Their service its super excellent. One of the best uhaul places I ever visited. They have plenty of trucks. And the people that works there they do their job with full commitment to top service to the people that needs their service.

Clean and spacious with plenty of parking. Easy access in Yonkers. Reasonably priced. Rental vans and trucks available to assist moving needs.

Horrible Service... I have rented from this company for years and have never had such a terrible experience as I did with this particular location. I did not want to rent from this location in the first place but due to the company rearranging my reservation for truck availability they moved me to this location to pick up my truck and when I first drove onto the road I had to pull over and call them about how badly the alignment was off and how dangerous it was and it only got worse and worse from there. 24 hours with their truck that shouldve never been rented out was enough to make me never want to use this company again. It is two months after I had rented the truck and I am still dealing with unauthorized charges to my card every so often and have to call customer service to repeatedly explain the recurring situation and have it corrected. The ONLY helpful person in this location is Charlotte.

We rent a double stall for storing parts for our business. The building is always clean and dry with adequate ventilation. There are always carts available to use to move things around. You get assigned a code for the door which is accessible 24hrs a day. All storage is ADA accessible as well. There is also a unisex bathroom that rivals the one in my house..

Besides the fact that Isaiah was super helpful on 8/1/19 when I bought supplies for my sons move, I am so grateful that he was kind enough to watch my iphone which I left there. He traced it back to me when he recalled our conversation. You do not find too many people who have the decency and character to do such a thing. I consider myself blessed. I am a forever customer! We are victims of Covid-19. We called to explain to the manager, Charlynette, that our late fees and auction fees (which she agreed to waive in a prior conversation) needed to be amended. She immediately turned nasty saying she called us & emailed many times (she hadn’t, not once) and that she added fees and they would remain. She stated U-Haul was doing nothing further to help Covid 19 victims. Meanwhile, we are in NYC and aren’t even in phase 1. She told my husband “doesn’t even understand what he’s talking about” and that U-Haul is an essential service.We asked to speak to someone else. She replied in a nasty tone “Call anyone you want. They’ll just send the call to me.”Meanwhile, Charlynette is a manager and U-Haul is not a franchise. Customer service has said U-Haul leaves these decisions to their manager’s discretion. So her claim that “U-Haul isn’t doing anything further” is incorrect. The decision resides with her.Apparently, Uhaul is ok with this disgrace passing as customer service. This woman’s name is on many reviews around the internet, none of them positive.

They are priced the same as others in the area. You are charged extra for after hours access (7p-10p)and ground level units. It is a U-haul drop off location, so it made it convenient to move and store my overstock. Parking is limited and sometimes taken by their rentals.

Forst and foremost, the rolling staircases are a significant hazard - they dont roll easily over the uneven cracked/patched concrete floor, none of them lock in place so they roll while youre on them, at least one of them is bent and tips while youre at the top, and they all seem to be different heights, none of which are quite appropriate for getting into the elevated storage lockers.They were unable to give me a second access card to get in - the reason I was given was we cant give you a second card because we can only give you one card. Well-spoken, young sir. I had been keeping one with me and wanted one for my wife so we could each get in if we needed to. Apparently this is against some protocol.The security is kind of a joke - it works as long as everyone makes sure the door completely latches closed (it doesnt by itself), and makes sure someone doesnt follow them in through the rolling door (admittedly I have come in without swiping my access card). The cameras at least give an illusion of security, I suppose.Only reason I gave a bonus star is because theyre the least expensive option in the area near my home. If I were at the top of one of those staircases writing this, it would be a 1 star...

Horrible. Worst. Experience. Ever. They said the person before me never returned the truck. I had a mobile keypad pick up at 8am. The never sent me a pin code, i had to wait till 9am for them to open. They then gave me a smaller truck, I needed the bigger one. They also mismarked the mileage out odometer, tried charging me and extra 30 miles. I contacted customer support, of course they never got back to me.You would think they would call you to let you know there is an issue with your reservation? What is happening to costumer service these days? It’s a long lost art....

Horrible customer service experience!! If you can, avoid this location at all costs. The woman in charge of that place and her stuff are very unprofessional and rude. They have no idea how to treat their customers. Please someone train these people, they are not doing anyone a favor, we pay for the service so the least we expect is respect and a descent service.

The associates there are very polite and professional. Their explanation of my storage unit was thorough. They answered all questions I had. The property is clean and well kept.

Decent storage space for cheaper than near by competitors. There is very limited parking. Not enough carts for the amount of people here. Friendly staff. Some guy on the second floor is running a grocery store out of one of the storage spaces.

Easy to reserve a truck. Kind and courteous workers, Easy to drop off, as well.

Fast and easy .. very experienced staff. In and out in no time.

Horrible customer service,Took 50 mins to get a truck.They calculated gas wrong and I ended up paying more.Associate who work there wasnt trained properly, I felt like I was Borrowing his truck for free.I would of give you guys -5 rating if I could.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND THIS STAFF. RENTED A 9 VAN IN AUBURN TO MOVE TO YONKERS. WAS ONLY CHARGED LESS THAN $250.00 FOR THAT AND I GOT OVER 300 MILES AND 3 DAYS TOTAL USE FOR THAT. ASKED HOMEFIELD UHAUL HOW MUCH THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR A 10 TRUCK FOR 6 - 8 HOURS AND THIS LOCATION WANTED ALMOST $500.00 AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER, SHE TOLD ME THAT IS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THE OWNER WANTED TO CHARGE ME. NEVER AGAIN. YES, THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS TO THE VERY MAX. NOT EVEN REALLY WORTHY OF A ONE STAR HERE.

RIP OFF ARTISTS TO THE MAX!!!! USED A 17 FT MOVING TRUCK....TOTAL OF 4 MILES PUT ON TRUCK....NEEDLE WAS STILL TOUCHING THE 1/4 TANK THAT I TOOK TRUCK WITH AND CHARGED 32$ THE NEXT DAY!!! NOT EVEN A 1 STAR RATING!!!

General manager was the rudest person ever, didnt want to rent me a u haul because I had an out of state license tho she was making faces at me long before she knew this, out of state license has never been an issue before, I will also be calling corporate about the racist manager, do not rent from here!
