We were in the process of a brand new house build so buying all new appliances for the kitchen, laundry, grill, etc.I was also guilty as charged -- for many items, I would go to the store and check it out in person, decide what we like then google for the cheapest possible internet deal I could find. Fortunately, I came across Curtos whose prices were in line with everyone elses (Jonathan matched the price for the few items I found cheaper elsewhere). I did end up probably paying 8% more (tax) on some items, but ultimately was okay with this given the incredible service and information I received (more below).Jonathan took the time to talk to me at length over the phone about his opinion on the appliances I was looking for. He did not pressure me but provide candid advice based on YEARS of experience, even if it meant providing a lower priced product. For the grill, we went with the Artisan top of the line. Jonathan and I quickly realized we both have a love for grilling/smoking and ended up exchanging recipes, photos, etc. over time.

I walked in over the weekend and was greeted by Al. I had a very pleasant interaction and introduction to smokers. He was very patient with me and I intend to come back and by a grille shortly.

I shopped via phone for a grill for my husband. Jonathan was extremely helpful and did not rush me in my decision making. He was patient and helpful. Pricing was not inflated and holiday sales were offered to me even though I did not know about them when I called. Delivery was smooth and there was great follow up to make sure I was satisfied. This is a wonderful store!! Cant wait to visit in-person post Covid!!

Jonathan and the rest of the Ring of Fire team were instrumental in helping me plan, select appliances for, and complete my outdoor kitchen. Jonathan took his time explaining the trade offs of different equipment and steered me towards the options that represented the best value in the market. His no BS approach is refreshing and I would, and already have, recommended him enthusiastically to anyone looking for a grill or to complete an outdoor kitchen project.

I was ready to purchase a BBQ grill and some other outdoor equipment. I called up to see if they were able to help me out. The lady that answered the phone transferred me to a guy. He didnt seem very enthusiastic about helping me out. I asked for some BBQ smokers and he said that they can order them. He also told me that they would close at 6pm. I told him that I would be passing by to place an order. When I arrived at 5pm the doors were closed. I called up 3 different numbers but no one picked up so I left a message with a call back number. I didnt get a call back from anyone so I took my business elsewhere. I spent a total of $9,353.42 on equipment such as a BBQ smoker with accessories, pizza oven with accessories, BBQ grill and some other supplies to fit my outdoor kitchen. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated.The review by the owner Johnathan doesnt add up. If he was there every night till 7 than he clearly would have opened the door. This is a poor attempt to salvage your reputation. You have my number on your answering machine. I specifically was told by you that you would be open till 6pm. Instead of admitting that either you got confused or decided to leave early instead you lie. You can call if you really felt sorry about losing my business. But instead keep on trying to save face.

Awesome experience, they had the last Kamado Joe Jr available in the area so drove out from Brooklyn to purchase. Great communication and knowledge about the options - and really nice show room ! So glad to have found these guys

BBQ grill selection is second to none. We did our research online and called to see if the store was open so we could come in and see our selection in person. We were surprised that business was open as usual. The shopping experience could not have been more pleasant. The customer service is superior. Our grill was delivered a few days after purchase. Delivery was prompt and professional and installation was extra helpful. The installer stayed to make sure the grill fired up and was in proper working order. From start to finish the shopping experience at Curto’s was excellent. I would not hesitate to back to them for any appliance need in the future.

Awesome place, super helpful and knowledgeable about all sorts of grills. They were as cheap as the online guys and have a huge selection, they got me a rare grill within 24 hours delivered and assembled to my house. Online everyone was quoting to take 4-6 weeks to get it to me.

Went today to grab some bbq rubs and seasonings that can only be bought online or in very few stores. I always believed in supporting local business so I went. Al helped me out with what I wanted to get. Was very happy and looking forward to more future business. And when it’s time for a new smoker and or grill I know where I’m coming too
