This location has very reasonable lines for checking out, unlike the New Rochelle store. The merchandise is always updated with the seasons and there is a ton of selection. No sign of supply chain issues here! Prices are ridiculously reasonable.

I always enjoy to look at a store the things you need in the kitchen and pots though glassware the coffee hour glasses I thought I am going to have to go back and get one of those. And the propeller clock I was glad to see that there I really like the store thanks

Home Goods has gone down hill over the years. This site has never recovered from an poorly conceived redesign & reorganization a few years back. The choice of glassware and table linens is still good & worth a visit. The store is wasting too much space food stuffs and tacky seasonal decorations. The once fantastic selection of plates and serving ware is now much smaller and on my last visit the choices were ugly or boring.

Gloomy shades of colors, no much to choose, very poor quality of everything.

We bought many things there. It’s a nice store with knowledgeable, attentive but not pushy staff. We bought a couch - but my husband did not like it even after the first few days we had it. We returned it and they made the process very smooth. We will continue to shop there because they take good care of you even if you are returning something pretty expensive. We plan to buy bookshelves and some more housewares very soon.

Went to this store for the first time and lost my mind. I wasnt even in the store 10 minutes and I had 3 items in my cart. I ended up spending about $300 but it was well worth it. Got a lot of nice items for my kitchen and bathroom. Lots of gadgets also. Had to tell myself not to go back anytime soon. Hard to leave this store without buying anything. Cant wait til my next trip!

Purchased a large floor mirror and set up delivery service to have it delivered to my home. Mirror arrived with a crack on the side. Delivery company finally gave me clearance to return to store with receipt to receive credit and refund. Jim the store manager was AMAZING!!!! Personally handled the return and credit back and even returned the delivery charge. Expected a big hassle, but, he was wonderful, professional and efficient. Next time I order a large item, I will rent a truck, gather friends or family and pick up from store. It’s a shame as I loved the mirror, but, the delivery service was not easy to deal with. Took some time to expedite and was quite frustrating to get someone to listen. THANK YOU JIM!!! LOVE THE STORE!!!

It could be neater and a lot of the furniture looked to be damaged. Not the nicest looking Home Goods. However the staff are absolutely lovely; polite and very nice.

Nicely kept and well stocked with such a wide variety of goods. Everything is where it should be. You can spend the entire day in here. The prices are excellent. The bathroom was clean too.

Some of the furniture and other items have pen marks and drawings, and are torn. I know this isnt the fault of the staff, but its tough to find something you like and have to leave it, because others cannot be respectful of items.

I love homegoods. So many options to choose from. And if you dont like something one week, you can go the following and theres more to choose from. Too bad alot of the furniture is ruined before you can get it fresh off the truck. Too many people sit on the couches, stain the furniture and etc.

I Love the reasonable prices‼

Selection is okay but the store is disorganized with things laying on the floor or merchandise blocking the aisles. Why I have walked out and not bothered to shop on several occasions is the loooooonnnngggg checkout lines! Consistently has half or less of the registers open and the line can wrap around two and three times,and management seems to either not notice or not care. Stick with the Home Goods in Pelham, better stuff and more efficient!

I havent shopped at homegoods in the past. However, I recently moved and received a gift certificate for this store.I visited one Friday afternoon and spent over an hour at this location shopping.The staff present on the floor was almost non existent if you had a question. But I found lots of great buys.The checkout process was another issue. The line was long and incredibly slow. Once I reached an actual cashier she seemed pleasant enough and carefully rang my purchase. Or so i thought.It wasnt until I got home with my purchases that I realized I didnt have all the items I had purchased.I returned the next day to the store and asked to see a manager. The manager happened to be right next to the cashier that I spoke with but was already assisting someone. The manger just glanced over at me but didnt speak. So I simply waited however, my patience began run out when she just kept looking over at me but moving on to other customers.When I realized that she clearly had no intention to assist me. I asked another staff member working on the floor to assist me. When I explained to him the issue he immediately went behind the register and sorted through various shopping bags before he found my missing bag! I really hope that the many shopping bags I saw him sifting through to find mine didnt mean that was how many customers purchases they have left behind their registers!He apologized for the wait and at this point the manager came over and apologized with him. To little to late in my opinion. I wouldnt return to this location. I was inconvenienced when the cashier didnt hand over all of my purchases then further inconvenienced by the manager. Not very professional.
