Frustration and Disappointment define our feelings after leaving this facility. We scheduled the Booster Moderna vaccine online for immunocompromised patients. When we arrived with our confirmation noticed and all required paperwork, here was the story:Hi, we have an appointment for a Booster.Sorry, we dont have Booster, we only have Moderna.Yes, we came for a Booster of the Moderna.We dont have it.Here is my appointment confirmation. Are you telling me that the website screwed up?Yes, the CDC sent us an email last night asking us to stop booster from Moderna.Wallgreens Yonkers Ave., spreading fake news... We hope to find a TRUE vaccination site soon. Do not go to this pharmacy.
I did an online photo order due to covid rules. It was supposed to be picked up in store same day service but over the course of these last 10 days 3 attempts were made and my photos were not ready. The pics were supposed to be apart of a birthday gift for my partner. In the midst of 2020 madness our first daughter was born and I really thought itd be special to have family prints.First attempt was 3 days after the initial online order where a store associate explained he was not experienced to print the photos and gave a date that another store associate would be able to have the prints ready. I was a little annoyed but let it go because I have done an online photo pick up back in Jan of this year for my daughters birthday that worked out smoothly.Second attempt it was said the prints were not ready. No date was given to pick up prints.The third attempt was made and the associate tried to say there was no order at all. Then with a push for another order check my order was found in the system but not ready. Still no date could be given on when it would be ready.I decided to cancel the prints altogether. I most likely will still make purchases at this location because of convenience but I will no longer count on them for special moments.
The manager Jason is a rude and unhelpful person. After waiting 3 days for pictures he questioned if I was allowed to print copies of my daughter’s digital school pics that I paid for the copyright for. He was the one that told me they would print them 3 days ago....I explained 3 times the photo company’s policy and he rudely said well we will do it this time don’t ask again and walked off saying he was sick of this place...corporate is going to love hearing about this incident!!!
The manager Lisa very loud and curses at staff in front of customers and yesterday I needed help with a price check and instead of helping me she called another manager to talk to me and said “he’ll deal with you”. Very unprofessional. Customer service is awful and no one ever has my pictures on time at the photo department

I was refused service because I had three coupons for baby enfamil I was then told Im only allowed two bottles thats company policy and that I can only use one coupon per a purchase o said no problem I deside to buy four bottles at full price their two of us I was told because we are together Im only allowed two bottles I decided to call the corporate office I was told there is no such rule as to how many manufacturer coupon I can use and I was also told that there is no limit on baby formula the only way there would be a limit if it was on sale but to be honest that manager he just wanted to use his authority to make people feel bad and I feel sorry for him because he have bad days ahead of him times are hard not all of us can afford to pay full price but I tell u this I have a police report and Im waiting for my lawyer to get the cctv footage.... I feel shame enough that I cant afford to provide for my child my place of employment closed down I cant stand for long periods of time so getting a new job is hard my hip broke during delivery of my now six month child I hope this comment reaches corporate
This store has two doors to enter and exit. Is it so hard to assign one door Entrance and the other Exit. I dont want somebody coming in through the same door Im exiting.
This is really a zero star review. Placed an order for photo cards on 10/27/19 to this store (they only store) listed as able to print photo cards. There iyer was to be ready for puck up on 11/2. However they canceled three order on 11/3 with no reason. Called customer service who started the machine was down and to place a new order. Received a call from the store on 11/7 starting my order was ready for pickup. However, when I get to the store my order WAS NEVER PRINTED nor is it marked as process. Great service experience.
I refuse to believe in 2021 this is the only store that doesnt price match with themselves. ????
My understanding per the manager working 1/15/2020 at kimball location. They pick hours to open and close their photo section on whether or not they can support it. They turn off the machines so they wont be bothered and refuse to take pictures. You have to call to ensure they are working. Per the clerk they make that determination at 10 am each morning, regardless of the posted hours and srvices they advertise
I went to pick up an order and the cashier as well as the manager was very rude. Never again going to the store . Worst experience ever. The cashier name is Naiyara very nasty with customers.
No good, bad management, they put the wrong price signs up and then at the end wouldnt give me the price i saw even after i showed it to the manager. Other places are much more professional than that and would at least give me the discount because it was there mistake, not here.
No one answered the phone so dropped by the store for a passport photo. They said the photo guy is not there and system is down. If they had answered my call it wud have saved me a ride.
The people in the pharmacy department are rude and don’t care if you get your prescription. Will never go back. Unbelievable.
The photo service is completely unreliable. Half of the times I’ve attempted to use them they’ve mess up my order. This last time, they ran out of paper while printing my order and had no solution to the major inconvenience other than refunding me the few dollars for the pictures I didn’t receive.I have two stars for the staff trying to be helpful, which is difficult considering they are setup to fail with no photo materials.
I wish I could give 0 star. Photo quality is terrible, and The staff is unreliable. I ordered a photo book for same day pick up and when I picked it up there were defective ink lines all over my pictures. I asked for rework on my photo book and it took them literally a month to finish but it still had same errors. For this they offered me a full refund until later, they changed their words and I had to pay even more than what I initially paid. I told them why should I pay more? They responded that’s the discounted price and if you don’t want to pick it up they will cancel the book. They will never admit their faults and apologize for inconvenience. This is the worst service I ever had to encounter. There is no staff in the photo dept, the photo technician is unreliable, poor communication between staff.
Why is there so much trash all over the parking lot??? Its disgusting! Is anyone responsible for keeping the parking lot and surrounding the store clean? It looks like the south Bronx in the 80s!
The guy behind the counter is the nicest person i’ve met. i forgot to buy bandaids while i was already paying. and he pulled out his wallet and gave me one of his personal ones. made my night. thank you so much. ill be sure to be back! and costumer service like that keeps me coming back and deserves to be rewarded.

I was waiting on the photo department line to pick up an order. There was one customer being helped, I stood behind him for 5 mins. A woman came behind me and waited. I was being helped and the customer who stood behind me asked if she can be helped and magically the associate was available to help. The store employees are horrible when it comes to providing customer service. It took everything in me to not say anything.

The pharmacist are all slow and entitled. I was on vacation and forgot my medicine at home (that was on the other side of the states). The African American man didnt understand anything I was saying. He was uneducated on medication and what I was needing. The caucasian women that was there was rude and seems to not care. The only person that was nice was the asian lady I believe to be the manger there.After coming back home to my state I asked for a transfer bc Im no long there. The pharmacist is saying its illegal to transfer now to my base that Im stationed at. She was beyond disrespectful to the base pharmacist that was helping me.Now Im having to jump hoops to get my medicine I need.
Literally the worst photo department ever I was told that my photos would be ready at 4:20 called to see if they were ready at 5:30 and was told that the photo department person wasnt coming until 7pm
The only bad thing is that you need an extra 10 - 15 minutes to pay for your stuff! The lines are bad because they usaly have one cashier there! Other than that the store is perfect!
The amount of garbage outside the building is disgusting, would definitely stop me from coming back, if it’s like that on the outside, imagine inside

The employees at this Yonkers location are very unprofessional, careless and disrespectful, specifically in the pharmacy department.My husband had to go to 4 different Walgreens today to try to get my urgent ER prescription filed. Please find the details of the horrible service received by Walgreens staff today at multiple locations:The attendant at the first location he went to on Nereid ave. provided my husband addresses to other locations near by because their system was supposedly down to process the prescriptions. This is the store we usually go to. Unfortunately none of the addresses he provided turned out to be correct. There were no Walgreens at the addresses.When my husband finally got to this yonkers store through his own Google search. The attendant at the pharmacy started with telling him he needs to make it quick because they were closing soon very abruptly. She also went on to say she couldnt help him because he didnt have a BIN RX number. When we have retrieved prescriptions from them in the past and that information should be in the system. I could hear her giving my husband unnecessary attitude and a hard time, so they wouldnt have to work the last 30min before they closed. They kept telling him to call the insurance because they cant do anything. We couldnt contact our insurance customer service because they are not open on the weekends and we did not have access to our insurance card. Its very sad and disgusting how they treated my husband when he was already exhausted from being awake since the day before and went on a wild goose chase to find a store, he expressed this to them. I needed the medication urgently today and I ultimately was not able to get it and I am suffering. Where is the empathy and genuine interest in wanting to perform their jobs and support the community.This really needs to be looked into. You have to also look into creating a better talent management process because these people are making all your stores look BAD. This is not the first time this has happened with a Walgreens. Management should send someone to secret shop the area and conduct spot checks to ensure your service standards are being met. You 100% lost me as a customer. I will no longer waste my money at a Walgreens store if this is how they treat people. I would like a response to this posting promptly.
