The driver was real nasty sob. I own a shop and have been Im the business for over thirty years. His attitude was completely uncalled for and unwarranted. Even the officer on the scene was taken back by his attitude. Afterwards, when I got my car back to my shop, he tried telling me how hard his job was and how he had been on calls all night. Maybe this guy should find a different line of work. This tow was done on 3/21 around 9:30 am off of the Sprain. The driver # on the paper was number 2. Im sure this one person doesnt represent the entire company, but this was my experience.

I have been taking my car to Steve for the past 3+ years. Steve is knowledgeable, quick with servicing and gives good recommendations to keep costs low.

The guys are rude... I was there 4:25 just trying to grab my EZ-pass from my car which is towed with them after an accident, but the guy in there said we are closed we close 4:00 and wouldn’t even let me get to my car.

Came Quickly In response to a AAA call and got me into my car in time to make the surprise party with the balloons. Thanks so much hopefully I won’t locked myself out of my car again anytime soon

County Towing North is FANTASTIC. They came within MINUTES after I called when I locked my keys in my car. Steve, the technician who came, was extremely polite and unlocked my car right away, and even crawled into the trunk from the backseat to grab my bag where my keys were! I was back to my day like it had never even happened. He and the dispatch center were very responsible and both called me to let me know they were on the way and when Steve arrived. These are the guys to call when you need help! Thank you Steve and County Towing North!!!

Extremely Rude with terrible customer service.

Can’t complain about anything they picked up my impala from 287 after I called triple a. The person at the front desk didn’t want to do the whole triple a reimbursement thing but I did it myself nbd. They fixed my car so that’s why I give them 5 stars.

Stephen is the best mechanic

We broke down on 287 heading home after the holidays. We were over one hundred miles from home and all local car rental agencies were closed. My family (3 daughters, hubby and our 2 dogs) couldnt fit in the cab of the truck. They stayed with us until we were able to secure a ride home for all 7 of us! One gentleman even stayed late, despite the fact it was his daughters birthday! I cant thank them enough!

Had my car serviced here. They saved me so much time and money too. Thanks again, will use again.

These guys are a great shop. Have used them for repairs and towing. They are fast, efficient and always helpful.

These were the worst services I had.They over charged for services that weren’t appropriately provided and the man was on his phone the whole time arguing with someone personal business . It was very unprofessionalHe did not ask where I liked to be dropped off he just assume . And dropped me and my family off in the middle of the plaza . Shake my head I would not recommend them to anyone.
