It’s nice to see this location practicing Covid guidelines still. Very clean and respectful. They fit me in for tire rotation and the prices are great. Tons of bays so if it seems busy their still might be some room for your vehicle!

I was there few months ago and I did some repairs in my car it took 5 min to lift my car and estimate they did give me price I agree...I did visit them today before 9am because I have some problems with breaks and they ask me to wait I did sit for 1 hrs In 10 am I ask the guy how long I have to wait he says give me 1 hrs. I said Im here 1 hrs waiting no one explain to me that I have to wait 2 hrs...he said you didnt ask that why we didnt tell you... that answer did blow my fuse and I ask for my car key and I said to him you took my money in 5 min few months ago and I have one year guarantee in everything you did for me and I have to wait 2 hrs...he smiles with ironic attitude and he said have nice Day and I said to him no no you continue to have nice day I dont go back to them...he let customer leve customer without checking his brakes......note: when they do something to your car make sure be next to that mechanic and chek everything they charge they may replace your parts...

So i bought my 2K9 Lexus is250 a year ago. First thing i asked these guys to do - is replace TPMS sensors on all wheals cause i had a (!) light on my dash. Then half year later i decided to refill my transmission fluid and earlier this week, i brought my car for spark plugs replacrment (realy complicated process on this particular V6 engine, cause you need to dismount intake to reach bank2 plugs) and upstream O2 sensor replacement as i wanted to fix my check engine code recently poped up with problems in bank2. And i also asked them to replace gasket on the intake. Im really happy i found this guys. They do magic :)Lexus dealer probably would charge me more money than this car costs :))

Buyer beware! The person who assisted me said I needed to replace my entire suspension. Thankfully I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and all I really needed was a new spindle and ball joints. Saved me a couple thousand dollars and I’ve been riding smoothly ever since. Will definitely not be coming back. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion, your wallet will thank you.

These guys provide great service. Being paranoid about COVID-19, I delayed changing out my winter tires (in August!) because I wasnt interested in having someone sit in my car. Instead of having a technician drive my car on to the lift, they let me park it right outside the garage and changed the tires one at a time. They were even able to run a NYS annual inspection with the car parked outside.I have used their services for about 3 years and they have been friendly and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I am going here for about 3 years and I was quite pleased with their service. Recent visits made me change my review for them. One day after service I noticed engine oil leaking. I went there and they replaced oil drain screw for free. Next visit they said oil pan threads are damaged and charged $8 for temporary fix. Then they said I need to change the oil pan for $1000. Hearing that their own mechanic was shocked. Front desk guy made call and then said it will cost $425. I am ready to pay a reasonable amount to fix their mistake but $425 also seems to be high for changing oil pan.These guys were good once. Now it seems all they need is money and charge ridiculously for customers who keep coming back.

The company I work for had vans that needed to be serviced as they havent been in about a year. I researched this company as good trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. I had each of my vans dropped off and I gave specific instructions to James to go over tooth to nail and let me know how much it will be to get this van in pristine fully working condition. After everything is said and done we spent about 8k getting our vans serviced. But each time we went to pickup our vans there were new issues that werent addressed and each time we went there was a new bill and James continued to promise that there would be no more additional issues. In fact there were even check engines lights on the dashboard that werent on when we dropped the car off but when we picked it up it was another bill for them. I feel as though we got the run-around with these guys. Which I am very disappointed - I was looking to build a relationship with this company. There was one instance which stood out - we had dropped the car off for a door latch not functioning properly and we clearly made James aware of the issue upon dropping it off. He promised it was a small fix and since we had done so much business with him he wouldnt charge us. Upon picking it up my driver inspected the car and saw the issue was not fixed. My driver immediately notified me and I called James inquiring about this. Immediately he was hostile with me and told me to get our vans off of his property and to never come back again. In addition to this our account was billed 65$ - for what I am not sure? Extremely disappointed as this was completely unprofessional.. Please beware when using this mechanic.

I’ve taken My Equinox here to service squeaking brakes along with an oil change 3 times this year so far. Each time I’ve driven away with these squeaking brakes.

Used them several times, never had a problem up until today. Came in early in the morning with a rear caliper, and a set of rear and front brakes to have installed. Told the guy that I was hearing a noise in the front and sounded like a rotor, and if they can be ordered. He said fine, and it was going well, or so I thought. THREE hours later I get asked to go up and said the price is going to be $482(including oil change), which I thought was a little steep but whatever, everything was going to get done. That’s when he hit me with this price quote didn’t include the installation of the front brakes, or the price for the front rotors, and installation cause he only ordered rear rotors(I can only imagine how much more it was going to be). I was baffled and told him that I came in with all parts ready for the install, and a problem with my front rotor. He got agitated and just told me That he’ll have the guy assemble it back and I can go, which I agreed. Heard the guys commenting stuff like “let him deal with it” and laughing. Ended up leaving and got it all done without a hassle, and at half the price that these guys wanted. WIN!!Also, would like to note that my TPMS sensor came on after leaving this place, which the other place fixed, and wouldn’t put it past them if they used the same old filter for my oil change.

Highly recommended (ask for James.) Had an old truck out of alignment. I had gotten it aligned before at other places, but it never drove straight, always pulling left. I bought it with an accident so I assumed the frame was bent. James explained how they did it there and assured me that it would come out better.So I tried them out and now it drives straight. It doesnt sound amazing, i know, but after two years and 3 alignments at 2 different places, this is a very big deal to me. Ive used them now for a few things and work is always done with a same-day turnaround. Prices are about market price but the quality of work is far above average.

I went this shop for the first time today because I had a flat tire. I found a nail in the tire and replaced with my spare tire. They fixed my tire within 30minutes, and charged a very small amount of money. I actually called the dealer for a quote before and went to another tire shop too, both of them were too greedy and want to charge you 300 to replace the new tire. This shop earned my trust and all y future services for all my cars

I had my Mercedes C63 there two years ago for a tire change and they messed up my tpms on my rear tire. I went to my dealership and had it replaced free of charge and they told me whoever changed my tires broke it. I didnt make it a big deal because Mercedes of Manhattan covered it.Last week I had it there for a rear tire change because I needed to pass my inspection. They managed to damage my tpms again. Couple days after driving and wobbly feeling, I got a message on my dashboard about my tpms being inoperative. I checked the tire pressure and sure enough it was leaking from the tpms.I called them to have it fixed and I was doing by the guy at the front desk that they will look at the cameras and see if it was their fault. If it wasnt I would be charged again for inspection fee.What is a camera supposed to show? An untrained mechanic working on a car? Horrible work. I should have learned my lesson two years ago. You get what you pay for, I guess thats why their prices are relatively low.
