If i could give this place less than 1 star I would. This place has to be the reason why the phrase buyer beware was coined. they sell lemons and dont stand behind their cars. A week after I purchased a car they sent it to their mechanic who said nothing was wrong. I brought it to my mechanic and they refused to fix the issues. I will NEVER go there again, and I recommend that no one else does. They thrive on predatory practices so please buyer beware.

Never fixed error codes I found while testDriving car, promised all would be corrected before I picked up car. Randy lied. Also under carriage rusted...caking rust. They said that is normal. Next, they put Lower miles than the vehicle has on the title. Vehicle has 84456 miles on the title they put 82225. This place is really sketchy. Beware. Stay tuned for more. Deceitful, Laughable, Misleading, Abrasive, ShadyI reached out to them on Facebook about buying one of their cars. After a few messages, it came out that the final price of the vehicle was way higher than advertised. I suggested that their post should use the actual price of the vehicle. This was met with sarcasm profanity and insults. they admitted that they advertise at lower prices to get people to look at the cars, and the final price is much higher. A quick glance of their inventory shows a variety of older cars at seemingly reasonable prices, but be aware that this is not the actual cost of the vehicle. I suggest that you take your businesses to a more transparent and civil company.Update: It sounds like theyve got some issues with the health department now. I got a message saying by chance, did you call the health department on us you no life.... I did not.

I went to go buy a car over here I was so Excited. I went to go turn on the car to see if it works and to test drive it not only the car wouldn’t turn on but Carlito is going to say to me well I need to change the Battery in the car so the Battery was so rusted inside of the car that it wouldn’t even come out. Here’s the killer he got the car to turn on and the Engine act like it wanted to Fall out I was like really he was like I can give u another car I said no to him I want my money back he was giving me a problem at 1st I said I have a baby not only that kids to put into this car and u just want to leave ur on the side of the road knowing that the car didn’t work at all he didn’t have a care in the world sad

I have owned my Honda for a few months since I bought it from Deleon Mich Auto Sales and so far I am happy with it because the car is running well and it handles good in all kinds of weather. I appreciate the help of Mr. Arnold Deleon. He spent extra time after closing to help me find the right car. It was not easy but finally he showed me this car which fit perfectly for what I was looking for.The company offered me financing options on the car and that was nice. Also the company provided a good mechanic. They checked the engine and took care of other minor problems such as a leaky tire, non-functioning electric passenger door lock and a mechanical error with the CD player with no additional cost. Until this time I feel that the car I bought was worth the price I paid for and I am a satisfied customer. Long story short, I would buy a car from here again. After getting the run around at 2 other dealers, who refused an out right full purchase of a vehicle because it had to be thru financing, it was nice to go to a traditional sales place where you can see different makes & models, test drive, speak with 1 dedicated salesperson,negotiate, haggle a lit bit more, come to an agreement, pay, swap plates, get a warranty, change insurance and drive off the lot all on the same day! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a Honda Element 5 months ago for 7,999.00 . First car broke down 4 times and had to miss work for multiple days each time. Then the engine had to be replaced which they eventually did and I lost work for a week. Now after reviewing my loan payments and knowing that I gave them $1000 for plates and registration and $1000 down payment. My initial loan amount states $8,240. So they just kept $1000 with no reason.

So a week ago I went in to see the 2014 Honda Civic Si. I couldn’t afford it so they offered me a deal with the 2012 Si. I was iffy at first but then when I looked it and checked out the car. There wasn’t anything wrong with it. I work as an assistant manager at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and this car was well maintained. When I picked up the car I realized they changed the brakes and rotors cause they were rusted. I didn’t even have to spend money for that. They care a lot about there customers and although there are a few minor things with the car those things I realized that they couldn’t help with fully but offered me a great deal. I will definitely come back for another car in the future. They are amazing and nothing can make me happier than getting the dream car I’ve always wanted since I was 12.

I’m so glad I came here. They have helped me so much and so fast. It took less than 45 min an I already had my car. They are amazing.

This dealership is a joke. I called a day in advance asking about a car I was interested in and was assured that it was available for a test drive but that the car was being kept at another location. Fine. The next day I arrived at the lot to which I was directed, looked around and did not see the vehicle. I asked the gentleman on sight where the car was, he then told me that it was at the original location and after I explained that I had called the day before I was assured that the car was there. I then drove 30 minutes to the original location just to be told that the car had been sold. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and I will never be going back nor will I ever recommend this place. You’re better off getting a car at a gas station with a reliable shop.

I extremely do not recommend this place. I called to check the availability for a Honda Civic 2011 color white because that was the vehicle tha I was looking for, so I called 3 days before I go and the person who answer the phone told me that the car was available, so I make an appointment, I even called in advance to let them know that I was on my way and to make sure they still have the vehicle, so they told me that they move the car to another location 20 min away from them (WHITE RIVER AUTO SALES) and the guy who help me was very rude and told me that they already sold the car a week ago, I drove from NJ and I spend 3 hours of my day for nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND VERY OVERPRICED VEHICLES.

Crook. My favorite used car dealer retired. He used to sell cars private sales price. And was so honest he went through all the deficiencies on the vehicle. Explained what needed to be repaired or replaced. He told me how Deleon Mich would buy cars from him. He would tell him the things which needed repairs, for example a jeep that needed brakes, an alternator, and a radiator. Dude had it out on the lot washed and for sale the next morning. AT TOP DEALER $$$!!!! You pay dealer prices because dealers are supposed to fix the problems with the car before selling it. CROOKS! In addition, I am from the neighborhood; looked at a car there once and the salesman asked for $500 over the KBB mint condition price. This car was in POOR condition. I said no and walked away. He said well you can make an offer. And I still walked away because I cant do business with such an unfair asking price. Two of my friends shopped here. One actually bought a car which died a month later. And the other was lucky enough to have the car break down during a test drive. I grew up in the neighborhood. Take it from a local. This place is NOT worth your time.

Bait and switch tactics are used at their finest here most cars shown on the website are not available. Will tell you they just sold it yesterday. They do not go through a reputable finance company it is done in house and they will charge you what they feel. Half the time they dont even know what your payment actually is. Unprofessional hands down the worse place to do business. In my haste I purchased a vehicle and everyday i regret it more and more. They have no actual knowledge of anything they are selling you, all they want is your money they dont care for your safety or that of the passengers in your car. Told me that they put new brakes, rotors, bearings and control arms. But didnt. Everything was still rusted. Promised to fix rear wiper and didnt. Bearings are NOT new and rear driver brake is bad. The owner lied to me and I have no vehicle to drive because he refuses to make my car safe to drive. Also, he asks me unprofessional questions such as why I drive a certain amount of miles. That is not his business to know. I am a disabled person who has many dr Appts and I dont feel thats his business.

FRAUD ALERT!!!I had a 6 months contract in the area and I needed a car while I was there.I was quoted over the phone for $7,500 Toyota Camry 2007 when I got there a Spanish guy who’s name was “Calito” attempted to hike the price for $2,500 not knowing that I called before asking for the price. Seriously if you want to get robbed by this thief, this is the right place to go.

Never bought a car but they misadvertised on Facebook showing a low price then on the call said it was a deposit. I asked for pictures of the Van with particular wear areas and all the pictures perfectly omitted the wear areas being cut off so you couldnt see the true condition.

Then other guy came and says they didnot sell Camry but Reserved for someone, then they said the car in CT state and will take two days to bring it but they wanna a deposit which is $1500 lol. It seems like i buy the car without seeing it.. Also, when they said they have the car, they said will sell it for $2000. And other guy came and disrespected me by saying how much u wanna spent, i says $1500. And he was saying thats it!! Nooooo we dont have kind of cars like that!! I feel bad, cause i spent a round$100 to get there!! And that was for Nothing
