Great customer service ..clean store, alot of selections
I really like this location, I have been a few times and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I usually know what I want prior to coming to the store but is nice to have staff available to answer any questions that may arise
Good place for make up now u can try on samples prices are a little on the high side but u have a good variety
The service here is amazing. I was greeted at the door and was explained the store protocols. I came here for some fragrances and Gloria was phenomenal. She was very professional and patient while helping me decide what I wanted. The cashier (Jessica) was also very helpful.

Great location. Products are usually in stock. I would give a better review if the staff was a little better unfortunately everytime i come in or ask for help most of the employees are moody if you ask too much of them. They try their best not to have any interaction with customers. Other than that everything is clean and has a great display.
Great customer service they have a representative at the door to explain their covid guidelines and directing you to reps to assist you in shopping if needed. PS it was very clean.
I went to this Sephora a couple weeks ago and the staff is horrible, they were following all the males in the store to make sure they didn’t steal anything, (one of the males over heard the staff as well), I also went this Sunday and the woman greeting us at the door was extremely rude, I couldn’t hear her speaking so she started making faces at me and catching a nasty attitude, that my boyfriend even noticed, my other friend even went to ask her a question and her attitude was overall disgusting.
My girlfriends loves this place. They are really friendly and helpful.

So I went to have my makeup done for my brothers baby shower I was going to attend.I was taken care of by Amanda I think her name was when I was done with my makeup I was horrified how she didn’t blend me well I had patches all over my cheeks my nose it was really bad! I will never go get services from there again! He highly thinking she knowledgeable about everything make you believe she is out of this world! But when I saw myself in the mirror I had to wipe off everything and do my own makeup which I blended amazingly well!!
Second time visiting this location and the whole team is amazing. Thank you Paula, Steven and Tawanda(I hope I spelled her name right). All three of these lovely people have great customer service and I cant wait to go back. (=Happy Holidays.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped me pick out some setting sprays to try and beat this summer heat. The lady that rang me up even gave me my birthday gift that i forgot to get on my bday last month. Was a good visit happy i went.

Love this Sephora. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they never have samples to throw in with your purchase. They are willing to make perfume samples. Im usually in a rush and cant wait.

There customer service is great regardless if you’re in person or call over the phone. This by far is worth the travel if you’re coming from a distance such as the Bronx. I’ve been to the one in Coop city and always have a terrible experience there. Save the trouble and come to this one. The manager here, I cannot remember her name, was very helpful some time back.
I purchased an item with cash and don’t have a receipt. I threw it out. I went to exchange the item for something else because i noticed that the ingredients in this face moisturizer i was allergic to. Because i didn’t have a receipt even though the item was not open, they would not exchange it. The manager said “i don’t know what to tell you.” How rude! I have her had this experience before. I’ve returned items from other stores without a receipt and have received credit. It’s ridiculous.
Horrible store location. I am a VIB Beauty member and I didnt feel like it shopping at this store. I did not receive help when I entered the store, nor was I greeted. I had to find someone to help and when I did FINALLY receive help the rep tried to sell me a sample half empty bottle of product. I was told since the item was not in stock at their store I could either buy the half empty sample bottle or try another store in my area. I noticed the Caucasian customers were being helped and respected. I was really trying not to catch a case in there. I will never shop there again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

The ladies that attended me were nice and helpful, but the manager there needs to chill out. Sephora has a policy of catering to its customers by letting us swatch and try out products, and take home small samples. If a sample isnt available, she shouldnt harass her employee in front of a customer simply because the employee was replacing an empty sample. This Sephora though doesnt have a fully knowledgeable staff and they should train them a little more. For example, sweetie a pressed powder is NOT the right foundation under any circumstance for an acne scarred face.
I have been to this Sephora several times now and I have never had some of the experiences mentioned in earlier posts. Not sure if anything has changed but the attendants have always been helpful. I was always asked for help and offered support when looking for particular items. I was even shown to the new items I did not even know were available at this store. The only thing I would say this store needs to improve on is the selection of items, but it is getting there.
I am a minimal makeup type person so with the help of Olivia, she pointed me in the right direction of all 5 of the products I was seeking. She didnt push anything on me and was helpful in trying out different options. I thought this was a very pleasant experience

When i went in Tracey was really nice she helped me a lot,she gave me a couple of tips to take care of my skin but for some reason she had to leave and left me in hands of Stephanie who left me waiting for almost and hour, i can understand she was taking care of others before me but at least pass by smile and check on the ones that are waiting. A simple I am almost with you would go a long way.
Worst customer service ever. Went there 2/3/2018 around 12:30PM, sales associates were standing around talking to each other instead of helping out customers. When I asked for help, one of the sales associates muttered “some people need to learn to help themselves”. Safe to say, I decided I wouldn’t spend my money there, so I left. A simple good “Good Afternoon, if you need anything I will be here to help” would have gone a long way. I have been to other Sephora stores and this is by far the worst. Such a shame!!!!
First time in Sephora at ridge hill Yonkers, I got to say WOW!! Im impressed with the service of AMANDA! Her service is impeccable, she really enjoy her job! I went to buy products for skin care and also some makeup but I didn’t know what was good for my skin, she helped me with everything, I love all the stuff I bought thanks to her good recommendations!!

This was a wonderful experience. Although I didnt need the help, every associate was willing and ready to assist. I loved that nearly all of what I wanted was in this Sephora. Plenty of other Sephoras I go to double this size never have as much as I found in this smaller location. I was very pleased.

Staff obviously need more training to spot fraudulent credit cards and checking IDs! Someone was able to go to this store and spend over $200 using a counterfeit card created after my card was skimmed!
I love sephora because of the variety of cosmetic products they have however, this sephora location is always out of stock of everything. Its not the first time nor my first experience here I am a local. I have no complaints abour their customer service, they’re always very attentive.
I went to see if I could get my makeup done for an event. I was told that they only do appointments but there were 3 associates huddled having a conversation not doing anything. I walked out.

Disappointed.Drove for 40 minutes, paid parking and got nothing.All of staff were nice but busy at hell. They need more people to work here.The line is always long.Better save yourself a trip, time and even more money by shopping online. At least you dont have to pay for parking and get back % via some cashback apps and samples. Been here a couple times and each time was decent. Today, I visited Sephora in a hurry for specific products and at the register, Felicia (hope I spelled it right) was great! She helped me locate a brand & was super friendly. She also advised to apply for the Sephora Visa card since I was pre-approved. Also, she gave me information about redeeming my points for gift cards. So informative and helpful! I definitely did not feel like she was rushing to get me out. Thank you girl!Edit; I had to change my review due to another visit. I visited this location again recently and I was not as happy as when Felicia helped me out. I’m not sure who the woman’s name was at the register this time but I did not feel the same vibe as Felicia. The woman at the register was probably in her 20’s or so. She asked for my email for my beauty insider account because for some reason there is not great service in store to pull up my account. (I did not have my BI account in my Apple wallet) anyway, I gave her my email address twice because it seemed like she was having an issue finding it. After, I told her if she’s sure she found my account, she said yes. Long story short; it was the wrong account and all the money I spent went to someone else’s account. Even more weird because I used my Sephora credit card, so obviously I thought she would know that my beauty account should match my name. Going forward, I purchased a fragrance I always wanted but when realizing it was the wrong scent I wanted to change it immediately. I visited another store and was denied the exchange because they could not find it in my history. (Due to the cashier at Yonkers inputting the wrong email). I was told to go back to this store. I even called customer service. Anyway, small errors can make it hard for customers! So please make sure you have all information correct and at least act like you care. I gave up on exchanging it because I’m not sure when I’ll be able to come back nor do I want to deal with this.If I ever go back, I hope to see Felicia!

Love shopping here. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpfull! I read a few other reviews on here and am shocked at what some people are saying. I know for a fact they would never sell a used item in this store so... its a shame what lies people are willing to write when they dont get their way. Anways, great Sephora location i really enjoy visiting.
Be honest.I like to shop online than driving 10 miles to the store than pay $3 for parking.The reason are:- The store doesnt not carry enough make up amd perfume.I bought sample set of perfume and had to drive there to redeem. 8 out of 10 the perfume i want to redeem were not available in the store. Such a joke.- Wanted to buy 2 Dior lipsticks. They were out of stock too.- They dit not give you samples as online and they rushed you. I know they want to cut the line down but still feel uncomfortable.- The lady at the perfume is very nice to me. And another lady who help clean up around is super nice too.So.... why I have to drive to the store, spending on gas, time and parking for unpleasant shopping trip.
Felt like I walked into drag queen night as the employees own makeup was horrible. Found a couple of cute palettes but Im not about to spend over $50 for it, way too overpriced for me.
Several times I’ve been here by myself and with my friends. Security and the staff has followed me around as if I was going to STEAL something. All times I’ve been there. Horrible customer service as well. Not staffed to volume.
I literally just stepped into this Sephora wanting to buy a NARS concealer because of all the rave reviews and got horrible customer service. The woman seemed bothered by me. All I wanted was for her to help my find something what would cover my dark circles. She tried Two tones but I couldn’t tell if it worked because it wasn’t belended in. she told me to blend them in myself and she had to go because there were other customers to attend. I wasn’t even there 5 minutes and the place isn’t even packed.I walked out and went to Lord and Taylor next door, where they gave me the attention a customer deserves and ended up buying flawless fusion by laure mercier and I’m very happy with my purchase. Sephora- yonkers lost a customer today.
Small store with limited help. I definitely prefer the Manhattan stores.

I like sephora over all, but i just dont like that on a saturday peak hours there is only one cashier; there was around 10 people on line and still on cashier that is not okay. But customer service is good as soon as you walk in there is someone to help at least that happens to me.

I would never recommend this place as long as you there is a rude manager that is not willing to help and do her job. She is not only rude and nasty, but should also get help putting her makeup on . My 14 year old daughter can put her makeup better then her . Rude, nasty and ugly is not a good combo .

HATED IT !!!! Usually everytime i see sephora somewhere i have to go inside but the sephora at righhill is the only one that even if i need something i would not go there because their customer service is horrible and the stuff is really rude i went their with my husband last week and hated the service. I will never go back there even tho i go to Ridgehill mall almost every other week because its one of my favourite mall.
Given its not in the best part of westchester, but i did not expect my experience coming from a mile away! I dropped 400$ give or take a few dollars but the manager called the security on me till I LEFT THE STORE for swatching products and watched me like a hawk in and out of the isles. NONETHELESS they forgot to put a product i purchased. I live in upper westchester so finding that out once i got home was a bit irritating. given my experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE and will not go back for a brush i paid 30$ for! thats how harrassed i felt.
