Script is a good store for what it is you need for your hair care and needs. I find everything I need for my hair and the prices are ok for a good budget....

The whole staff is rude! No one wants to help you they all keep calling another person who doesnt show up! Every female working there has a nasty attitude as if your questions are bothering them, better yet as if they are at work but not there to work! Wont spend my money here ever again

Nice people. You can find all the hair products you need but a bunch of stuff in a small store make it hard to navigate when it is busy.

I have been coming here. Such I moved to Yonkers. 12 years ago.

Wish I could give no stars. The new owners are a nightmare, especially since the last owners were so amazing they were like family.The Spanish guy who stands at the front door is Nasty to not only the customers, but the pother staff members too. Ive been in there like 4 times in the past 2 months and EVERY TIME that guy has been in an argument with guests of the store one or two times I was one of the other party, but not even the only one per visit to be honest. He isnt the only disrespectful one either, love the products and prices, and pharmacy, but the male staff members are disgustingly rude (not all). Ive been a loyal customer since I moved to Yonkers in 2011, and Im very disappointed in this change. Good luck future customers!

The service is not great you can stand in a space for 30 minutes be confused and look it and No one will help unless you go find an employee. I love the selection, I am in awe of the selection. This is the equivalent of shopping at a Walmart Superstore. Best beauty supply store Ive been to.

I love this place especially my girl Nikki that works there she is a a1 employee shes a sweet person and she always helped the customers with what they need I love her we dont know each other outside of this place but when I go in there I feel like shes my best friend cuz she helps out

If you buy a wig here check it yourself before you pay for it. Theyll try to give you what color they have and not what you asked for without giving you the choice to say yes or no.

This place is awesome! It has almost any hair product you could imagine, the facility is organized and clean, and the people by the cashier are pleasant. Another thing that I found delightful about this store was that they had workers roaming around to assist you if you needed help finding a product which was pretty convenient if you ask me...

I know they racially profile their customers and are extremely rude but I come here when the other options are too far. They sell fake products here I bought Kojic acid soap which I usually get from a store in the city but I ran out. I had an allergic reaction to their fake soap and I called the Kojie San company and they tried to verify the product number but it wasn’t in their system which means it’s counterfeit. Their exchange policy is also not clear and they pick and choose what they want to exchange. I bought a weaving net instead of a weaving cap by accident and brought it in unopened to return but they said that it’s against their policy even though it wasn’t listed on the receipt or told to me by the cashier. Will never go there again and will shop at a black owned beauty supply or online.

Great selection and great prices

Stores customer service is horrible. I asked a guy if he worked there and he said no to only find out two minutes later that he actually did work there. I was in front of three people politely seeking help and all three people act like they did not want to bothered. They showed me the product that I needed but did not give me any time to ask questions. They are all just busy socializing with each other. They do not pay attention to customers which explains why it is easy to steal from them. Horrible .

Great store as far as beauty supplies goes but they need to start doing their research and keep up with trends as far as their selection and pricing of crochet hair. Selection is dull, basic and priced higher than online pricing. If youre not carrying Afri-naptural, Janet Mambo, Harlem 125 or Kima --- the most popular brands right now, why bother?

The woman who checked me was very rude. She was having a conversation with someone behind the counter while checking me out. She never looked at me or spoke to me. When I put my card in to pay, she reached over and started pushing buttons so quickly I couldnt respond. She put my receipt in my bag, and continued her conversation. I said thank you and she ignored me until I said thank you really loud thats when she looked at me and said your welcome. Will never go there again and will not recommend them.

Ive never been more aggravated. I purchased a wig from them I was told it was human hair. I was also told that I would bleach/ color the hair! The hair didnt lighten when I attempted to bleach it. I attempted to flat iron it it wouldnt straighten. It smelled like burning plastic. On top of that the hair sheds and tangles. I have to work tomorrow morning and now I have to miss work because my hair isnt done! I attempted to call them and theyre CLOSED! Ive only purchased items that the employees recommended and the fact that nothing worked out I feel lied to and like that just wanted to take my money!

My friend was being accused of stealing while not doing so and she decided to leave. As she was leaving, a male employee, of Asian heritage KICKED my friend in the back as she was leaving the store. These types of actions are not ok for any business and that man should not work in any customer service position! Treating a black woman like this, let alone any woman in general is not ok. Even if she was stealing, you do not kick a person in the back as if they are not a person.

Favorite PLACE TO buy beauty products

I arrived at 7:18pm. They close at 7:30pm. Nowhere on the front is there signage indicating that the shop stops letting customers in 10 minutes before closing however the shop owner stood in the doorway acting as a physical barricade and refused to let me in. He did, however, allow another man to enter. I pleaded with the shop owner as I only had one purchase to make and it was right in front of the register. He flat out told me he didnt care and didnt need the money from my small purchase. I wouldve spent 3 mins in the store at most. I am disgusted and disappointed, I frequent Scriptx often and have built a great rapport with most of the staff. I will not be coming here ever again, there are many other beauty supply stores in the area who don’t treat their customers like a burden.
