Didnt have the truck I needed but Melanie was an absolute sweetheart and found us the truck we needed. She made the reservation for us at a nearby location. Absolutely amazing customer service.

As per my emailed receipt Im happy. Thought it would be more and if it happens to be I will challenge It because i have an app on my phone that tells me and my child where we are are and how many miles we drive . So they cannot even add extra miles if they wanted to. Place is clean. Pickup truck was decent. A little smelly. They should have it cleaned as ppls butts be I. The seat and aside from the pandemic they are clothe seats and pick up smells. Overall though pretty simple check in and out a d truck rented didnt make me feel like it wasnt serviced properly aside from a slight stinky Nutt or musty odor...

The best decision Ive made in 2021. The staff is excellent. The storage is a little expensive, and have the controlled room. I went there the other day and no air condition. Other than that. #1

Busy location vehicles are getting old. I had o e with over 105000 miles on clock and sounded funny while driving.

Called to inquire about a service was quickly place on hold waiting for 10mins I hang up didnt even bother.

Unprofessional. Was told i would get a call back twice. Waited hours and hours. No call back. Did not help me resolve my issue with my rental. If not for Angel calling me back later in the day after my plans were already ruined. This review would be 0 stars if possible.

Easy + hassle free experience. I reserved a U-haul about 3 days in advance and chose the option to do a mobile pick-up and drop off at this location. Cargo Van was in great condition, overall an effortless move and pickup/drop off.

Made an online reservation at Uhaul New Rochelle. A day before the move Uhaul rep contacted me and told me that that size truck is unavailable at my location and redirected me Yonkers Uhaul, 10 miles away. Yonkers Uhaul charges 25% MORE per mile than New Rochelle Uhaul, and customer service could not give me a reasonable explanation why is the discrepancy. It looks like any location can set its own rates. Uhaul Customer service refused to reimburse the difference. I have used Uhaul many times over the years, but this was the LAST TIME I have used Uhaul. Enterprise or Rider would have been less expensive with less hassle and better customer experience. AVOID UHAUL.

Terrible. Waited 25min when I walked in, no one was even at the desk. Finally got checked in, and no clear idea of where the truck was. Then waited 30min at drop off because only one person was working. Really poor experience

Great Service Especially Luis, and Julio!!

Had a reservation with a lockbox to get the key to the rental truck, but we tried for over a hour to open with code, but did not work!! we had a 7a.m. pickup had to wait for them to send a staff member after a 1hour and a half. When staff member got there to open the lockbox with a master key, it was 9a.m. Shame on them!!! Horrible experience!!

Great clerk. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She got us in and out with no problems. The store is fully stocked and they had plenty of trucks, organized and ready to go. Trucks are in great condition.

They took 300 out of my rent money on the day i had to back pay rent 2 weeks after i returned the van they charge so much and the ppl in the store are the worst bad customer service u haul is just a rip off i could of paid moving men it should be cheaper doing it yourself but it’s not when u deal with u haul so i advise ppl to rent from anywhere but u haul because the act like there giving you a Bentley or something but it’s just a van, smfh very greedy company that are not for the ppl period never again

Great place to rent from..... But even though your rental is 24hrs if u say u will be done earlier they will call u to see if u r coming back because they ahve rented ur truck to someone else based on your estimated time of return... It can be annoying to feel rushed!!!

Staff was friendly. Rental was clean and full of fuel. It was quick and easy to both rent and return (I made a prior reservation). If your doing an in town rental, there is only minimal street parking-so plan to accordingly.

0 star !!! Fraud charge on one my family members CC 10 days after using uhaul service. Never going to do business with this place. Very upset!!

Phillis was wonderful frirndly and very professional. The office and truck were very clean.

Customer service needs a lot of work!!!Watch out for additional fees they tack on. When you rent a vehicle there look on the exterior of the truck or van and you will notice little nickle size stickers staiting claim numbers for every little scratch, ding, dent and sap stain. Hense them suing or settling with the customer for the minute dings or dents. Also be sure to double check your contact as i told my uhaul agent i needed the truck for a day or two and wound up agreeing to a rental return that night. I was called the next day and was asked why i didnt return the truck the prior night i explained the situation and told them i had requested a rental for a day or two, i was then told i would be charged a 150.00 inconvenience fee because i didnt bring the truck back on time and there werent other trucks available for rent. Upon returning the truck there were 5 trucks 8n the oot that were the identical size and were available for ling diatance and in toqn moves. The only positive experience at this place is the guy named Michael who was the return agent in the lot.

I got a free month with my truck rental. Not easy access. Their trucks were often blocking loading docks. Need later access closed too early. Few other snafus as well but it served is purpose at the time

Not enough parking. Always crowded. Rates go up every year

The employees move so slow and arent really caring that theres a line up to the door. They actually stopped to have a non work related conversation for about 2 mins while people were waiting and then went back to serve the customers.

Steer clear of this place at the beginning or end of the month. They keep the place clean. Sometimes there are not enough carts to use for the storage area.

Service was unprofessional. Manager was rude disputing the charges and charged me ridiculous fees. Last time I go there!
