This is the best store I have gone to. I really feel like the staff listens to me when I describe what I want. They have gave me good advice when I was not sure which of my ideas I should have gone with. I had a relaxing time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I could not be happier with the recent service we received at P.C. Richard and Son in Yonkers, NY. Eric Levy is exactly the kind of caring and thorough salesperson we were hoping to find when we started out looking to replace all the appliances in our kitchen and then subsequently in our laundry room. Living in an older home from the 1930s, it was a challenge finding kitchen appliances we could be happy with that would fit into our small kitchen. Lifesaver. Fidel went above and beyond locating a refrigerator for my mom who is 91. Her fridge died, she had specific suspects that were challenging in a 1950s house. Fidel located the perfect fridge. Not only that, he was able to get it delivered in three days. Did I say anything short of miracle these days? And he also sold me a toaster. Great guy, honest, tons of integrity and kindness and beyond. Thank you sooooo much Fidel!

I have used PC Richard and Sons for many appliances over the years - fridges, washers and dryers for both my home and a rental unit I own, air conditioners, etc. Always a great experience. This review is for the refrigerator I ordered this past week.I had my heart set on a rather large French-door unit that had a much bigger footprint than my existing fridge. Fortunately, my sales counselor, Jervis, went above and beyond to help me get the exact fridge I wanted. He organized a survey through PC Richards to accurately measure the space available, and then walked me through the entire process from order to installation, even setting up the connection of the water line so the fridge can make ice. He made the process work seamlessly. The delivery and installation techs which arrived were prompt, courteous and efficient. My new fridge is perfect for my kitchen and is exactly what I wanted.

I visited PC Richard in Yonkers on Central avenue to replace my 10 year old Kenmore refrigerator I was lucky enough to be assisted by sales representative Jervis whom was very knowledgeable with the appliances, he was able to look up my the model number for my old refrigerator in order to get the size then help me pick out a new refrigerator. I’ll definitely be going back there for my other appliances from here on out.

Simply put, you can not do better than Craig at PC Richards!!! I needed an entire new kitchen from soup to nuts for our complete home renovation. I’m talking everything from refrigerator to the button controlling a new garbage disposal. Craig not only helped me pick every product (2 pages worth of items!), but gave me INCREDIBLE pricing. Trust me…. With the possibility of spending 10’s of thousands of dollars I compared his prices across the entire metropolitan area and NJ!The fact is no one came even near the deals he arranged for me. I saved thousands!!!! His knowledge base, selecting products that were appropriate for me, and getting me a good price should have been enough. But it didn’t end there. We had issues with the oven after the installation (my people, not his). I called Craig and he immediately suggested I check the polarity of the outlet the oven was plugged into. I told my electrician and sure enough… Craig was right again!!! The man is the best!!!!! I will be returning to Craig for my grill, TV’s and more. Thank you Craig!!!

Purchased multiple appliances at PC Richards on central avenue in Yonkers. Had to go back and forth several times due to measurement issues. Met with Eric who helped me through the entire process. All appliances were delivered. I had the range installed and noticed there was a little hole in the handle. I called and asked to see if Eric could assist. Without hesitation he asked for all information and was able to get me a mew range delivered. He was beyond helpful giving me his cell number to send pictures of the range so he can get the issue resolved. Eric is one of the best salesperson I have ever dealt with and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for appliances or anything at PC Richards to ask for Eric. I bought my first air conditioner from PC Richards & Son. Recently I purchased two new G.E models. I installed them as soon as I returned home. One of them broke down almost two weeks after having bought it (stopped cooling). The other worked fine & is still ok. I took it back to the store thinking it was just a lemon. My salesman Les was great and so was the store manager (cant recall his name). They replaced that air unit with another G.E (same model). The replacement lasted two weeks before it just stopped working altogether! I did some quick research and found out that this particular model has this issue. It beeps constantly & flashes 88 constantly. I took this one back too & again the staff was very understanding & very supportive. They tested the unit & saw the issue. This time Georgina supported us with picking out a new & different brand. Thank you Les & Georgina!!!

TOTALLY unreliable - unscrupulous.Ordered disposal on their site. Was given delivery date. Night before was given time slot. In the am, I received voice mail that package didn’t make it on their truck due to package damage ( I still have this recording). THIS WAS A DOWNRIGHT LIE. However it was Rescheduled for a few days later. Same scenario- time slot the night before. When I called in am to confirm, I was told item OUT OF STOCK. Had been out of stock for awhile- no expected date. THEY ACTUALLY BLATANTLY LIED. So untrustworthy.

I have been to the store twice now since COVID both my stove first and now my refrigerator broke. Both times we have had the pleasure of having Sue help us. She is friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to help you. We have had terrible experiences lately with our Samsung refrigerator which ultimately had to be replaced tonight. We did have the 5 year warranty thank goodness and after 9 repairs in less than 2 years they finally gave us a credit. Sue was so helpful tonight since we have no freezer and lost half of the food in our fridge. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase an appliance to ask for Sue. Side. I just purchased a GE gas range through the PC Richard store in Yonkers, NY. It was delivered just this morning, so its too early to report on how well it works. But I can say that I got a lot of thoughtful assistance from Alex Eisenberg in the Yonkers sales department: He helped me find a suitable, highly reviewed model, which was hard because we needed a range that was only 24” wide. The new range replaced a defective previous PC Richard purchase, an Avanti. That one failed only three years into a 10-year extended warranty, and the company removed it and gave us the full initial Avanti purchase price toward the new one. With some effort, Alex was able to increase the five-year GE extended service contract to eight years at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. He was also able to get us delivery in under a week at a time when many items were on back order. That was also really great.You can spend a lot of time on hold when you try to reach PC Richard, which is why Ive given an overall rating of 4.But ALEX EISENBERG WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC, A STRAIGHT 5! IN FACT, ID ENCOURAGE PC RICHARD TO CLONE ALEX IF THEY CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT.Working with Alex was a complete pleasure. Thanks, Alex!
