going to this location. And as I said, its on Central Ave, so its located near a lot of other places. Central Ave has virtually everything and this store ensures you have plenty of home options. Their prices are acceptable and they usually have good coupon options with things like 20% off one item. So use that on the most expensive thing you buy.

I wasnt sure how many stars to give. The staff was very helpful. It helped that the store was empty. My problem was, that the item that showed available for pickup in store was in fact not available

Im always able to find all of the personal care products that my family needs. Im able to purchase shaving cream, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soaps, toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorants, loofah puffs and lotion. This saves me time since I only need to make one trip to Bed Bath & Beyond and Im able to purchase all of the household, food, snacks, household personal and medical supplies. Bed Bath and Beyond is truly a one stop shopping experience!!

The elevator wasnt working i n my friend took the stairs i had knee pain-!

For pickup call to make sure they have item available, they didnt have the item I was looking for but the store associate was kind enough redirect me to a store that did have the item.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. Love the fact that you can use their expired coupons when you make a purchase.

The store was very organized, found what we needed. The lady that was in cashier #8 was superrrrrrr helpful. We didnt have the 20% off coupon on us. She let us look for one that was in our email. She was so polite and waited with no fuss. We saved about $30. Thank you!

As is common with all Bed Bath & Beyond stores, smells great as soon as you walk in. The store was very clean with everything in stock. A pleasure to go to.

The visit was good however I was concerned because the item I picked up in yhe stored was originally ordered on the 7th but because I was unable to pick it up the order was cancelled after 3 days this was not stated on any email confirmation that was received. I had to reorder it and pay more than when I first ordered it. That is my only concern.

Hours are pretty limited now. Stopped by on a Monday at 7:55pm they were closing the doors. They open at 9am. Usually stocked pretty well.

This is the worst Bed, Bath and Beyond store. They hardly have any products. Everything that should have been there was sold out. No cosmetics, toiletries department. A complete disappointment.

I really dislike this parking on the main level. It is so hard to park. Someone hot my husbands car because of the tight parking.ON: I could not find what I wanted. I was surprised because of its size. I have visited better locations.

Quick in and out process for pick up

Located in a small strip mall on busy Central Park Avenue. They recently changed their set up of the check out lines, which is one main line going to all cashiers. All stores carry the same merchandise, although sales/ clearance products vary by location. You should always use the 20% off coupons - I never buy anything in that store at full price. Many items you will find cheaper elsewhere, even with the coupon. But they have a great variety of all products. Most staff are pleasant and helpful. Their sister store, Harmon, is right next door.

Bed Bath and Beyond has a great selection of home goods! They carry some things that are as seen on TV their clearance items are reasonably priced and they have a lot of high quality products. They will honor expired 20% off coupons and surprise... they price-match their competitors, either retail or online! Yes... online competitors too! If youre using a 20% off coupon, just make sure that the other stores price is more than 20% lower. Its a very clean store. They have plenty of parking. Well be going back more often, now that we know theyll price-match Amazon and other stores.

Parking is awful. Store is okay. Stock is Mediocre. Staff is hit-or-miss on customer service and friendliness. Ive good experiences with manages.

We love to shop at Bed Bath and Beyond. Their stores have an exceptional selection of virtually everything you need in your homes regardless of its size and shape. The only thing you can’t buy there are the larger appliances, such as dishwashers, refrigerators and stoves. We recently bought kitchen utensils as well as a new coffee pot and a coffee grinder. These are items you can buy on the internet, however the prices at Bed Bath and Beyond are often less and returning products are easy and it’s been my experience that you don’t need your receipt or even the box that the item came in! While I do buy certain items on line, I love being able to see what I’m buying as well as to compare the different items in the store. Bed Bath and Beyond has a dedicated staff and they are always happy to help us find exactly what we are looking for. And unlike other stores that have expiration dates on their coupons, Bed Bath and Beyond will accept old outdated coupons and their cashiers will do everything they can to try to use as many as possible to help get us the lowest price for whatever we are buying! Regarding bringing products back, I once had a coffee maker for over four years. It stopped working and to my surprise, the Customer Service Department took the item back and gave me a store credit for what that coffeemaker would cost on the day I returned the product. We are fortunate to have a great store like Bed Bath and Beyond!

The place had no shopping carts. When i notified customer service they stated to go outside. When checking out i realized I had forgotten my Bed Bath & Beyond card was not allowed to use my state ID and social to look up my card. Unsatisfied with the service that i didnt get. So I will not be going to that Bed Bath & Beyond.

They helped us with all the different coupons we had to get the most savings for the items we bought. Weve been doing so much shopping on Amazon it felt good to be in the store again looking around and filling a shopping cart.

I liked this branch of the chain because its unexpectedly friendly. Smaller than some of its kind, you still have the selection and prices that make the trip to Central Avenue, Yonkers, worthwhile. Got pillows, sheets, bath supplies, etc. Walked out happily with a gift discount card. Parking here is easy, too.

I enjoy shopping there, lots of space, and the staff is helpful.

It was ok. The lady at the Customer service desk was very nice and helpful. However, the two women on the floor that I asked for help seem like they didnt want to be bothered. One of them gave me incorrect information. My mother found one of the items on her own that I specifically came to purchase. Also, the parking lot is very tight especially for an SUV.
