I am so happy with my new washing machine. I went to the Yonkers Store, the sales rep. Davey Brown gave me a great deal. Today Im happy with the delivery, the setup and how professional the men were.

On 10/28/20 I was in desperate need of a new refrigerator for my Coop apartment. Unfortunately, it was a special size, so there was limited choices. Davie Brown, Sales rep. at PC Richards, was very patient and eager to help. He located one in the PC warehouse - it was the very last one. I continued visiting other stores, that evening, but none had inventory. Ultimately, I returned the next day and worked with Davie, he sold me the fridge and advised me to consider a service contract, which I also purchased. Davie was helpful and knowledgeable, making my frantic search much more enjoyable.

I’ve been to the Yonkers PC Richards time and time again, and the reason I keep going back, is because the service is impeccable! Anything and everything I can possibly need, the manager (Rob Fisca) is always willing to go above and beyond for me! And for some reason, I can’t take it from the store while I’m there, it always seems to be delivered in the next few days! Would I send someone to this store if they need anything....I would, and I do! Anyone I speak to that is looking for great service, and a polite sales team...I send to see Rob, the manager!
