I was personally helped throughout my stay at the Yonkers location by a gentleman named JOE. Any questions that I had was promptly answered and all of my concerns (which wasn’t many) was swiftly addressed. Joe is a very pleasant person and it was a pleasure working with him during my stay. 5/5 stars. Thumbs up.

Toilet not flushable, handle broken off, bowl full. 1 Door broken, other outside door unlocked, people can enter from the street with no security. A man sitting in a chair in the middle of their parking lot, blasting music and smoking weed, while they did not intervene. This place was fine 3.5 years ago when I first rented. But Im leaving now. Stay away if you value safety.

I missed one payment on my storage unit. Due to my mother passing away this July. I had my storage unit for the last nine months and I never miss a payment. I only owe them $151.40 Unfortunately Im on SSI and I receive a check once a month on the 1st of each month. Today is August 20th 2021 and I wanted to go in and pay half of what I owe to Public Storage And pay the other half on the Aug. 27th. But they want it paid in full by the 24th of August. I called them several times trying to make arrangements to paid them but they are not wiling to work with me. Things are bad enough, you dont have to make it worse. Shame on you Public Storage!

I have been with Public Storage for 30 years even before they took over from Sureguard storage. My husband died suddenly June 13th, 2021. I am on SSI and can’t pay July and August rent on my rooms. All I asked was to get a couple of things from each room including family photos and my grandmothers bedroom set. Manager was very rude and would not help me. I am 67 years old with no one to help me. We are still in this damn pandemic and this is how they treat a helpless widow! They have no compassion for people.

I came to update some information for my account and Rafael was able to do so quickly and easy. He was very friendly and very helpful.

SO QUICK TO CALL YOUR PHONE FOR PAYMENT BUT NOT TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP THEY’LL BE CLOSING. I’m huge in customer service and unfortunately this place has none I will be taking my things out of there and going else where I would give everyone the same advice. I’ve been there for over 3 years and this is how they treat customers. It’s disgusting.

We were called the day before we were due to select our storage space, and walked through the details in a very professional manner. On site, Trish-Ann walked us to 3 units without rush until we selected the ideal one for us. The facility is clean, well lit and did not feel humid. We felt confident about leaving our belongings on site.

Its not climate controlled. Its hotter than outside. When I came on weekend, the lock was hot to touch. I dont even think theres proper air flows.The monthly lease increased by 18%. For this I expect to receive what I was promised for.

I came here yesterday last minute to store some things in a unit. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Crystal got us situated quickly and effortlessly. On this cold winter day on January 6, 2018. I was help by a very energetic and costumer friendly employee call crystal. She was very but very helpful. I got all the info I needed and more. Glad she was there during my visit and able to help me out. I rate 100 if I could but 5 should be good enough this time.

I had such an awesome experience at public storage. Crystal, Aliyah, and Chanel were awesome and answered all my questions. I went in a blank slate and came out with a vast amount of knowledge about storage. They left no stone unturned. I highly recommend this facility.

This is my second Public Storage rental. Although I am familiar with the process, Shaquanna was very professional. She explained the entire rental agreement, insurance, and the registration. She then gave me a tour and showed me a couple of units. After I picked a unit she explained securing the unit and tips on storage. The entire process was completed in a timely fashion. She was very courteous and wished me well. I could not be more satisfied with her and the location. Easy access and I was done in no time with my first move. I have to say Shaquanna is an asset to Public Storage and I wish her well in her career.

Ample parking spaces close to the elevator. Employees are very courteous. I have a peace of mind that our things are being taken care of.

I didnt have much need for assistance while I was using the facility, but everything went just fine while I was moved in. When it came time to check out, Aliyah, Crystal and Jannene were helpful and efficient as well. The process of vacating went smoothly and quickly. All-in-all it was a fine experience.
