Called to see of they had Tiffany. Gave me the price. The Spanish speaking lady (dont recall the name) was great. Went in to get it, she was juggling multiple customers, while one checked something out, she took care of me and rang me up. Nice stuff.

The products are economically affordable in comparison to Macy’s and other high end stores. Also legit. However, the representative that helped me, Joseph, was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful. His tone, body language and way of speaking to customers are unethical. He is not a people person, and doesn’t know how to treat others.I made a purchase of $451 during the time there was a promo for a free tote if you spend over $125. Unfortunately, they were all out, which is understandable, but when asked if I can be compensated for something else, he flat out told me no in a condescending manner. Not even gift bags when asked. He stated I had to pay for them.Joseph either needs to work in stock or take a training on customer centered care and communication skills.

Visited this location earlier today. Lynnette was a pleasure and assisted us with all of our questions. This store has excellent selection and is impeccable.

Walk in, 3 employees doing nothing except being loud and obnoxious. Stood in there had some ideas on what I wanted but they didnt care that customers were in there. I wouldnt recommend going here, Id even recommend Macys right here over this mess.

This store was supposed to open at 10:00am. Melissa was 12 minutes late opening the store. She said she had to get her coffee. Melissa should had gotten her coffee earlier. Business establishments should ALWAYS open on time unless there is a life threatening or major catastrophe.

Of all the locations I have visited this one is the best because of a very knowledgeable, courteous and patient staff by the name of Alexandra, tell her what fragrance you like and she will do the rest, I have never felt this satisfied after leaving a perfumania.

I told the associate behind the counter that I was interested in a fruity floral and she looked at me as though I was an alien.I will stick to department stores and Sephora, thank you very much.
